Before we start demolition here at the cafeteria, one of the things I want to start doing is salvaging everything we can. So, around every door post, check out this awesome trim. It is in perfect shape. This is solid oak, and all the doors, all the moldings, there's like 8-in molding all the way around here. We're going to pull this off and salvage it to be used in some of the apartments that will be here. So, uh while we are going to remove things, we are going to change things, this will no longer be a cafeteria. We're also going to try to salvage uh little pieces of the past to put into each apartment. So, check it out. We'll show you how these things come together as we go, but my goodness, these oak doors, this oak trim, uh it's just in incredible shape. We can't wait to use it in the structure.
