Upgrading Keith JRHS

I'm here on the fourth floor of Keith Junior High School and I want to show kind of some before pictures and videos of what what is and what's to come. As you can see down the hallway here it's kind of dark and gloomy. I don't know if the video can pick it up well. We got a plan to repaint all these ceilings. I think the original idea from the developers who were super creative was making this feel like more like the sky outside but it really kind of made it dark. So we're going to lighten up these ceilings. It's going to look really fantastic. We're going to change out the light bulbs, high efficiency LEDs which are good for the environment, be good for our electric bill. You can see all these panels on the wall, these brown panels. Those are where all the lockers were. So we've got some ideas of how to kind of spruce those things up too as we go we'll be sharing. But one last thing I want to show you about the fourth floor that you were mad about is probably backing up waiting in this hallway waiting to get your food cuz inside here is the cafeteria. And this is where we're going to have five bedroom or five apartments, four two bedrooms, one one bedroom, about 7,000 square feet of space. Working on getting our permitting and everything right now. The city's been awesome to deal with so far but we're going to be showing you this entire process. But this is the fourth floor and I'm excited to show you some big after pictures. So stay tuned, we'll keep posting videos because this is really a cool project not just for the people here or maybe you who decide you want to come live here but for the entire community I think it's going to be a great benefit.
