GoHighLevel Automation Tutorial | 15. Sell Online Courses Through Funnel Pages

hey guys hope you're doing well in this video I'm going to show you how you can set up an automation that will help you sell courses from high level or through high level so the use case is simple I have a course inside my high level account I want to sell it so people will be able to come to a landing page that I create and then they'll be able to fill out a form which will be an order form when they fill it out by adding their card details and purchase the course for a specific amount they will be able to get access automatically in in that course and that access will be created in the backend through the automations we create so it's simple and um if I go to my account I want to create a course now so let's go to memberships and let's go to products so a product is basically a course in this in high level so basically uh it's it's not the same thing as payments so under payments we have products as well here so these are payment products we we don't want to do payment products we want to do membership products which is a course and as you can see already I have a course here which is a yeah which is known as a product so what I want to do after creating the product by adding lessons adding content adding videos images everything to it what I want to do is I want to go to offers I want to create an offer so I'm going to say uh become a go high level expert let's say that's my offer and I'm going to add that product so an offer is basically one or more than one courses so if I want to sell three courses as an offer I could do that by uh creating an offer here so I'll say one time and that will will be let's say $49 or pounds so uh price input override doesn't it doesn't matter so it's not needed so it'll be live right cool so that's my offer right now I want to sell it via a landing page so I'll go to my sites then I'll create a new funnel I'll say become ghl expert create and then I'll say add a new Step payment page create the page so this will be the page where people will be coming and purchase the course so I'll add uh I'll open this in the highle Builder so for now let's keep it simple so let's say we need a text headline we need a we need to add a section add a row and an element saying that become a ghl expert today at a sub headline saying byy our course today for for PBP 49 and Then followed by the form so the order form is uh let's say it will be like a twostep order so I do order form and uh here in this form uh basically people will be filling this out and purchase the course so I don't need extra information like company name I don't need it so I'll hide it hide shipping as well full name okay that's fine that's fine I can hide shipping from here so I basically need full name email and phone number and uh the next step will be the next step will be just uh adding their card details it that's it so I'll do save it all right and then if I want to add my subdomain or domain to it I then can publish it but I'm I'm keeping it in test now so I'll go back from here so people will be able to uh buy the product by filling out this form SI I do need to add a product to this so I'll add a product saying uh become a go high level expert yeah if you don't have the product by uh you can go by under payments and then create the product here so it'll be title of the product pricing one time or recurring that's it just create the product so I've created that already so I'm not going to show you that again let's go back to my sites let's go back to the funnel and the products so I'll just go ahead and add the product that I created previously and hit save now let's go to the link preview so let's go to the page preview and see how it looks like so if I uh enter my name okay that's my number if I go to step two it gives me the product that I just created under this funnel in products uh basically when I created the offer it asked it asked me if the offer is free or paid so that got overridden by here uh the product here right so uh we may keep that free but just to keep like it secure so anyone doesn't get access to the offer I created I made that paid but it it doesn't matter because I have overridden by adding a product in the funnel so people will be the idea is people will will be filling this out and then get access to the course automatically now let's create the automation by going to automation I'll start from from scratch and then I'll go say payment made course Grant uh offer uh yeah course Grant access so I'm going to say order form submission here in the funnel website the funnel will be become a CHL expert payment page is this one and the product is become a ghl expert okay cool now what's going to happen is you can add more stuff to it like send email send SMS confirmation uh adding them to a pipeline adding the value to that opportunity you could do all those stuff but what I want to show you is how to Grant access so I'm going to say Grant course Grant offer I'm going to say become a go high level expert today and this is what you basically need to do and this thing you just saw is the offer I created under memberships I'll show you again so by going here under uh memberships offers that's the offer I just added so now if I fill it out with all the details uh and then add the card information and do the payment if it's successful if it goes through what's going to happen is this email that you put here or whoever puts an email here that email is going to receive the login access so that login access is going to be created in the back end for this course and they're going to get instant access and they can log in through that email and password that was shared through that email so that's uh that's basically what you need to do if you want to change what what goes out as a as a like a offer Grant email you can actually change that email by going to settings and uh you basically need to go to email settings and you can do like welcome email so you can change it to any other welcome email you like but I would say don't change it because if you're just getting started just keep it as a welcome email offer access email can be changed here by the way so that's the that's the email get sent with the uh offer access with the login and the password so if you want to change the layout of it you can do it but I would say let's not do it just in the beginning so that's how you sell a course by creating an offer creating a landing page and have people fill it out with their card details purchase it and then automatically
