everyone and welcome back to my channel or welcome to my channel if you're new here today i'm going to be sharing another massage with you and this has been quite a highly requested video or a massage i have shared with you so many different massages for different parts of the face and also a general massage morning massage an evening massage cheek bones mouth area angry elevens forehead jawline everything so today i'm actually going to do a massage that is suitable for 20s and early 30s because a lot of people kind of question if they need to start massaging that early a lot of people also ask if they should be massaging there is benefits for everybody in massage and promoting lymphatic drainage and stimulating your muscles so everybody can benefit from this but today i'm going to do a general face massage for anybody it doesn't mean that if you're in your 40s in your 50s in your 70s that you can't do this massage everybody will benefit from this massage but this is a nice um lifting kind of like um brightening massage for your face so we're going to do all of the face i'm not going to concentrate on one particular area so i'm going to start with the neck but first i'm going to apply a little bit of oil i'm using my aurelia balance and glow day oil i always have 22 percent off code from these guys so you check it out in the description box below i always leave the code there so i'm just gonna pat the oil onto my face and onto my neck because i always start with the neck this is where we warm up the limp so i'm gonna start with my knuckles in circular motions going on to my neck under my jawline and down towards the collar bones you're massaging this whole area starting from the top of the collarbones all the way to under your ears there are a lot of different lymph nodes here and this is just to warm things up you can also go to the back of your neck this is also nice and relaxing if you hold tension in your neck or your jawline or your shoulders and then we will do some flicks so i'm going to hold above my collarbone and then flick from the collarbone up with two fingers you can use more fingers if that feels better i find two fingers pretty good so i'm flicking from above the collarbone towards the jawline i've got breakouts literally symmetrical breakouts on and each side of my chin because um i had to wear a mask to this week so much i was doing a lot of food styling and on the shoots um it's very strict so we wear masks all day and i kind of took the wrong mask it wasn't um the mask that i usually wear i have a few different cotton ones on the go i'm gonna do the same motion from the jawline up so i'm holding at the jawline and then i'm flicking up so this is really good for defining jawline and defining cheekbones and also just getting rid of any lymph buildup that happens at the jawline and sometimes give you that heavy um heavy kind of saggy look on your face but either way the mask kind of he almost feels like it has a little bit of wool in it and that really kind of irritated my skin and also change of season is happening hormones everything but actually i was thinking to do a video on masking or acne that you get because of the mask um so let me know if that's something you would be interested in we're gonna move on to hooks i'm gonna place my thumbs under my chin and then my first finger is going like a little hook hugging my jawline and then i sweep towards my ears so again this is really good to get rid of double chin um any like excess skin that you have on your jawline to find the jawline and again promoting that lymph lymphatic drainage and i always say that lymph is superficial it's very close to the surface of the skin so you don't need to apply too much pressure it's all about how much care and control you have in your movements be mindful with your movements and then we will go to the same hook but under the cheekbones so i'm placing my fingers like this from the side of the nose under the cheekbones and up so it's similar shape with the fingers but this time we're sweeping under the cheekbones so if you want that more of a hollow look for your cheeks this is a good move to introduce into your routine if you wonder which oil to use for massage i have a whole video on which oil to use for different skin types but you can also use cleansing oil or cleansing balm and do this when you're cleansing and then just wash it off and continue with your routine okay from there i'm gonna place my thumbs onto my jawline and then sweep my thumbs up hold on to my cheek and release sweep hold and release and i'm going through the whole side of my face and then i go again so i'm not really pressing the skin i'm not pinching it i'm just holding it there so you're just sweeping it up and then by holding it you're kind of fixating that muscle memory making sure that the muscles know where to go toning the skin up and then the other side so you can spend as long as little on this you don't have to do all of the moves every time maybe you have some favorites maybe you have certain areas you want to concentrate on okay from there with my first fingers i'm going to sweep out from the nasolabial folds out towards the ears so it's like a fan that i'm opening so i'm sweeping across the whole cheek so this is really good for mouth lines label folds which add this fold right here so of course everything is very personal it depends on the shape of your face it depends on the jeans depends on your diet and your lifestyle so results come in different times to different people okay a couple of circles with my ring finger around the nose this is good to release sinuses congestion allergies and to continue a little bit into the nasolabial folds i'm going to pull my fingers apart in the nasal label folds so i'm stretching them and then the other side and then one of my favorite moves i really like this one so i'm going to take my first finger place the backs of my fingers into the cheeks or into the folds and then i turn and flick place turn and flick so you're turning them out and you're ironing out those nasal label folds with the backs of your fingers so make sure there's some kind of lubricant oil on your face so you have that glide and slide so you're not pulling your skin [Music] let's go with the ring finger on the bridge of the nose over the brow pressure the temple feather like motion under the eye and pressure here so over the brow pressure at the temple under the eye pressure and again so what i'm going under the eye i am just just touching my skin i'm not sweeping i'm not dragging um there's more pressure when i'm going over my brow and i like to do a bit of a pressure point um almost like acupressure when you press under the brow releases headaches and at the temple of course releases a lot of tension too okay let's go for figure eights by the eyes so again with the same ring finger you're going for a figure eight [Music] this is great for crow's feet i'm just brightening up the eyes deep off in the eyes [Music] let's go for a little pinch so thumb and first finger pinching slightly i'm not going close to the eye i'm going just here on the cheekbone and then i go up and then you can also go over your brow you kind of have to switch the grip when you go over but this is really good to open up the eye as well just brighten up that area so this is a nice one to do in the morning but i have a specific morning massage if you guys want it and there's also relaxing um face head shoulder massage that i really love i love a head massage let's sweep across the forehead so i'm going in an x-like motion going up and up and up towards the hairline so we're ironing out those angry lemons and angry angry and the lines that we get on our forehead so kind of covering all of the area just using all of your fingers except the thumbs sweeping up up up and then i'm gonna sweep from the brow so my fingers are going over the brow towards the hairline so all the way towards and into the hairline you can go as far into the hairline as you want it's actually quite nice when you go quite further in and give it a nice massage there as well so just a few here [Music] and let's go for a little sweep so two fingers or you can use a ring finger sweeping from under the brow up towards the hairline lifting the brow it's good if you have hooded eyes or if you hold a lot of tension between your brows if you like to frown like i do this is a good one for you let's do a little sweep so i'm sweeping from the center of the forehead towards the temple under the ears and down towards the collarbone so this is a good lymph draining all the way down towards the terminal node which this at this moment we're draining towards the supraclavicular node which is located just above the collarbone but there's a lot of different lymph nodes especially around our ears and around the jawline and the neck so even if you don't have time to do all of the moves concentrate on doing the neck and the jawline that will have a really good effect on the rest of your face as well let's just go for a couple circles on the forehead it's always good to do things around the brows as well because that releases the orbicularis oculi which is a circular muscle around your eye so a couple of circles here and we'll go back to the chin and the jaw for a couple more movements and then we're done so i'm just gonna sweep down from here it's always good to sweep because we work the lymph up and then we need to drain it a few ironing out of the crease that is just above the chin so i'm holding my thumbs underneath and then i'm sweeping my first finger into the crease you can also iron it down so thumbs stay under but i have quite a detailed massage for the mouth area that i posted recently so check it out if that's the area of your concern okay let's just go from the cheeks all the way down towards the collarbones just to eliminate all of the toxins and then that's that that is it you guys thank you so much i can put my fringe back thank you so much for following the massage with me i hope you enjoyed this if you have any questions at all or any requests for other videos or massage videos massage areas let me know in the comment section below i always try and listen to your comments and help you with that
