Hey, everyone. It's been a long, long, long time. I'm sorry. I've been pretty busy with just my life, but I finally got to it. So, let's stop delaying it. Here is the legendary CLC video. What is CLC? Age-old question. CLC is the controlled pressure repeatedly applied to the skull and face to slowly change the shape over time. I'm not reading this ChatGPT [ __ ] Basically, it's a mix of bone smashing, thumb pulling, and zygo pushing. Um kind of all combined in a specific system. How long does CLC take to work? Um this is just my personal experience cuz I'm kind of like the only person that's ever done it before cuz I made it or I came up with it, I guess. But, for me, it took about 30 days to see any noticeable changes, and after like 3 months is when the big changes started coming in. And I've been doing it for about 6 months now, and I'd say I've grown a ton of bone. So, I don't know. It's up to you guys to figure out how long it takes for you, but this is my personal experience. Now, let's do a little demo so you guys can actually see what we're working with. So, essentially, what you want to do it depends really on where you're doing it. You can do it anywhere on the body. It doesn't just apply to the face, although it works best on the face, I found. It works everywhere else. It's just more efficient to do it on the skull cuz there's so many sutures. So, if you're going for zygomatic growth, like wider zygos, what I like to do is just put my elbows up on a desk, put my thumbs under the zygos, and then just push my head down as hard as I can for about 3 seconds and then release and then repeat after 5 seconds, like so. You get the point. Um for the brow ridge, it's kind of difficult. I'd say impossible. I've never really worked with the brow ridge. Like I've tried before and it just doesn't work. But if you really have to, I'd say probably pop your thumbs like on your inner orbital like this and try and like get in there and just pull forward like so. For the mandible, it really depends on what you're trying to do. If you're trying to achieve more forward growth, wide agoneons, or a longer ramus, there's a lot of different methods. I'm going to display them all cuz I'm not going to leave you guys hanging. For wide agoneons, it's really simple. You just pop your thumbs in here and then just pull outwards. For more forward growth, you want to put your thumbs about here, right under the chin, and then pull forwards. For a longer ramus, this is probably the most difficult facial CLC that you can do at all. What you want to do, you got to do it one at a time. You got to kind of grip the whole chunk of bone and you want to get a tight grip on it, but make sure you don't like carve into your skin with your nails. And then you just want to pull down really hard. It's kind of hard. I don't I just smash it instead. It's It's not worth it. If you want to expand your maxilla with this, you can, but at that point it's just thumb pulling. So I'm not going to demonstrate that cuz I'm sure everybody knows what thumb pulling is. Uh for orbital growth, this one's actually pretty fun. If you want a more dimorphic eye area, you're going to need your orbitals to be more dense, projected. You're going to need better infra infra orbitals. You're going to need higher outer set ones, meaning the outer part of your infra on the top is higher. And I actually really like this one cuz this is kind of fun. This is how you do it. You want to place your thumbs kind of under the eyebrow on the bone and then just push down really hard. I know I said this video was going to be like an hour long, but I feel like that would be a waste of my time and your time when really this process is really simple. I was going to go into the sciences behind it, but I don't think anyone really gives a [ __ ] about that. So, yeah, I'm just going to end the video off here. Um thanks for waiting for so long, guys. I I'm sorry for the delay, but we finally got it out. So, yeah, I'm going to be posting on YouTube a lot more often now. I'm back fully. Uh that's it for this video. Thanks to everyone. Like, subscribe, share it. See you next time, guys.
