tuned for that but without further Ado let's jump straight into the system okay so the offer that made us a million dollar in 6 months um and 1.5 million overall it was buy 1 get one free just for you guys who are purely in here to see the offer so you guys can leave now if you want to but I'm going to be breaking down the exact system that I follow for these uh it's basically just three simple steps because in order to have a c like good offer it needs to be profitable for you it needs to be appealing to the client and it also needs to make sense so three pillars here first pillar competitors now more on that in a second just quickly over here uh when I'm testing my offer the only way to validate an offer is through data so when I'm testing I test for 5 days and during this period I am mixing up the offer I'm testing different angles Etc this is the main thing you guys need to understand is that your first offer might not be a winner it doesn't mean that the product's not good it just means that you need to refine your offer so coming over here we can actually shortcut the testing process by looking at our competitors so what we're going to do is we're going to go to our competitors we're going to go to their Facebook ad library and we're going to look at how long they've been running the product for if they've been running the product for about 2 months and they're constantly adding adsets that's a good competitor to study we can get that offer because we know that it's probably working very well for them we can also look at the creatives that they're running because sometimes people put the call to action at the end of the video as their offer we can use that as another way to confirm that that is the offer that they are actually running so by doing this we can come in we can look at the angle that they're taking and we can even make it better now is margins the second pillar should I say is margins so this is what not a lot of people talk about because it's all well and good you running byy one get one free but if it's not profitable towards yourself and there's no point and running it at all so here's the way we figure out if buy1 get one3 would work uh and if the customer would even want it to begin with so we start with I'm just going to draw a little box here and draw a little car that is the worst car looks like a dinosaur so what this is is this is product cost versus shipping fee and when we're choosing an offer this is very important because which way the pricing is skewed is the way we're going to frame our offers so for example just say the product cost is $1 and the shipping cost is $10 this means that our cost for this product is going to be1 or $11 I can't do math $11 if we wanted to add another one of these products onto here it's only going to be a dollar extra so it's going to add a lot of value because customers are going to think oh I'm getting two of this product but for a very small price $12 shipping will increase not that much if your products Li so when when it comes to being profitable and actually running a successful campaign having this in mind is super important because let's just say the it was skewed the other way and let's just say our product cost is $15 and our shipping is $10 don't know why I did it so big there if we were going to run a buy one get one free for this because the total cost will be $25 adding an extra product on here it's going to be $4 and you can see how that Stacks up a lot so what I like to do here is this is when it very important that you have a good idea on who your target audience is and who your client is so if you guys know my testing system I've released it a few times on here this is where it gets supercharged so when we're testing we're testing four different angles fully broad uh CBO or it doesn't matter for example let's just say we're running this product here the LED face mask now when we're making this we can look at multiple different angles that we're going to take people with acne buy moms who have just want to improve their skin are enthusiasts so we're going to come up with a pretty broad offer and we're going to be shooting it like this when we find an adset that hits we are going to be tailoring our angle around that so for example acne if that hits that starts taking off we can pair this product with an acne cream we could do a free acne PDF we could do anything like that it adds value and is relevant to the customer and it makes sense as with a product like this which is a my grain face mask which you put over put it in the fridge or whatever uh it's going to be pretty cheap to Source right it's going to be about a dollar and maybe $10 in shipping so running a buy 1 get one free for this product would make a lot of sense you can also use this buy one get one free as a bait price which is what we've done just recently I launched a product I tried doing $50 for one product and then I did buy one get one 50% off so it was $75 for two but then what I did $75 but then buy one get one free and finally enough people are actually purchasing one of it because they saw that value and now
