Gemini Super Gems: Google's NEW AI Super Agent! Goodbye N8N! (FULLY FREE AI App Generator)

Hello everyone, welcome back to the new video. Gemini Super Gems are an advanced feature inside Google Gemini that turn AI prompts into visual multi-step workflows. Instead of writing one prompt at a time, we are now able to build AI mini apps directly inside the Gemini platform. These mini apps can handle complex tasks like content generation, data processing and automation without writing any code. This is powered by an experimental Google labs tool called Opel which is now integrated directly into the Gemini Gems Manager. To understand Super Gems, we first need to understand Opel. Opel is a Google labs tool designed to build AI powered mini apps. Originally Opel worked as a separate experimental product. Now Google has integrated Opel directly inside the Gemini app through Super Gems. This means Gemini is no longer just responding to prompts. It is now capable of running full workflows. If you already created workflows using Opel, they are now migrated into my gems from labs for easy access. Let us look at a practical example called the recipe gem. This recipe gem is built using Opel inside Gemini super gems. The purpose of this gem is to turn leftover ingredients into a complete meal. The user can type a list of ingredients or upload an image of the fridge. Gemini uses its multimodal capabilities to understand the input. Once the input is provided, the GEM runs a multi-step workflow. First, it analyzes the ingredients. Next, it identifies possible recipes. Then, it generates a personalized meal with step-by-step instructions. This is not a one-time chat response. This is an interactive mini app. To access Gemini Super Gems, open the Gemini web app or the Gemini mobile app. Sign in using your Google account. Once you are inside the Gemini interface, open the side menu. In the menu, select the option called gems. This opens the Gemini gems manager. Inside the gems section, you will see a category called gems from labs. This is where super gems are available. Inside the gems manager, there are also pre-built super gems. These are readymade workflows created by Google Labs. You can open any pre-built gem and start using it immediately. You can also remix these gems by editing the workflow to match your own needs. This allows you to learn how the workflow is built and customize it without starting from scratch. First, I am going to show you how gems work without Opel integration. Click the new button here. Here you only need to enter the gem name and description. In this case, I'm building a travel scheduler. In the instructions section, you clearly define what the gem should do. For example, when a flight ticket is uploaded as an image or PDF, it should extract the flight details, date, and time and create a Google calendar event automatically. Inside the instructions input, you can type the at@ symbol to view available connected apps such as Google Calendar, Gmail, and other Google services. This makes it very easy to connect apps and build AI automation workflows. You can also use Gemini tools such as Nano Banana for image generation, canvas, and other built-in capabilities. Finally, in the knowledge section, you can add local files, Google Drive files, Google Photos, or connect to Notebook LLM. This provides additional context and knowledge to your AI agent. Everything is set. Click save. Now you can start using the agent. I am going to upload a demo flight ticket from my system and ask it to add this event. The agent automatically extracts the flight details and creates the calendar event in Google calendar. Here you can see the calendar event has been created successfully. Let us look at the event that was created. You can see that the agent extracted the correct flight date, time and location and created the calendar event accurately. This confirms that the workflow worked as expected without manual effort. This shows how much time it saves. You only need to upload your ticket and the agent handles everything automatically. This is just a simple agent example to demonstrate the concept. Next, we are going to create a super gems mini app. Click the new button. This is the prompt I am using. I'm building a stickers app. The app asks for a style and a subject and based on that input it generates stickers. Let us submit this prompt and continue. This is the workflow that was generated. Let us test it. I enter the style as cute anime illustration and the subject as cats. The app takes these two inputs and starts generating the sticker illustrations. After that, it creates a web page to render and display the stickers. Here you can see the output and it looks very good. It generated two sticker cards. You can see the cats are very cute and well illustrated. This is a great example of what super gems can generate. And the best part is that when you click the advanced editor option, it opens Opel directly. Here you can modify the workflow by adding more user inputs and editing the prompt for each node. You can also control which Gemini model is used. For example, switching from Gemini 2.5 to Gemini 3 Pro. Once everything is ready, you can share this app with others either privately or publicly. Overall, Gemini Super Gems combined with Opal show where Gemini is heading next. This is Google moving beyond simple chat and into real AI automation and mini app creation. It's not meant to replace advanced automation tools yet, but it already handles many practical use cases with very little setup because this is powered by Gemini models and supports multimodal inputs. It opens up a lot of possibilities for building AI agents, workflows, and small applications in one place. The best part is that this is completely free and integrated directly into the Gemini app. If you want to start building AI tools without writing code, this is something worth trying right now.
