Affordable Housing Crisis and AI

Obviously big fan of Venderoo. Use Venderoo. Love Venderoo. Working with it every day. We're getting better with it. There's two waves I'm riding. I'm trying to stay on the very front end of those. One is the affordable housing crisis, right? We have some really creative solutions. In fact, I was just meeting with like very high level state officials in Pennsylvania here this week. We're solving these problems, figuring out how to connect people that don't normally talk to each other, programs that don't normally talk to each other, connect those together, and then at the same time, you got this AI way, right? Everyone knows it's coming. It's this big. You call it a supersonic tsunami. Is that is that the word you used in the past? >> I don't know. I I don't know if I ever used that, but I think I want to start using that. >> That's free. That's free. You created that in my mind. So, it's a supersonic tsunami that's just coming, right? And for me, it's like, okay, jumping in with Venderoo helps me stay on the front line of that. I mean, we're we're at the chat GBT. We're building our own bots and stuff, but you know, staying with the company as aggressive as Venderoo is tells me I'm staying on the edge of that and I'm on the edge of this affordable housing crisis and those are working together, which is it should mean a lot of zeros at the end of the day, but you know, I will go back Pablo like what is the thesis? What are we doing? We're solving problems. At the end of the day, if you're doing things for money, boy, it's a shallow life.
