what's up guys I'm Stevie G with sculpted Studios reclaim is my Innovative inkline created in collaboration with permablend in the reclaim set you're going to see six different bottles number zero 1 2 3 4 and adjust zero is the perfect straight base black number one is that base black with a little bit of violet number two has a little bit of green number three a little bit of yellow and number four a little bit of Vermilion this set was created with sculpted cancellation color theory meaning that the colored modifiers that are present in the ink are used to cancel out the undertones that are present in the client this means we get the ability to create a Perfectly Natural result that will never pull any funky colors and will stay true for the life of the treatment using the ink set we made it pretty simple straight out of the box you can get right to work whether you're using the physical card that came in the box or the digital download it's super easy to use the first thing you're going to do is match your client's skin tone to the skin tone on the chart I like to do this by holding up the chart next to their face or holding up my phone phone or tablet up to their face so I can match the color really well now once you've matched the skin as close as you can to the Chart you're going to Now work on the ink mix you're going to notice above the skin selection there's a number there's also one to the left or underneath depending on where you are in the chart the numbers that are above or on the bottom part of the chart are going to tell you which bottles you're going to need to use on the left those numbers are going to tell you how much dilution is needed either three six or nine drops of dilution our dilution scale is based off of 10 drops of ink meaning for every 10 drops of ink you're going to need to use either three six or nine drops of dilution this set is built to give you a match to the client's natural characteristics if you want to create something a little lighter use more dilution if you're looking to create a darker effect you can use a little bit less now we've got number zero in there which is your straight black you can use this as a modifier if you've got somebody with really dark skin or if you're just number zero is mostly used as a modifier you can use this for a client who has really dark skin or if the result that you're getting you just want to add a little bit of Darkness or get a little bit more black always use adjust to do your dilution it is made specifically for this ink set do not use distilled water or glycerin or anything else always use adjust you is made perfectly for this and make sure that you get a perfect mix and the best results possible let's go through an example let's say we matched the client's skin tone to this box right here right on top we're going to see the number one to the left of the Box we're going to see number nine that means we're going to use bottle number one 10 drops of it with nine drops of dilution now sometimes you're going to see two numbers like one and two or two and four now that means since we are working with a Scale based off 10 drops of ink that you're going to use five drops of one bottle and five drops of the other with the directed dilution the other thing you're going to notice on the chart is a bunch of colored blocks like yellow orange red red blue what this does is tell you the undertone of the client's skin in color theory we know that there is a direct relationship between the undertone and the skin tones and this chart is already built to tell you what the undertone is no guessing needed it's also a great way to learn how to spot and identify undertones that's how I learn so it's really that simple simple grab your set get your chart and start getting to work with reclaim and start reclaiming your art and creating the best possible results that you can
