Restoring Keith JRHS Windows

Over the years, Keith Junior High School had various different renovations. At some point, these windows would have been windows all the way to the ceiling here. It's about 8 foot tall by 12t wide windows. And those windows went all the way down the wall all the way around the building here. At some point, they decided with single pane windows, they want to try to get better energy efficiency. It makes sense. The cool thing is is now we have much better windows, very efficient windows that we can put and and be able to utilize this entire window frame again. And that's what we're going to try to do. And each one of these apartments will have at least one of these big 8t x 12t windows. Imagine sitting here in your living room having a cup of coffee with that entire pane open above you. I'm super excited to see it when it's all done. And it's just one of the many things we're going to do to make these some of the best apartments, best units in all of our
