Conflicting Ages?

hello my friends i cannot help being triggered by this fact that it seems that we don't perceive ourselves in the same way according to aging that means there is no specific age for us for so many years i have been asking these questions in educational environment all around the world to patients and you know their answers first usually they believe they look younger than their chronological age secondly they believe they feel even younger inside and when i ask about the best look of this age is around their 30s that means and it opens a reflection do you think that this fact may impact how the patients perceive their results please let me know your thoughts
