episode on the AI action letter. I want to demo this workflow which automatically optimizes my resume for the ATS while I'm asleep. I'm going to just click on execute workflow. I'm going to explain to you how exactly this is working. So what's happening here is you need to first have this workflow configuration. This is basically a file where you need to add in this réumé file ID which will be from your Google drive. So wherever you have hosted your resume, just copy paste this thing. That's the only thing that you need to change and also the job search query for the jobs that you are interested in the email where you want to receive a final output email and your API tokens. You can set this up. I have a full tutorial on this. Once you've done that, as you can see, the flow kicks off. And what it's doing is now it's getting the most recent jobs which have been posted in the last 24 to 48 hours to give you an edge and be the first one to apply for these postings. Because what happens is usually if you're applying to job postings which have been there for like five six days, they're already like thousands of applicants and your resume won't get noticed. So you can put this uh on auto which means that every morning 7:00 a.m. this runs and what it's doing is now it's identifying the most recent job postings and for each of the them it's looking at your resume and saying how we should change your resume to ensure that it has all the matching keywords and it's doing it all on autopilot as you can see. And now we're going to go into the uh the ATS optimizer agent. And we have the best part about this is it's actually going to give you a well formatted resume, not a very generic one, which means this is through latte. Um you can actually configure it based on the sections you want, but the one that is already by default is pretty much the standard. And now if you see uh this actually creates an email summary for the job postings. I've limited right now the items to only two jobs. You can actually increase it to like 5, 10, 15, as many. And then I'm going to open my email and let's see what happens. Right, I'm going to open this email. Let's see if I actually get an email. Um, they should ideally have sent me an email and I'm waiting to receive that email. Now, as you can see, this gets me a resume. It says, okay, it found me a senior IT project manager, technical writer, AI and machine learning. Of course, then I when I click on the PDF resume for this data bricks posting I see that I have a of course this I have not added my name and stuff but you can add it and you can see this is my resume but it's catered to this position having all the keywords uh which are important for this role and you can see it's highlighted the data aspect of my profile because it's this is in in the AI domain and if you see here this role from data bricks is pretty recent. So, as you can see, you can use this and I hope this was helpful. And if you want access to this, just comment AI on this post and I'll send it to you. I know I've been late late in sending it out, but I'll make sure that it reaches you. And I write all these things on my AI action letter, which now has about 12,000 readers across Silicon Valley. So, if you want to join and be in the top 10%, consider subscribing to that.
