how is everyone doing what's going on here ABC what is going on here alphabet lesson is starting for the the stream or what okay uh let us get straight into it inshallah one second let me share the screen okay how's the screen uh okay let me do this sh everyone is well okay uh so let's begin in so we stopped uh the last time at uh verse 27 we were given the descriptions of the so Allah ended verse 26 by speaking about the F the disobedient people and then he gave some of their characteristics and their outcome those who break the Covenant and we explained what covenants are being talked about and their outcome right right and yeah we stopped at verse 27 so we will start from uh 28 here inshallah so says Allah is saying so means how right so how do you disbelieve in Allah and you were dead and he brought you to life so when Allah is saying here how uh there's different types of questions right this question here is for in it's it's not that Allah is trying to get an answer from you but is is saying how is it possible that you're doing this action that this irrational action that you're taking right so it is similar to if you have uh someone that you know and you say how could you do this right you're not really expecting an answer from the individual but you're it's more of a right it's a form of right how could you do such a thing like it doesn't make any sense that you would make such an acent right so here Allah is saying how could you are you human beings or or creation of God or children of Adam How Could You disbelief in Allah then Allah gives you the reasons right like how could you see these things that he's about to mention or know these things that he's about to mention at the same time believe in him which is like extremely irrational right so Allah says and you were dead then he brought you to life then he causes you to die then he brings you to life right and here you know in the west they usually say you only live once right we don't believe in this principle and idea right you only live once but in fact here in these in these verses you see two times of living and two times of dying too so it's not just two times of living but it's also two times of dying right so when Allah is saying in the beginning and you were dead you were dead right so what is the first death that Allah is talking about it is the non-existence right the fact is how could you disbelieve in Allah when you were non-existent then he brought you to life then he brought you to life he gave you either the soul was breathed into you as a baby and then you were in your mother mother's womb right so you were non-existent and then you became existent so this non-existence is called death it's non-existence you're not there so this first death of non-existence and then Allah brought you to life then he brought you into existence right so this is the first death that Allah is talking about and like this is the most like and you probably guys see me use this argument a lot but this is I would say the strongest argument used against atheist right this idea of something coming from nothing right how could you have something coming from nothing how could you have uh non-existence how could non-existence bring about existence how could no life bring about life how can you move from chemistry and and all of these gases into biological life right or even existence itself how could you have non non-existence and then it becomes existence and Allah mentions that in the Quran right in chapter 52 for example uh where where he says where they created from nothing or are they the creators of the of themselves or did they create the heavens and the Earth so Allah is here is saying is that did you come from nothing uh when you have 0 plus 0 plus 0 will always equal zero you cannot have non-existence ever bringing about existence it is impossible so how could you still dis belief in a maker how could you still dis belief in a Creator when there was non-existence and this non-existence turned into existence at a certain point that by necessity requires a reason requires a cause requires an entity that makes that change you know none of us you know goes to the fridge when they opens the fridge you know you know and he finds a cake and then he says you know what they just came from non existence you know and even if there was a case a cake there you still that not complete non-existence because it's still a fridge and you still there as a human being imagine absolute non-existence the absence of everything no energy no matter no space no quanta no agency no nothing in existence at all could that non-existence ever turn into existence the answer is no it's impossible and this is something that is inate within every human being like every human being knows that you cannot have non-existence turning into existence by itself cannot happen it will always require an external entity and you know this is a part of our F it's a part of our inate disposition that we're created with as as human beings that's why you see babies if you look at babies they always ask how how is this here how did this get here where did this come from right they ask these basic questions you know when you're working with a small child uh like two three four years old they ask you where's the clouds the clouds come from you know and then where did this come from and then where did this come from because innately in through our F we know that there has to be something that is coming from something else it has to be something that comes from something nothing comes into existence by itself it's something that we innately know it's an innate knowledge that is instilled within us as human beings right so Allah is saying how could you then how could you even having this in innate knowledge having the intellect and understanding of knowing that something cannot come into existence from nothing have having the common sense how could you then disbelieve in Allah and you know that you were not existent you not there at at a certain point and then you became alive right and and even if you want to talk about it from the the biological perspective you know you got the atheist and the materialists who believe in evolution and all of this stuff right those those people still don't have an answer to this question you see this very basic question asked here in the in the beginning of of Surah uh that you were non existence and then you became an existence if you go to those 80s you know like the four Horsemen of atheism like you got Richard dokins and Loris crown and those people right the people who led the movement of new atheism you go to Someone Like Richard Dawkins and you ask him about abiogenesis right which is basically the beginning of biological life and then you say okay where did life come from how did life originate you know how did uh biological life come into existence how did these animals and and creatures and cells come into existence and then because they know uh it's not only by the way Richard Dawkins said that there's other people who said it they tell you okay it's just aliens there must be some sort of an alien that seed that seeded life on Earth why do they have to go to this like uh ridiculous answer ridiculous explanation because they know how complex a cell is the issue is is many of of the lay and the people generally they do not know the complexity of a human cell they do not know how difficult it is for a cell to come into existence how complex it is its components Etc like the is mainly from protein and these proteins are from amino acids and these amino acids are highly uh unstable therefore time does not help as a factor the more time you have the more unstable the amino acids become and that you need 100 from a specific type to just make one protein and then that you need millions of protein to make just the smallest cell which is bacteria cell and then how would this bacteria cell then come about them and how would it survive and how would it multiply and how would it change into something else right so they know that how ridiculous it is to to to claim that that life even biological life I'm not talking just about the existence of everything but biological life only how does it come into existence without a an entity that brings it into existence even those hardcore atheists who are anti- God they don't not have an answer for this question this idea of of uh I a biogenesis and the beginning of biological life right so this question here it is like you might be reading it you know when you're reading the Quran it's like a normal question that you're reading Islam it is this is like one of the biggest arguments that you could use uh against atheist that's why Allah is saying how could you disb believe in Allah so it is addressing or talking to those who dis believe disbelieve in the Creator disbel in Allah so how could you do this knowing these facts that Allah described right then Allah says then he causes you to die which is the death that we have in this life after being tested Allah causes us to die and Allah caus us to die it say so Allah is the one who causes you to die you don't die when you want so why Allah says that no no soul knows uh what it will earn tomorrow and no soul knows where it will die where or when it will die so Allah is the one who causes human beings to die in this life this is the second death that Allah causes you to die and it will come h no matter how how much people try to escape says say that that death that you're trying to run away from he's going to meet you he's going to meet you where where are you going to go then you'll return to the know knower of the seen and the Unseen so then Allah says then he will bring you back to life so this is here is referring to referring to Resurrection the day of judgment the day of resurrection and this verse is one of the evidences of course there are mult multiple evidences many many many evidences numerous about the the idea of B that it's a part of oured about a part of our beliefs as Muslims that we believe that we will resurrect we will come back then Allah says then to him you return after you resurrected after you come back you return to Allah and Subhan Allah imagine trying to escape you know to disbel in Allah and to ignore this fact that you are non-existence and then you became exist existent and then try to escape and run away even though you're coming back to Allah eventually where are you going to go to him you're going to come back so it is something that you cannot escape the existence of Allah whether you try to deny it even though you know these facts in the beginning that of how you came about to begin with you're not going to be able to deny it when you resurrected when you are put into uh that position where you are in front of the Creator there's no denying then that time then there's only one thing you could do which is to submit to the fact that you've been resurrected and that you will be punished so Allah is reminding you that okay how do you disbel even though you know these facts and even if you do you're going to come back you're going to return to Allah There Is No Escape there's nowhere for you to go that's why Allah has given us examples right in our day-to-day life we can see them like for example the trees when a tree dies it is like a similar Parable to to to our Resurrection you know so first there's no tree is a seed then it comes to life then the tree dies and then without anyone doing anything the rain coming and the sun then the tree comes back to life it resurrects again so this is an example for us as human beings to see something that we observe on a daily basis to understand that just like this plant like died and resurrected and came back the same will happen to you as a human being you will die and and you will resurrect and you will come back you'll come back to Allah then Allah says he is the one who created uh everything or whatever is in the Earth for you then he did which we will explain then he fashioned the heavens into seven and he is knowing of all things okay so first thing is Allah says he create he is the one who created for you everything in the earth everything in the Earth from this we can understand we or we can learn or the scholars use uh as evidence that all of the things uh that are foods the origin or the default position in anything which is which is food uh that it is Hal the or the default position in anything which is to be eaten or food or to be consumed it is Hal unless there is a specific evidence that it is Haram meaning if let's say one day you know what you want to eat like a crocodile or something you know hypothetically speaking you know there some crocodile meat you know and and you do and you're still not aware whether it's Halal or Haram you if you eat from that meat if someone says don't eat it if he says don't eat it now the burden of evidence is on on him because the default position is that the things that are created to be consumed or eating it is permissible so if he comes and says don't eat this specific thing whatever that thing is he is the one who needs to provide evidences from the Quran and Sunnah of why this is the case and this is generally the case of of M as well the dealings dealings dealing with the people the foods the clothing that you wear these type of things the default position is that they're permissible default position is that there is no issues with these things these things are permissible you're allowed to do them unless evidence is provided otherwise so we need evidences from the Quran and Sunnah to stay away from these things or say okay this is this specific thing is not allowed for me the other position is the the the acts of worship it is the complete opposite the acts of worship you cannot do any of them without the text so it's not the default position that you can do any acts of worship you like uh you know and then someone has to bring you evidence that you cannot do it which is like some people be doing today you know creating their own ways of worshiping Allah no the acts of worship are the exact opposite they are based on the text purely based on the text you cannot do them unless you have an Evidence to do them first so it's not the default position is that you can do whatever you want no you can only do that which is explicitly mentioned in the Quran andah or have an origin in the Quran andah uh and we we have made the video before about B like and explaining what it is and this and that you can watch it if you like but generally yeah you cannot even innovate action but the things that you do in religion has to be based on either An Origin in the Quran and or based on a specific evidence that that you need a Hadith a verse from the Quran Etc or an action that the prophet Alam did and and in this verse you know you could see like a fin response for a certain group of people right those group of people like the vegetarians and the vegans and those types of people right because Allah says in the Quran in this verse he is the one who created for you everything in there right uh or everything in the Earth for you so if Allah Asel created for us everything in the earth uh then those animals that we can consume are also a part of the things Allah created for us and that's usually a question that I usually ask the I asked the atheists or sorry the the vegans when I talk to them I say okay let's agree the eating meat is not the right thing to do can you tell me what is the purposes for the existence of animals on Earth why are there why do animals exist what's the point of animals existence on on this planet and they never have an answer they just let them live right okay but what is the purpose for their existence why are they here and for us as Muslims we got like a basic question it's a basic question for us is the easy answer because we know that things that are created here they're created for our susters are created for our food Etc like Allah says chapter 16 and then he mentions the horses the moles Etc donkeys right so you ride on it and it is as ad dorant as well like the beauty of horses Etc Allah also says that he gave us this clothing that we can cover basically our our body parts which should not which should be covered right and like you have all of these uh leathers and you have all of these things that that those animals possess that we use for our s we use for our needs as human beings right but for like an a a vegan which many of them vegetarian many of them actually do believe in God I usually ask them okay why did God create the elements why are they here and this is usually like something that is never answered you know why do they exist right why are they here they will just continue to multiply and eating grass and that's it you know there's nothing really for them to do okay so the word St here is it's it's important right because you have uh like certain groups right certain groups that are deviated in their beliefs in who try to change the meaning of certain words like right so what does the word here means like majority of the there's two meanings that we can take in this specific verse what is the meaning of the word right one of them is that he rose or elevated to the and the here would mean uh that which is above it would not mean the sky or the heaven right it would mean that which is above so Allah elevated above to the S uh elevated to highness and then he fashioned the seven Heavens the seven s the seven layers of Heavens that are above above us right so here uh one meaning and one understanding is is is going to mean the same as that he rose basically right he rose above right this is one uh explaning one one explanation one understanding and another explanation that is is that he directed towards right he they're putting turned here turned it turn directed Etc right he directed himself towards the S so he directed himself towards the S and here it would be the the the created one the heaven the created one then he made them into seven so as we mentioned before if you're keeping up with the class the word s can either mean that which is above or it can refer to the seven layers of the S are above us right there's two ways to understand so here you can understand it either way you can understand that Allah elevated to the s meaning to the highness or you can understand that he directed himself towards the s e the cre created entity the S and then he fashioned it into seven right so these are two ways to understand it but I I turn I inclin to the understanding thewa here it means he directed himself right toward the the S the fashion the created heaven and then he fashioned it into seven I tend to to Incline to this opinion because there's another verse in the Quran where Allah talks about this as well right says in the then Allah turned into the so here it will be turned into the when it was smoke then he said to it to it and the Earth so we explain this verse in line of the other verse basically that Allah directed himself towards the S and the S was already in existence and then he fashioned the S into seven right I think this is the best way to the closest and the strongest opinion to understand this right so for example he he inclines to the opinion that mean here is referring to Rose above and other incline that it means that he directed towards right which is the opinion that I inclin to that here it means that Allah directed himself into the s and then he fashioned that into seven right so and here we get a question right some people use this verse and say okay does this here mean this verse here mean that the Earth is created before the the the heaven or the heaven is created before the earth and the reason you get people asking these questions you get this atheist right you get the atheist to uh say to you okay look uh we believe in science you know and we're we understand now how the universe starting that started and all of that and how could your text say that the Earth was made before the S how could the text say that the Earth was made in before the S how could you say that uh that does does not make any sense from a scientific point of view basically this is their contention so they come to verses like this and they try to pretend as if this verse is saying that right and if we understood it the way I said the Allah there using the other verse as well we understand that Allah directed himself toward towards the S the the creation then it was already there so the verse say he created you that which is in in the in the earth so the Earth is there and then he directed towards the S because s was already there right so this verse is not saying that he created the earth the earth before the S so using this verse to to claim that this verse means that the Earth was there before the S is not is incorrect there is an incorrect understanding of this verse and we have a clear verse in the Quran uh where Allah says that the Earth came afterwards right the there are verses in the Quran Allah says he says and the Earth after that right after the the creation of the so so Allah explicitly mentions here in in the Quran that the Earth is done afterwards because in the Arabic language can only mean after can only mean after while other words like Etc do not necessitate that it's after so this is the the position which is like I would incline to that of course the the the S was created first in the Earth but let's say the the Earth was created in the S so what you know I would say so what because this is the thing those atheists would say to you that uh you know nothing is certain I cannot know whether God exists nothing is 100% absolute nothing is 100% certain but they would pretend that the science which is not really science it's mostly history which is cosmology talking about the history of the beginning of the UN of the universe is a concrete the unchanging science for example they pretend is when scientists tell them that this is this is how the universe was created and this came before that that means this is an absolute fact even though we know how Shady specifically cosmology can be uh because it keeps changing right it's based on the data that we have we have to go back in time using equations to try to understand maybe how did it happen how did did not happen and the more data we discover the more we realize that this is not the case that's why if you go like 100 years they will tell you the universe was eternal you know today they will tell you oh it's actually the Big Bang there's a big Bank okay so which one is it like if you go 100 years back the universe was eternal and now uh it's the big bank from the static Theory into the Big Bang Theory so they know that how changing science is but they will come and pretend as if it is the fact that they can prove that the uh Heaven came before the Earth you cannot really prove it as an atheist what is the evidence that you can establish for me for me that you can show me can you bring me a video from the beginning of the existence of the universe you know where you can show me that the the heaven was there before the Earth assuming that this is what the verse is say of course not so the verse is not saying that but we're saying even if the verse were saying that even if we were to accept this understanding of yours you've got no proof you cannot bring me evidence as an atheist to show me that one came before the other so sometimes as Muslims you need to understand right you don't need to come and justify everything that they come and accuse you of there there's many things that they would accuse you of that they would need to provide evidences for because they are making a claim one one came before the other if they don't make that claim then they cannot say the Quran is wrong here or wrong there right and we said already even even if they believe that we don't have an issue but still the question is where is your evidence to begin with to say what came before the other one okay and we said and we described like some of the uh as I mentioned like some of these uh groups that are deviated these groups what what is the issue of these groups the issue of these groups is that they tend to put the intellect before the text so for example you say to them and then you say what the said like I said the two opinions and the one I inclined to uh and then the verses of the Arabic language are clear then they start asking you okay but how would logically Allah would how would he do this how would he do that how would how would he move up how would he go from here to there is he in space is he a space is he in time and all of these questions that they try to impose their own intellect and understanding on Allah and based on imposing their intellect and understanding and debating with philosophers because they don't have a good argument they start changing the meaning of the verses of the Quran this is a big problematic issue that we have many deviated sex like the and their likes this is what they do right they deviate and change the meanings of the text but the issue is this if I have not seen something whatever that thing is whatever that thing is if I have not seen that thing I cannot know how it does specific acts so if I have not seen it the only way you can know how something does something the H now talking about the Hess how do you do certain things the attributes that you do the only way I can know the Hess or the attributes of something is I need to see it so if there is an animal let's let's assume you guys have not seen uh crocodiles in your life you know hypothetically let's say none of you have seen a crocodile before right and then I come and tell you okay look the crocodile Moves In The Water the the crocodile Moves In The Water you cannot know how The Crocodile Moves In The Water unless you see a crocodile it's the only way you can know how a crocodile does a specific thing how it eats how it moves how it mouth looks how anything about it looks you cannot know unless you see that thing yourself or you see something that is similar to it that is identical to it or that someone tells you about it but I come and I tell you look it moves like this and I try to give you a shape with my hand or like how exactly it moves in the water or I use an object in the water and I try to show you so unless I tell you about it or you see it or you see something similar to it you cannot know how it uh how its attributes are there in reality how it functions in reality so when it comes to Allah we've not seen Allah and there is nothing like Allah so you cannot see something like Allah so the only source of information for we for for us to know for humans to know how the attributes of Allah works is that he needs to tell us so when Allah says he rose to to highness or Rose to the s or directed himself to the S he told me that I believe it because Allah told me that and this is the only way I can know his attributes right so this is this makes things easy for you if you understand this you've not seen Allah you've not seen anything like Allah there's nothing like Allah and so your only source of information that you can see that you can know about Allah is what he tells you about himself so when you understand that what happens you start like getting life easy you know you have no issues like these people who try to use their intellect their understanding okay how would Allah do this and how would he come in the last thir of the night and how would he do this and how would he go there and how could you say Allah it's not me who said this or that stick to the Quran and what does the text say the text is explicit and clear so follow what the Quran and Sunnah says and follow the descriptions that the prophet gave you because this is a reliable source of information about the Creator and is only is the only way for you to know anyways there's no other sources for you to know about the create okay so Allah fashioned them into seven Heavens right this word Heaven sometimes I don't like to use because some people think Heavens means you know like parad no but what Heavens there means the layers of creation Allah created seven layers of creation above us right this is what means and what we are in is not even fully the first what we can see everything that we can see the universe everything around us is not even Yet the full the full let alone the other layers of the s that also have Creation in them that Allah created and he is knowing of all things Allah is knowing of all things uh even the ant walking in in the darkness in the Deep Darkness inside the earth Allah is aware of it this is the extent of the knowledge of of Allah and that he knows the the past he knows the future and he knows the present and he knows hypothetical situations so there are certain things that we do not do but even if we were to do Allah knows how the outcome of these actions will be I did not lift this mouse for example but if I lift it Allah knows what is what will happen if I do and he knows what will happen if I don't right so this is the extent of the knowledge of Allah then Allah says and remember or recall or mention this is what mean here your lord said to the angels I'm going to create aif aifa is someone who is an authority a human authority who fulfills the commands of Allah like Allah mentioned about Allah said oh David or oh D we have made you aif in the Earth right then then then rule between the people with with truth and do not fall follow desires so you move away from the path of Allah so aif is someone who would be uh applying the judgments of Allah upon the Earth right that's why we have right the leader of the Muslims who applies the of Allah what should and what should not be done okay so Allah is mentioning when he said he's going to uh put upon the Earth aif right he will put Authority human authority on that so and here we see Allah says when your lord said and this is a refutation of some of the groups that I was mentioning that that say that Allah does not speak with sound you know how would you speak without sound they just believe in telepathy right as if Allah does Tel telepathy actions with others and you ask him why Allah speak because sound is like vibrations and vibrations are like Did we tell you that Allah speaks in vibrations or are you the one making this up Allah said he speaks then he speaks and as we said already Allah is not like us so whatever action that he does whether it's speaking whether it's it is uh raising or or whatever whatever the action is we cannot understand exactly how it functions because we've not seen him and in the Hadith it mentions for example like one of the attributes that you will see of the speech of Allah is that the person far away hears it exactly the same the the person close by hears it you know our sounds is not like this our sounds is like depending on distance so the further away you are the lower the volume would get the less you could hear but uh the Sal the the speech of Allah is unlike our speech right so we not talking you talk about vibrations this Allah speaks and he was speaking to the angels and he's telling you like when you Lord say said to the angels right I'm going to create then the Angels the Angels what did they say this is a question of a right they're asking now would you create in it or would you put uh in it referring to earth right who causes corruption in it and then sheds blood so this is the question that the angels are asking is they're trying to understand right they are trying to understand that that Allah created this creation that he will put on Earth and that creation will what what will that creation do cause corruption shed blood this is what that creation would do and from that you you you understand one thing here uh which is a lot of uh a false assumption or a false perception that a lot of people have about the the Mala the Angels is that they think the Mala or the Angels they think they're like robots we don't believe that we don't believe uh angels are programmed robots that cannot think or ask questions or or behave or have tent or well to do something right so there is a difference between saying what Allah says in the Quran that the Angels do not disobey Allah and to say that they have zero Free Will these are not the same thing or they have no will let's say these are not synonymous so what we believe about the Angels yes the Angels they do not disobey Allah because Allah told us he said they do not disobey Allah Asel whatever he commands them and they do as they're commanded right so Allah told us that they don't disobey but in the same time they can ask questions like you can see in this verse not only that and they worship Allah Asel with their own will they worship Allah Asel with their own will so they choose by choice they worship Allah they worshiping Allah that's very important to understand they're not like a robot you program the robot to do the things you like no they're worshiping Allah using their own will they're choosing to worship Allah and where is the evidence that angels are choosing to worship Allah is the same verse because look they say so they talk about them uh purifying Allah praising Allah and and sanctifying Allah and all of these these things right why would why would they mention it if they were not doing it of their own choice would not make any sense to make it okay we do this okay you do this but you're programmed to do this so you wouldn't be saying and we do this right you wouldn't be mentioning as a praiseworthy attribute if you not doing it by choice also in the Quran Allah Praises them Allah says right so Allah says they are honored servants so Allah Praises them for their worship so Allah would not praise them for their worship if they had no choice to worship him that would make no sense like if Allah made them as robots and he created them and they're forced to worship Allah they have no choice except to worship him then there would no it would not make any sense for for Allah to praise them for that thing so this is a very common misconceptions that people have they think in their mind they think angels are like you know robots programmed to just do as as like do this do that no angels are not that type of creation they worship Allah with their well they do not disobey him yes that is a fact they do not disobey Allah Allah but they still like they have queries they have questions they ask they speak they engage in discussions and conversations and if you if you tra uh trace or read the like the encoun Encounters of the Prophet sallallahu alaihi wasallam with the angels like for example with the with Gabriel Angel Gabriel and or and other Angels like the angel of the mountain when he came to him you see a back and forth going on there this is not a robot you know like you just insert information into it and then that's it this is a not how the angels are so we need to make make that clear in our mind and our understanding right okay so uh now some people then say now how did the Angels know how did the Angels know that the human beings are going to be doing this how the Angels know that the human beings are going to cause Bloodshed and Corruption because this is before right Allah is saying he is going to place uh aif on the earth so still there's no human beings yet there's no killing yet there's no Bloodshed yet there's no blood shed yet so they're asking okay some Scholars said okay so how did the Angels know and now you had some people who say to you there was Jin and the Jin was we know the Jin obviously Jin is a different creation for Allah and we know that Jin is created before the humans because uh El is from the Jin and El was there before Adam so that means the Jin are created before the humans so now uh they say okay there was a Jin and the Jin was on Earth and then the Jin uh was causing Bloodshed and was causing corruption and they looked at the Jin and they said okay the humans are going to do the same thing now this does this have any evidence no not a single shred of evidence even though it were very popular in the books ofas but it does not have evidences there's no evidences that this is the case uh that that there was Jin before there's no Hadith that say that there's no verses of the Quran that say that some other people even went to like a crazy other creation that called bun or something like that they they made it up and they said no no there's actually a third type of creation and that creation was causing Bloodshed and this okay where is that in the Quran where is that in the where where are you bringing this information from the thing is when it comes to the the knowledge of the Unseen you cannot bring your own uh intellect into what happens in that which is unseen because it's unseen literally right so you you need to be told about it from the Quran and Sunnah so anything from The Unseen from the future Allah further away from any deficiencies we we glorify him we purify him from any deficiencies this is what the word means right you purify Allah you glorify Allah you remove any deficiencies uh or accusations against Allah this is what Subhan Allah means right that's why you see in the in the Quran for example so the word Subhan would that he would have a child why because a child is a deficiency child is a deficiency it is need you know you need a child that takes care of you when you get older you pass your knowledge and inheritance for you know it takes care after you when you're old uh pass your name and Legacy to all of these needs human needs right uh that human beings have and also that if that son is is of God then he will also be God so then someone else will share Dominion with God someone else will share power with God so this is a deficiency to ascribe an equal to Allah to ascribe needs to Allah that's why we say subh that's what the Quran says sub subh glory be to him or purified is he that you would have a son that he would have a child so this what the word means and when here they're they're linked together the scor say can mean two things one is that when we praise you we praise you through your virtue over us so the only reason we praise you only reason we do the only reason we glorify you and purify you is because you allowed us to do so it is because of your praise it is because you allowed us to do so right and the other meaning and the other understanding is means they say subh subh so they say the two words together when in the Arabic language is is purification right it's complete purification they're very close in meanings but they're not exactly the same right one is purification glorification Etc and one is is moving Allah away causing corruption and bloodshed rather than uh glorifying Allah and praising Allah as he is due then Allah he said to them what did Allah say to them and actually yeah I want to say something as well they call it the problem of evil is if there is a all loving God and it's always this this ridiculous kind of AR way of argumentation like if God is all loving and he's like all powerful how could he allow these things to happen on Earth how could he allow this how could he allow that right so this is a very common argument that you always hear from atheist and this and that should they call the problem of evil and you see Subhan Allah if if you read the Quran Allah is already very early on addressing or talking about this idea H about the idea of problem the problem of evil and the answer that Allah gives it is very very direct and very very simple he said I know that which you do not know he said I know that which you do not know if we were on equal knowledge with Allah if we knew the same things that Allah knows then how is Allah the Creator and we the creation then we're equal to him even equal to him in knowledge only we'll be equal to him and an attribute what would make him the Creator if you would have equal knowledge to what he has if you would have equal attributes to what he has so Allah has these attribute that are unique to him all of his attributes are maximally perfect we are not equal to Allah in any of his attributes and once we agree which is even atheist would we would agree that if there is a Creator he would have maximum perfect attributes so if they agree that he would have maximum perfect attributes then how do they expect to understand every single thing when they do not have equal knowledge as Allah right so it's a very simple answer but it's of not having full knowledge is a very uh good example like you know uh you know and I we give this example sometimes let's say you go to the hospital for example and you you don't know about medicine you don't know about operations you just live in the desert you know you're just a bedwin or something and then someone takes you to hospital one day and you see them amputating someone's arm they completely cutting his arm off uh that person from the desert would be like what's going on here you this is crazy why would you harm another individual like this why would you cut his lib off but uh those people are actually saving his life he's got a a poison a disease in his hand that will spread to the rest of his body that will kill him so amputation becomes a necessity and then they amputate his arm but the lack of knowledge of that bedwin of understanding what uh what is going on what those people are exactly doing what the actions that they are participating in lead him to the assumption that this is an incorrect thing lead him to the assumption that this is an evil action that's why we have the story of of in the Quran in right chapter 18 where Allah talks about M and how was doing these actions that mam from his knowledge from his perception thought are very strange things like why would you destroy a people took you in a ship and give you a free ride on the ship why would you be making halls and and destroying the ship this is what he asked Al so he doesn't understand why would you do this they did something good for us why are you doing something bad to them then Allah explains to us that you know what there was a there was a a king that if he sees any good perfect Chip he will take it for himself so he made a hole in that ship or he made that damage in the ship so the ship can be safe so the king does not take it so this extra knowledge Allah is telling you in the story and Allah is is generally telling you in the Quran is that you don't have full knowledge and if you don't you don't have the full picture you cannot come to conclusions based on limited knowledge of that which You observe and see so many things that happen in our life is a test for us you know some people lose their family members is a test some people you know would love their family members than than they would love Allah they would love like their children their wives whatever it is that they more than they would love Allah and when they lose them it would be the reason for them to come now to the religion and ask okay what's going on why did this happen why did this happen to me you know why why did this happen to me and sub all like this is a story that happened one day and and there was a woman that came and she was always complaining is like why is like my life like this why is everything going wrong why why why it was not me was one of my my friends there on the da table right and he asked her a simple question he said to her did you consume RBA did it's not happening to is happening to someone else but from it I learn and I appreciate that which I have as an individual it can also be a means for forgiveness for my sins right so this idea of like evil taking place or evil things Allah is all knowing he knows which that which benefits the creation he knows the wisdoms the benefits behind things and like we can see today you know what's you already doing the second option which is to give advice then you're doing what you can do and uh Allah will not hold you accountable for that which is outside of your capacity they will be held
