[Applause] I wanted my fans to know that I am just a regular 16-year-old boy who likes to have fun hang out with my friends be just a regular person hey up got my phone nice buddy it went from like hanging out every day almost to only seeing each other a couple times a month if that who had the best shooting percentage that game I did no backboard please now that we don't see each other really anymore we just kind of like cherish the time that we have together want to see excuse me sweetheart you can't go out till you clean your room okay can you go clean your room please I got to get you stuff on the bus all right thank you thank you these are some some animals that my grandpa has collected and this is a wolf this is a fox and we me me and him were playing like mini sticks one day and I knocked off the leg you know it wasn't very nice and then we tried to like tape it there and at one time it just fell over and I blamed it on chz no actually we blamed it on noan and he wasn't even here it's amazing because without family and without people that you know helped you stay grounded um you know you you end up making wrong decisions um like people have in the past who have been you know Teen um stars so I think that if as long as you have people to keep you grounded and people to say no to you then you're going to be all right I've really just been pretty blessed over this past you know year and I was thinking this was crazy and now it's just like kind of sanking this is like my life this is reality so yeah Justin wanted to bang the drums and it was loud and uncomfortable sometimes but he was good at it and I knew that he really liked it so I wanted to encourage that and support it Justin as a 2-year-old he would grab a pair of drumsticks and we'd start hitting the stairs and and everybody noticed that his timing was amazing where's this Talent come from does he play drums it was a little plastic miniature kit and got to bang on that for 2 years Patty's friends were Musical and they encouraged Justin and their Church would have music in it they would be you know showing them how to do a chord on the guitar and then the boys at the church had a benefit down at one of the local hotels come on up here just play a couple songs he'd go into the furnace room and he would bang those drums and the worst part of it was he was good I just never thought of it being anything other than for [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] fun from the moment I heard him sing and just his interaction how comfortable he was at that moment I knew that this kid could really make [Music] it the one thing that I'd say is very incredible about him as a talent is how his talent has evolved here you have a kid who plays multi instruments in addition to singing Justin also plays drums guitar [Music] keyboard you can tell that he had been studying everything he could get his hands on and he's uploading this video you know through social media really building a fan base of his own when I saw that I knew I said man not only is he talented but he's smart I think it's important to recognize what your kids are good good at and what they enjoy doing and no matter what that is just support it [Music] [Applause] [Music]
