Prefabricated Lattice Trusses Form a Lightweight Reinforced Roof Structure

At first glance, the setup can be mistaken for tile production. However, the structure shown is a pre-fabricated roof system using steel lattice trusses. Each truss is manufactured in advance, then installed across the span at consistent intervals to form the primary support. Lightweight filler blocks are placed between the trusses. These are not loadbearing, but help reduce the volume of concrete needed. A thin concrete layer is then poured over the top, locking the entire system into a single slab. This approach lowers construction cost, speeds up installation, and creates a rigid roof structure with good load distribution and structural stability.
