I love working for support Adventure because it has changed my life and is still changing my [Music] life hi my name is Eric and I'm the founder of support adventure and I started this company so that msps can find great talent around the world and technicians can find great jobs that they can work remotely I love working at support adventure and I think there's three main reasons the first is the flexibility that this lifestyle gives you because I live all over the world and I can work while living an exciting life at the same time the second is the staff I feel like we're all one big family and we really get along and we're very supportive and the third thing is to work in a smaller company uh you're able to have more of an impact and have your ideas heard I came from a complete 8 to5 job office job and since I moved to sport Adventure my life has become so much better due to just having the freedom to be wherever I want in the world to do what I want just change my life completely when I started working for support Adventure I was a little baby in the IT industry only doing a few daytop things and after 6 months working for support Adventure I have gained a lot of skills and a lot of different Technologies and I'm still continue growing within the it field while working here I love working for support Adventure because it gave me Financial stability I am able to travel a lot to amazing places work from wherever I want another important reason is that I work with a bunch of amazingly beautiful wonderful people who are like a family to me now I think the most I love about the retreat is being able to spend time in person with all the amazing people from all around the world that helped Build and Grow this wonderful company it allows me to be location independent and I really like the sense of community and support we have within our team and has created a lot of opportunity for me to travel created me a work life balance I have more time with my family and friends while still being able to work from any place in the world so I think what I love most about working for support Adventure is the satisfaction that comes from enabling people to work remotely and having the means and the freedom to go and travel the world [Music] [Applause] [Music]
