Diddy & Suge Knight CHARGED For Tupac's Death After TMZ Paid Witness For Footage...

He's charged in one of the most notorious cold case in modern American history. And this morning, the man known as Kefei D is breaking a silence from behind bars. Nearly 30 years ago became one of the nation's most notorious unsolved. >> Hey Keith, Metro Police, come over here. >> Then in 2023, a breakthrough when prosecutors charged this man with ordering the hit. The only person arrested for Shakur's who now tells ABC News authorities have the wrong man. >> I'm innocent. The Las Vegas police finally released the Tupac files, proving who did the crime against him, revealing that his friends were involved. Fan reactions read, "The new Tupac files are making me question everything. Why is there evidence of Snoop Dogg knowing Tupac was going to be targeted? Sugge Knight wanting Tupac gone so that he couldn't leave the record label. And even Diddy paying for the hit. He needed new friends." which is exactly what Tupac's own father said during an interview reading, quote, "Tupac's biological father says, "If he would have been a better father, Tupac still would have been alive today." He never would have trusted Suge Knight. But because he wasn't there, he looked at Suge Knight like a father figure, saying stole all of his money. >> Well, Suge Knight, I feel so bad. I got to live the rest of my life realizing that maybe if I was a better father, he might not have got in that situation. He might have had enough wisdom to know that this mother I'm gonna scound him, but he looked up to him like a father. Then to find out a year, eight months later, that cheek them out all of his money, that's the final betrayal. Due to this, the news wrote, "The reinvestigation of Tupac's passing is revealing new names and evidence of those involved." One new name brought up is Suge Knight. Suge's name is mentioned a lot in these new Tupac files. Police highlighted from day one, Suge's side of the story has been very odd. Because why did Tupac not have any security on the night that he passed when Suge Knight's job was to literally keep Tupac secure? >> First of all, you seen what happened. Suge understands who he's dealing with or what just happened with, right? >> Yeah. I would have off the top shut my artist down. And if I would have shut him down, I would have moved him in a way to where could nobody get to him. Sure. You know what you doing, though, dude? like it ain't no security on me. >> But also on the night Tupac passed, Suge Knight said, quote, "When I left that hospital, me and Tupac were laughing and joking. I don't see how someone can turn from doing so well to doing bad." I >> mean, when I left that hospital, me and Park was laughing and joking. So, I don't see how somebody can turn from doing well to doing bad. >> So, you seriously think that he might still be alive? >> I'm going tell you, you never know. But what's very weird about it is Tupac was supposedly in a very deep sleep when arriving to the hospital. So, how in the world would he and Suge be laughing if Tupac was unconscious? However, when you read through Diddy's file in the Tupac files, it connects the entire story and you figure out why Suge Knight lied. The feds believe Diddy planned the entire crime, then was able to convince Tupac's own friends to confuse the truth to the media, and it worked out perfectly. As the case took three decades to solve, what the investigators were able to find in 2026 is something you wouldn't even believe. It begins with the announcement of 50 Cent says that it's not over. More unreleased Diddy footage that didn't make his Netflix documentary is now coming to YouTube, including footage about how Diddy started a family with Tupac's ex-girlfriend. Diddy has a daughter named Chance Combmes with a girl named Sarah Chapman in 2026. She famously dated Tupac in 1995, revealing Diddy wanted Tupac gone because he wanted to be Tupac. >> Tupac was a shining example of everything that Diddy wanted to be. And he was that naturally. He was charismatic. He was sought after, desired. He was very well-liked and a naturally likable person. He was charming. He actually had intrinsic talent. He was a star. He was what Diddy tried to force his way into becoming. Did he through force, through manipulation, through fear-mongering, try to become loved and adored and liked, but all he could manage is like a twisted clone of that that he was able to garner through fear. But back to my original point, he thought he triumphed over Tupac by when actually what he did was make Tupac immortal and by Diddy continuing to live and earn more wealth and in his mind earn more adoration. In the Tupac files, it states, "On November 18th, 1995, Tupac was photographed with Shawn Diddy Comb's baby mama, Sarah Chapman. 10 years later, Diddy described Sarah as being the one. She was his dream girl. So, when Tupac was dating her first in 1995, Diddy didn't like it. This resulted in his first attempt at getting Tupac, which was swept under the rug by police. >> I believe so. I do believe so. Then after 20 years of walking free, when the police finally arrested Kei D, he did an interrogation, but he didn't know that he was being recorded and he would literally confess to Diddy being the lead man of the crime. >> On all all four of those occasions, there's San Diego, Anaheim, Irvine, and Vegas. The news read, "Diddy faces questions about his alleged role in Tupac's passing after being mentioned 77 times in a new legal filing. where even Kefi D, the hired hitman of the crime, said everything was Diddy's wish and that it was a lot easier than he thought it would be. Which is exactly why a writer named Jeff Earlman, who wrote a Tupac biography, claims that Tupac wasn't even a tough guy. He portrayed to be and was just playing a role. He said, quote, "He couldn't fight and he didn't even know how to use a firearm cuz he because all these guys sold him this lifestyle idea, but he wasn't it. He couldn't fight. He had no athleticism. He didn't know how to shoot a He didn't like He wasn't that guy, >> but he started to believe it. >> He method acted it. >> 100% method acted it. >> However, this is where the Tupac files get very strange. A detective wrote, "Detective Russell Pool suspected that Suge Knight arranged Tupac's passing before he could exit the label." Then he framed the rival Crips to throw off investigators, raising a very important question of who is a famous that Sug Knight would do this to. This would be none other than Snoop Dogg. The feds would then investigate Snoop Dogg and here's what they found. They noted in the files there's an interview where Snoop Dogg revealed he was supposed to be in the BMW with Tupac on the night that he passed with Tupac though in regards to Tupac. So on the right on the flight back to LA, I didn't feel comfortable around them for what they had did as far as I didn't let my security ride with me. So to protect myself and to, you know, prevent from happening, I slept under a blanket with the knife in the fork just in case something was to go wrong. But it didn't. Suge Knight did such a good job at framing Snoop Dogg for having involvement that one viral reaction even read, "Is anyone going to mention how Snoop Dogg could have stopped Tupac from passing? These new files coming out is upsetting knowing Tupac should still be alive." Where many believe two decades ago when Snoop Dogg was heavily tapped into the streets, he received a tip that Tupac was going to be targeted on the night that he passed, so he avoided on getting in the BMW. As stated in the interview earlier, the feds even then found an interview where Snoop claimed two days before he passing, he felt like Tupac hated him. >> I say a week before he we was best of friends. And I forgave him and went and did an interview and was asked how do I feel about Puffy and Big. I wasn't thinking about his emotions. I was thinking about the way I felt at the time. >> I wasn't into no controversy. I liked them music. They was they was our friends. We was all friends at one point. There's video footage of all of us hanging out. >> With three big names in the rap industry now having a connection to the passing of Tupac, it's important to truly understand the evidence file where they found new evidence about what exactly happened to Tupac on the night that he passed. They wrote, "On September 7th, 1996, Tupac was in Las Vegas with the head of his record label, Suge Knight. The two were off to the MGM Grand to watch a Mike Tyson match as after it was over, they spotted an op in the lobby of the hotel. Good night and their entourage went to the Mike Tyson, the MGM Grand. KPD and his nephew Orlando Lane Anderson and two of their friends were also there. KPD told LAPD detective Greg Kading more than a decade ago in a profer that couldn't be used against him. The was retaliation after Tupac jumped Orlando and up at the casino. Surveillance cameras recorded the Tupac was angry that Lane had stolen his necklace years prior in Compton. Tupac, Suge Knight, and the entourage left the casino quickly. >> Security would break up the altercation between Suge, Tupac, and the ops, resulting in Tupac and Suge going back to their hotel to change their clothes before heading off to a club at around 11 p.m. Once exiting their hotel, the two would then head into their BMW and drive down to a club owned by Suge Knight. But things would go down right in the middle of the street where Tupac and SH would be listening to very loud music, shouting to women on the street and causing a major scene. Knew about Tupac's concert at the club 662. Members, including Orlando and Keith D, jumped in their white Cadillac and started cruising the strip looking for the offender. Before long, they finally spotted Tupac's caravan. At the intersection of East Flamingo Boulevard and Koval Lane, the white Cadillac pulled alongside the black BMW with Suge on the driver and Tupac on the passenger seats. The back window of the Cadillac rolled twice in the chest, once in the arm, once in the thigh. The aftermath of the incident was a mystery for three decades. The police would then start investigating a very odd interview by a man named Kei D on DJ Vlad's show. During an interview, he literally detailed the moments of finding Tupac pulling up on him and doing the crime. >> And uh Bubble Up was a driver and uh Baby Lane and Freaky were in the back seat. >> We was just all in the car together. Just say that. >> This was the white Cadillac. >> Yeah. >> So you guys are driving around and then you hear these girls say Tupac, Tupac. >> Got to the light. Usually go uh drink and he happened to be hanging out the window. He's hanging out the window like he was in parade. >> Tupac. >> Yeah, he was. >> So, what happens next? You said that as you're driving up towards the towards the BMW with Suge driving and Tupac in the passenger seat. >> He would even further explain that it happened so fast because Tupac was reaching for his firearm when he passed. You said that as you're driving up towards the towards the BMW with Suge driving and Tupac in the passenger seat and you said the Tupac pulled out. >> It looked like he was reaching. It seemed as if Tupac already knew something was about to go down and he was trying to prepare for it, but sadly he wasn't fast enough. But KD revealing these details on a cold case was something nobody was really believing. So he would end up releasing his never-beforeseen police interrogation that happened on the night of the crime to convince everyone. >> Lane starts um you say looks over, he sees you. This put KVD back on the police's radar. So, they investigated him again and they even found his reaction to Tupac passing, showing his true emotion. >> Yeah, I just I hate happened, dog. And let me explain. There's an interview revealing Tupac was an industry plant with a job stopping the beef between the red and blue street teams. But when he couldn't get the job done, he suddenly passed. Well, it turns out when I talked to Tupac's longtime mentor, political mentor, former Black Panther Chi Lumumba, who was his first business manager. Um he's told me, you know, I I basically asked, well, could was Tupac only pretending to be in order to appeal to and politicize them? And he said yes. Um and that's that was part of his thug life agenda they came up with with his imprisoned stepfather, Matulu Shakur. And um so Tupac uh was just using that in order to get the and the leaders to call peace trustes first in Los Angeles then throughout California and then throughout the country and that was um why he was pretending to be this type and um really he was just an intellectual prodigy. This could make sense as to why Snoop didn't want to be near him in Las Vegas on that night. But this is where it gets even weirder because in a 2010 interview with a rapper named Tre, he revealed him and Tupac were best friends back in the day. They even worked on a few albums together. But here's where it gets interesting. After Tre's interview, the cameraman forgot to stop recording. And he placed his camera onto the ground. You can hear the interviewer asking him about Tupac, to which Tre responds, "Last time I saw him, he was in Cuba." >> So if you ain't ready for it, get on the sidewalk.
