Hello, good morning, good afternoon, depending where you are in the world and be very welcome to our free four-part masterclass wake up your eyes. And today we are doing the live corresponding to lesson number one. If you signed up to the free four-part masterclass wake up your eyes, you have received on your email a video with the lesson number one. And today this live is going to go deeper onto the topics that were addressed in this first video. In particular, today we're going to talk about five secrets to improve your vision daily with things that you have at home, with habits and things that you can pay to in your daily life. And let's see what we're going to do and what we're going to talk about during today's live. So, in video number one we spoke about the secret to improve your eyesight without glasses or surgery and today we're going to go a bit more in depth on that. We're going to talk about five keys to improve your vision every day. I'm going to talk about my own vision journey and about my professional trajectory a little bit. As I said, we're going to go deeper on the topics of lesson number one. I'll share with you and people from my team will share with you more tips and exercises. We will answer your questions and you'll discover a handful of people who have been able to improve their eyesight naturally and let go of glasses and avoid surgeries. Now, you see these big letters here saying that you get $300 worth of value for free because what we're going to be sharing in this free four-part masterclass wake up your eyes is the equivalent of a weekend workshop of natural vision improvement. And I used to teach those weekend workshops in person years ago. I did it in France, in Spain, in the United States, in Costa Rica, in Argentina. >> [clears throat] >> And I used to charge $300 or 300 euros for providing this information. And nowadays, thanks to the magic of the internet and thanks also to a committed community of visionaries that are, so to say, the sponsors of our activities, those who sign up for the paid programs, the in-depth programs, we're able to do this social service four times a year and teach anybody who has an online connection how to take care of their eyes and improve their eyesight naturally. We have done this now for over 10 years and over well, over 5 million people, almost 6 million people around the world have participated in this free four-part masterclass wake up your eyes. We teach this in Spanish and English and between the two languages we really have had participants in 192 countries in the world. That's basically every country there is except for North Korea. We haven't we don't have yet participants from North Korea. Anyway, we would love to know where you are from, where you are participating from because we like to complete our map and we like to say hi and to see yeah, what's the population, what's the people participating in our free four-part masterclass. Now, I would like to know if you wear glasses or contacts. If you are here, chances are that you wear glasses, you wear contacts or maybe you are afraid of having to undergo surgery or you have had surgery already and it didn't go as well as you planned. Or maybe it went well, but 10 years later you have problems with your eyesight. Aha, well, if this is any of your case, well, you are in the right place. And I'm seeing that there's people from Canada, Arizona, the UK, Toronto, Colorado, Wisconsin, Quebec, Northern California, Quebec, Canada. And I'm also seeing that people yes are mentioning that they need glasses and contacts. Glasses to read the small print. Aha, from New York and I wear contacts, from Virginia. Okay, glasses since 1.5 years and two strabismus surgeries. Okay, I can only use one eye at a time. Norwegian living in Sweden. Okay, from the UK. Okay, so we have a quite diverse crowd mostly from English-speaking countries. That's normal. In any case, if you have issues with your eyesight, want to avoid using glasses or reduce their use and avoid surgeries, you are in the right place. Okay, I see Catalonia with glasses since age of 10. Once improved my eyesight but then stopped exercising. A Swiss with Italian roots in Germany. So you already know that if you take care of your eyes you can improve your eyesight. So now maybe it's the time to pick it up again. Okay. We need this in Scandinavia. Absolutely. This is needed everywhere in the world, but thank you for saying that. Thank you people and hello people from Jordan, from the Netherlands, um from Scandinavia. Okay. And yes, so if you find that this information could be interesting for someone else, if you know some other people that have issues with their eyesight, please share with the people that you care about. Share the links, share the videos, share the YouTube channel, share the Facebook page. And actually, if you're on watching us on YouTube or Facebook, subscribe, follow us to make our channel more visible so that more people can learn about this possibility. And the next question is are you interested or are you committed? What's the difference? Well, if you're interested maybe you're going to listen to the information, maybe you listen to half of it and you forget the other half and you don't you won't practice anything. And maybe it's nice to have some extra information and it's always good to have more culture and to know more facts. But what's the difference if you're committed? If you are committed, you will practice. You will apply the things that I am going to share with you. And when you apply, not just when you show up to listen, when you apply, when you do the practices, when you implement, that's when you're going to have the difference. And the commitment is with yourself, with your eyes, with your quality of life, with your well-being, right? So I am committed too. I'm showing up. I have recorded the videos. I'm going to be here this week to teach you a bunch of things, but it's only useful if you apply it, if you take it home. Okay, I see people that are committed, committed, very committed, committed, committed. Great. Also someone from Turkey great and with retinitis pigmentosa. You can improve from that too. Okay, my question, if you're committed, then you have showed up here having watched video number one. We already sent it to you by email today. When you signed up, you start receiving our emails and we sent the link to watch the video number one by email. Yes, it helps with macular degeneration and with bleeding of the retina and other things as well. Anyway, if you watched video number one, you already learned how to do palming. Palming is the first start technique of natural vision improvement. And if you have started practicing palming, then you may have noticed things. Claria, for example, says, "Yes, I watched and practiced the palming method." "Yes, I did the exercise with my husband this morning." Great. So Okay, let's someone here saying, "I am committed but with a history of falling off the wagon." Well, when you fall off the wagon, you stand up, you remove the dust and you jump into the wagon again. And you're here. So that's showing that's showing that commitment again. Okay, Lena also, "I watched it and I did the first palming." Great. So for those who already learned palming, for those who already practiced palming, I would like for you to write in the chat so that the others learn what you start to notice when you practice palming. And for Silvia who's wondering, "How do I sign up for the first video that you mentioned?" Let me find here. You can use this link and through this link you can register to make sure that you watch absolutely everything. Okay? Okay, great. So while you mention what effects you noticed to the palming we encourage other people who are joining and who are discovering this to practice palming. I'm also going to invite people that are here with me today to share what was the effect that you felt when you started practicing palming. Somebody in time you discovered this course, right? You started practicing. So let me introduce Diana Delgado. She's from Argentina, but she lives in Florida. And if I remember well, you discovered wake up your eyes in 2020, I believe. You did the free four-part masterclass. You improved your eyesight. You chose to join the advanced program, the paid program, and then you chose to become a vision coach, a professionally trained yeah, person to help others improve their eyesight. But like me, you started having vision problems, right? And probably first thing you discovered with us was palming. So, tell us about how your eyesight has improved and tell us about how palming was helpful. >> [snorts] >> Okay, thank you. Thank you, I know. Hello everyone. Welcome to this wake up your eyes free course. And today, as I like to say, your eyes are waking up to a new way of seeing and a new way of being. And yes, I discovered this in 2020 after almost 40 years of wearing glasses with several symptoms, astigmatism, a hyperopia, strabismus, having had an a surgery for strabismus, presbyopia later, dry eye, you know, and at the beginning when I saw this in the internet, I I didn't trust. I said, "Ah, what's this about natural vision? Okay, if I have been wearing glasses all my all my my lifetime, so okay. Let's give it a try. I trust I trust myself that I could do it and start practicing. And the first practice was palming, the star practice was palming. And I remember that day because I was looking afar, yes, and suddenly I I opened my eyes, I said, "Oh, but that bunch of green, that mass amorphous green that I was looking at before, now I see that they are trees." Yes, they are trees with branches, with leaves, and I said, "Wow, this works." And I started and as I know I said in 2020, and I never stopped. I went on and on with all the practices that you are going to discover in this free course, but this first practice, palming to relax our eyes. No one has ever told me about relaxing my eyes. You can relax the body, go into the spa, whatever, but the eyes really? So, this first palming exercise practice, yes, experience because it is like that. You open your eyes to a new a new perspective, to new colors, brightness. And I bet that all the the ones that are practicing and have seen the video number one are experiencing that, right? Yes. >> Yeah, I I wanted to actually share some of the comments. So, Dev Houston says, "I just watched the video and palmed for the first time." And And Doggie says, "Palming has given me the confidence to go without my glasses except for driving." That's an amazing start. And if you give it more time and you practice and you improve, of course, you need a checkup to make sure to do this safely, but you could also improve your eyesight to be able to drive without glasses. And we have many participants that renew their driving license and now says that there's no glasses needed. So, it is possible. Michelle is also saying, "I'm halfway through the first video, then the live started." Okay, so take time after this live is finished to finish watching the rest of the video. Aligned with nature says after palming, "I had a split second of being able to see something on the other side of the room a bit clearer." Well, look, if you just practice palming once and immediately on your first practice, your eyes are showing you that you can improve your eyesight even if it's for a split second, imagine what it can be if you repeat palming every day for a few minutes. Maybe even a few times every day for a few minutes. Your eyes are going to relax and clarity is going to be to increase and and to build on each other. Yes, that's what usually happens. So, Rachel is saying "I started to see colors more vividly and my vision was a little more clear." Hey, fellow participants, you are proving to each other that eyesight can improve even with a simple first practice of palming for a few minutes, you're having immediate feedback from your eyes showing you that you can see better. For example, Andrew Banks, "I did I just did 5 minutes and could see clearer right after. It felt great relaxing. Can't wait to do it before going to sleep." That's an amazing idea. If you relax your eyes with palming just before going to sleep, then all the hours that you sleep at night, you're going to keep your eyes relaxed. If you're going to do the palming just once a day, let it be just before you go to sleep to maximize the effect of palming. Or Kathleen, "I did the palming technique for 10 minutes. It's very relaxing and I love it." Great. Susan, "If you love carbs, will palming work or will the sugar and carbs work against the benefits of palming? Is this why I don't see lasting improvements?" Okay, this is a very interesting question and it's a bit more complex. Indeed, the eyes are the windows to the soul and we will have the opportunity to talk about that in lesson number three of this course, but the eyes are also the windows to the liver, the windows to the pancreas. So, you need to make sure that you are having a balanced diet with not too much sugar in your blood so that you preserve the tissues of your eyes. When people develop diabetes, one of the effects it can have is that your your eyesight starts declining. It's a kind of dangerous for the retina. Yeah, but if you take care of having good diet on the one hand and on the other hand, you practice natural vision improvement, of course, your eyes can improve. Okay, let's see some other people. I listened to your podcast with Alex Zack and Hella community meeting a day after we all did a quick eye chart test before and after your exercises and everybody could see a line better. Yay, thank you for sharing this experience. I loved the podcast with Alex Zack. It was an amazing 3 hours of talking and great that you did this practice to show and see collectively that you can improve your eyesight. We're carrying at the International Center for Vision Coaching at the International University of Human Development and Leadership. We're carrying um um a longitudinal research on the evolution of eyesight of people who practice natural vision improvement and the Clear Sight method and it's very obvious that the improvements really happen over time. Okay, natural nature dweller, "Since I started palming, I am almost free of floaters and completely eliminated my headaches." There you go, palming has other positive side benefits. So, start palming and enjoy. And there's people interested to become vision coaches. Great, we'll have to talk about that sometime soon, but that will more likely happen more in May, June, not right now. But the first step, if you want to become a vision coach, is to practice the Clear Clear Sight method, the Wake Up Your Eyes Natural Vision Improvement on yourself and see for yourself that you can see better. There's more people who saw us in the Alex Zack podcast. That's amazing. Welcome all the community of Alex Zack, the way forward into this three-part masterclass. Also, Kaylee, "I only had a couple of minutes to try palming and I really felt so much tension released. Can't wait to try it more. Is it okay to still wear contacts while doing these practices before healing happens?" My advice is and we'll talk about this more later today. My advice is that you don't wear glasses or contacts while you are practicing. Let your eyes be free and relax fully. And during the period of time where you're improving your eyesight, use glasses and contacts as little as reasonably possible. What do I mean by this? If your uh safety is at stake, of course, wear glasses contacts. If you need to wear glasses to drive, please do so. We don't want you having a car accident or damaging anyone or anything. If you're going to use dangerous tools, use the glasses, protect yourself. If you need the glasses or the contacts to be functional for a specific work, wear them for that. But spend as much time as you can without them so that your eyes can improve, okay? Oh, plenty of people saw the Alex Zack podcast. That's amazing. Okay, and I see some more comments that have beautiful stars. So, we'll get to those. We'll get to those, but let's advance a little bit more. So, congratulations for all those of you who have been practicing palming and thank you for sharing what you noticed and do you want to keep improving? I would imagine that yes, that's the case. You want to keep learning. You want to keep learning other techniques, other habits so that you can take care of your eyes. Thank you, Deanna. Maybe I'll bring you in a bit later and maybe a couple of the other people that are here with us, but let's advance a little bit more for now. Okay, so if you want to make sure that you make the most out of this this three- four-part masterclass, make sure that you're registered. You can join through clearsightmethod.com or through this link that we're I'm typing here. Um, the team, please, if you could type it on the chat so that people that are on Facebook and YouTube can see the link uh and then we make sure that everyone is registered. Let me say a few words about who I am before I teach you more things so that you can keep improving your eyesight naturally. So, I'm a university professor. I am tenured at the University of Toulouse, France uh where I've been in the academia for more than 20 years, but since 2023 uh I am a tenured professor at the International University of Human Development and Leadership in Mexico where I have been able to create with the support of the university and the Secretary of Public Education the first university degree for vision coaches and the International Center for Vision Coaching. I am the creator of the Clearsight Method which is uh at the basis of the creation of this university degree. Um, and of course the Clearsight Method is at um an approach a course uh to learn how to see clearly again naturally without glasses or surgery. I am of course the director of the vision uh the International Center for Vision Coaching. Um, I have specialized in natural vision improvement for more than 20 years. Mhm. 20 years of research uh doing my own uh scientific research, but also gathering information in different disciplines on how uh vision can be improved naturally. And there's information on this of course in uh ophthalmology and optometry. That's where you would think uh this information would be first. Uh but also uh groundbreaking contemporary neurophysiology and neurosciences and epigenetics uh teach us things relevant things about how you can improve your eyesight naturally. There's studies on posture, on light and the impact of light on health and eyesight and vision that can help us also improve our eyesight. And even though it may uh look a little bit less uh connected or less relevant, there's a lot of information in social sciences on how um vision deteriorates and how it can improve. There's studies in psychology, sociology, anthropology, and history. Of course lifestyle medicine, health and habits have things to say about how to improve your eyesight naturally. And uh obviously the field of natural vision improvement itself and um vision coaching has information on this. Natural vision improvement started officially as a scientific Bates. And he published his book um uh Better Eyesight Without Glasses in 1920, but since of course there's been other researches um and other uh applications. And I have spent um the past 20 plus years um learning, doing research, and synthesizing everything that I could learn uh together to make a step-by-step simple method that anyone can learn. Diana, I see that you picked up something. Is there something you want to show? The book. This is the book. Without glasses with uh Emily William Bates. Yes, absolutely. >> Yes. Yeah. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. So, um um here is a picture of me at the International Conference of Holistic Vision. Um, it happened in October 2025 in Valencia, Spain. And uh during this conference uh we had um hundreds of participants uh from 35 countries gathering. Uh it was a gather a professional gathering of natural vision improvement professionals. And in the picture you see me with half of the authors of let me show you the English version of this uh book anthology, yeah, A New World of Seeing Practice and Perspective of Natural Vision Improvement where 43 authors from 16 countries uh we we have shared one extraordinary vision, possibility to improve your eyesight at any age regardless of the symptom that you have. And uh well here uh you can see me in the middle holding one of the books together with Nathan Oxenfeld and Orly Kurlansky, the other two co-editors, and surrounded by about half uh the authors of this book. This book has become an instant international bestseller. When it was published, it was number one for weeks, not just in eye problems, but in all of Amazon store uh in amazon.es and it was in the top 100 of 11 Amazon stores. Mhm. Including of course categories like um uh healthy living and wellness. Okay. Um, also I said already that I am the director of the International Center for Vision Coaching and director of the degree um of vision coaches. And I am also the recipient of a honorary doctorate uh for the impact that I've been having worldwide with the Clearsight Method uh in the past 10 years. Um, yeah. This is I think uh Diana you have your degree at hand so you can show it. Yeah. Uh okay. Um, the the the degree that Diana is going to show um is whoops this is what I wanted to yes. Um, is the first and only official university degree that exists in the world for um vision coaches, for the professionals of uh natural vision improvement. And it has been created on the basis of the Clearsight Method. You're going to learn the basis for it um these these days, this week. Okay. And here's a picture of the first graduation that we held in Mexico City at the end of 2024 and now it's uh we have more than 250 uh vision coaches that have graduated uh since 2024 uh with the creation of this degree. Uh the Clearsight Method has also received a lot of awards and accolades. I'm just going to show uh some of them. I'm not going to bore you reading you all all these um uh all these uh awards, but I want to mention these things because you deserve to know uh the quality and the value that you're going to get. You deserve it. Of course I'm very happy and proud of these accomplishments, but what's important is that you know that there's a solid scientific basis behind um the Clearsight Method and what you're going to learn these days. Also know that even though now I'm one of the leading references um and experts in natural vision improvement worldwide, I did not start like this. And um so let me tell you a little bit about uh my own story of vision improvement. And um the reason why I tell my story uh besides showing you that I have walked the path that you're about to start and I have experienced the improvements that you're about to start. Um also my story includes some interesting lessons that will allow you to learn things about how eyesight works and how it can be improved. Yeah? So, uh uh if you're like, "Oh my god, now she's going to tell you her story." Well, actually pay attention because some of the things I'm going to tell may sound familiar and related to things that you've been experiencing. Okay. First, I have had six different symptoms at three different times in my life. Uh let me tell you that I was born, huh, with vision problems. I was born with myopia, nearsightedness, strabismus, so a squint and amblyopia or a lazy eye. Mhm. And uh when my parents uh noticed that there were clearly issues with my eyesight um so I was born in uh in September and uh we were visiting my grandparents uh during Christmas and uh my parents showed me to my grandfather um and how it was very obvious that I had vision problems. And my grandfather was a neurosurgeon, very famous in Spain at the time where I come from. He was very well connected to the best specialist in every area of medicine in the country at the time. So, he advised my parents to go visit um Dr. Medina. She was an ophthalmologist, a pro full professor at the University of Granada where my grandparents lived. And my parents came with me being months old uh to see this doctor. And at first she was very surprised that they would bring me in so young. And then when she saw the amount of issues I had in my eyesight, she congratulated my parents for having done so. So, this um ophthalmologist advised my parents that I would wear patches and that they should do a certain kinds of stimulations with me, with my eyesight. And my parents applied these very thoroughly um with a lot of dedication and love. And by the time I was 1 year old, my eyesight was perfect. There was nothing of the myopia, the strabismus, or the squint, the amblyopia, or the lazy or the lazy eye. So, in a way I was very fortunate, uh very lucky to be born in a family where there was a very great doctor that was very well connected and my parents took uh charge of this very very early on. On the one hand, I was very lucky and I'm very grateful. On the other hand, I learned almost from birth that vision can be improved. And my parents chose to tell me this story as one of the three stories that they told me in every birthday that one of my first accomplishments in life was to improve my own eyesight. So, I have known about natural vision improvement forever in my own life. Not as a professional, but as a user. And Diana, I think my experience contrast with yours because you also had strabismus as a child, but you were not as lucky as me to be in a family they were given good advice since the beginning. So, you had to go through a path of wearing patches during school and being bullied and wearing thick glasses and things that we wouldn't want for our kids or for ourselves, right? I don't know if you want to say something about it. Yes, that's why well, answering some question I was there that that is why it is so important for children to know about this. Well, for parents, okay? Because when I was eight at primary school, I began wearing glasses and a patch all day long. It was hard. Because I was bullied. I was the only one in my in my classroom. And well, then all the other symptoms that I mentioned before and knowing about natural vision actually changed my life. Because now I'm 57 and seeing better that at that time. I think that my my eye doctor, my parents, they gave me the best the best they they knew. But knowing about this, knowing that your eyes can improve naturally, well, awesome. Let me keep you here for a moment. So, I knew about natural vision improvement, I knew my parents knew about it like when I was months old and I have had a lifetime of good eyesight. Your parents didn't have that fortune, so you had 50 years of problems with your eyesight. And at 50, where people are told that their eyesight is going to decline if it didn't start at at 40, for you with age, you see better and better and better. So, it's possible, okay. >> [laughter] >> And I told And I told my father, he's 85. I told my father about this and he said, "What? Is it really true?" Yes, it is and you can improve. He Well, he has glaucoma and cataracts, but yes. And and and now he knows at 85, 85, that he can improve, too. So, if you are wondering about age, about symptoms, natural vision is good for you. Yes. Since we're talking about age, so I started improving my eyesight when I was months old and we have colleagues that are also specialized with children's eyesight and there's books that have been written about it. And one of our colleagues, she studied at the same time as you, Diana, a student of mine, Maria Jose Fernandez, she actually taught her mother to improve her eyesight when her mother was 98 and she had good eyesight for the first time in decades between the age of 98 and 103 when she finally passed. And she wrote a book about it. She has it in English, too, but I think I only have the the English sorry, the Spanish version. So, the book is called Reborn at 100 and she explains also the improvement of of her mother being 98 years old and seeing clearly until 103. So, know that you can improve your eyesight at any age. In any case, going back to my own story, so I was born with three different eyesight symptoms and thanks to the commitment of my parents and having good information, my eyesight could be recovered within months. And so, by the time I was 1 year old, my eyesight was perfect. And as a child, I remember that my parents would tell me often in awe that my eyesight was extremely extremely good. I was very proud to see very well far and near and during the day and at night. It was part of my pride and something that I had accomplished. As I said, my parents told me every birthday about how I improved my eyesight. So, when in 1996, in my early 20s, one day I was studying in France, I was getting ready to start my PhD at that time, so career in science and research. And one day I woke up seeing very very blurry and double. And honestly, I panicked. I was in my early 20s, not long ago that I had left my parents' home. And so, waking up, I I freaked out and I called my mother so from the north of France to the north of Spain to tell her I was very worried seeing double and I didn't know what to do. My mother panicked, too, telling me, "My my daughter, there's nothing I can do for you 100 1,000 km away. Please call a doctor, an eye doctor." Duh, of course. That would make sense. So, look how old this story is. It's from the last century, from the last millennium. And so, I picked the yellow pages. At that time, I didn't have access to the internet yet. It was barely the beginning, right? I picked the yellow pages and I started looking for eye doctors, ophthalmologists, optometrists, and I started calling until one random person picked up and gave me an appointment for that very same day. So, this was a kind of a traumatic experience for me and maybe some of the things that I experienced you've experienced at some point depending on how empathetic the doctors that you've met have been. In any case, so I was given an appointment for that same day and later on I realized that probably it wasn't a good idea to choose an eye doctor that had space immediately. Usually, you don't want to go to empty restaurants. If there's empty, there's a reason for it. And full restaurants, there's also a reason for it. Anyway, it was in the middle of the winter of winter. It was cold and by the time my appointment happened in the north of France, maybe it was at six, so it was already dark. It was in an old building that had poor lighting, a lot of marbles, so it was also kind of cold. And when I got into the office, it was a very awkward situation because the doctor didn't say hi, didn't invite me to sit down, so I was not very certain when I could start speaking or if it was inappropriate to do it. So, all these things that I'm mentioning, I'm mentioning because they play a role depending if you're relaxed or you're tense, if there's good lighting or poor lighting. All these things affect the quality of your eyesight. Anyway, there's a moment where finally I understood I could speak and sit down and interact with this doctor. And so, I explained to him that the day before I was seeing perfectly clear and I woke up seeing very blurry and double. So, I asked, "What happened?" The doctor didn't answer to what happened and what caused the problem. The doctor invited me to sit down on a chair in front of a machine where he was changing lenses and where he was showing me different letters and different numbers of different sizes and I was invited to say when was the moment that I saw best, which I did. And so, he wrote down in a piece of paper that I had astigmatism and myopia and so many diopters of this and that. And so, I asked him, "Okay, so now I have this, but why didn't I have any of it yesterday and I have it today? Because yesterday I was seeing perfectly. It's today that I'm seeing blurry." He didn't answer and he just sent me to buy glasses and he told me that I should wear them all the time. And I was extremely frustrated by this experience because I identify very strongly with a very good eyesight. That's what I was I wasn't born with good eyesight, but I accomplished good eyesight. And in every birthday, it was reinforced that this was part of identity. So, I was not willing to give up this very important part of my identity. And I was getting ready to start an academic career with science and research. So, for me it was unacceptable to leave questions unanswered. If there's a consequence, there must be a cause. And when we know the cause, we can correct the consequence. And this eye doctor didn't tell me anything about the cause. So, I paid him politely even though I was boiling inside in frustration. And the minute I left the office, the consultation space, I ripped the prescription, I threw it to the trash, and I went home determined to find the cause for the eyesight problem and to solve it. Anyway, I arrived home, started talking to a friend and venting and relaxing and letting go all the frustration like explaining how how shocking this experience had been for me to have someone prescribe glasses without even trying to find out what caused the problem, the eyesight problem, to begin with. In any case, this friend told me, "Hey, I know I cannot promise you that my family doctor, who's not an eye doctor, he's a generalist, I will have the solution, but what I can assure is that he will sit with you and will try to understand what's going on and will try to find a solution or an understanding." And I said, "Okay, that's good enough." So, I called this family doctor and he gave me an appointment yet the day after, but he gave me the appointment earlier in the day. It was still winter, but for some miracle in the north of France that day it was sunny. The eye doctor had a very warm and welcoming office with colors and cushions and it was really really nice and he was warm and welcoming since the minute I came in. Very different experience. >> [clears throat] >> Okay. And so, I tell him the same that 2 days before I could see perfectly clear and I'm seeing double and blurry. And so, he checks at me, he he looks at me, he looks at my eyes, my tongue, well, all the explorations that family doctors can do. He had an eye chart, he asked me a few questions. And after a few minutes of exploring me, he told me, "Young lady, what you have is sinusitis. And because there's inflammation in the sinuses, they're compressing your eyeball and when your eyeball is under pressure, then the refractive errors are created. Myopia, astigmatism, hyperopia, presbyopia or farsightedness, nearsightedness, the need for reading glasses, astigmatism, it's because of pressure on the eye globe on the eyeball and in your case, it's because of the sinusitis." Ah, that made sense. And I remember having thought at that time, "How many people may be out there that for some reason, in my case it was sinusitis, but in their case it could be something else, for some reason there's pressure on their eyeball and that's creating the refractive error, the the eyesight problem. And if they went to the first eye doctor like I did and they were told to wear glasses for life, maybe all these people are wearing glasses now and if they have just solved the cause of the tension for the eyeball, they wouldn't need the glasses." Is it making sense when I'm telling this story? Is it ringing bells for you? Because let me tell you something else. What happens when you go to the eye doctor and you're put in front of that machine with the lenses and the letters and the numbers and they keep changing and you tell when you see the best, then someone writes on a piece of paper so many diopters of these and so many diopters of that. Then you go to the to buy your glasses, right? You see an optician, you buy your glasses and they usually tell you, "Hey, we're going to need to craft these glasses specifically for your prescription because we're going to craft the glasses for those many diopters of this and that. So, please come back in a couple weeks and we will have your eyeglasses ready." So, you come back 2 weeks later, you show your little paper with the reference of the glasses, right? They're not measuring your eyesight again, they're looking in a drawer and they hand you your glasses. And so, when you put your glasses on, you're like, "Are you sure that these glasses are for me because I cannot see with them?" And what's what they tell you then? They check the numbers on the paper, they still don't check your eyes again and they say, "Yes, these are your glasses. Now your eyes need to get used to the glasses." So, here for me there are two things that are shocking. First, how come the glasses that were made by measure specifically for you are not fitting you? If you would have shoes made custom-made for your feet after someone spent time measuring your feet and the minute you wear your glasses you can barely stand on them because they hurt everywhere, would you accept the very expensive custom-made shoes that were made for you? No, you wouldn't keep them. You would say there's a mistake, these are not made for my feet, right? How come we accepted for the eyes? And probably what happened is that the day that your the day that your eyesight was measured, you were under pressure. Something had happened, something came up, we'll talk of this about this more in lesson number three, but you were under pressure, your eyeball was under pressure. And maybe three or two weeks later things have relaxed. They're not completely relaxed because if your eyes would be completely relaxed, you would see completely well and you wouldn't need the glasses at all. But now, to see clearly through these glasses that were done for you the day you were super under pressure, now you need to keep your eyes and yourself under pressure all the time so you can see clearly through those glasses. Does that make sense? And I know of people that when they start wearing glasses, they get headaches and they would get nausea for a while and then after some time they adapt and these things pass, but at the cost of keeping the eyes under a lot of pressure and chronicifying the eyesight problem. Second thing that I find shocking, if when they give you your glasses, they tell you, "Now your eyes need to adapt to the glasses." It means that the eyes have the capacity to adapt. They have the capacity to learn. They have the capacity to change, right? They're not fixed. So, how about if your eyes have the capacity to adapt and to learn, how about adapting the eyes to see clearly by themselves without the need of the crutches that are the glasses? And understand me, I'm not saying bad glasses are bad in all the cases or it's not yes, no, black, white, good, bad. But understand me, if the eyes have the capacity to adapt, the eyes have the capacity to learn. If the eyes have the capacity to learn, they can learn to see clearly by themselves again and that's a much more fulfilling and enjoyable experience, a much more empowering and freeing and healthy experience. Eyeglasses have been with us since the 12th century. Surgeries for cataracts have been with us since the 12th century. When we didn't have anything else, of course they're amazing. Collectively, glasses and surgeries have done so much good for humankind and there are moments where they're useful. If you if it's dangerous for you to drive without glasses, please wear them. Uh-huh. But if you want to give yourself the capacity to recover your eyesight, your eyes can adapt so they can learn to see clearly. If you broke an arm, you would put a cast on. We're not saying that the cast is bad, but if you would keep the cast on your arm forever, I guess what, your arm wouldn't get any better. It would get weaker and weaker and weaker. Or if you would sprain an ankle and you would wear crutches for life, your legs would get weaker and weaker. >> [clears throat] >> So, the cast and the crutches, they have a moment and a function. They can be helpful, but then it's good to go beyond them, let leave them behind, surpass them, recover your own capacities to function by yourself. Yeah? Anyway, so in 1996, how did I heal? Well, because well, in when I was born, I healed at the physical level with stimulation and exercises and things like that. In 1996, I healed at the chemical level because having sinusitis, if the cause was an infection of the sinuses, well, the solution for me at that time was to take antibiotics for a week. And once I took the antibiotics, 1 week later, the vision problems were gone. So, I healed my eyesight in a week. Didn't need the glasses for myopia, for double vision or anything. So, I was happy and free and seeing clearly far and near with my left eye and my right eye and during the night and during the day for another decade more or less. And then in 2007, in my early 30s, by that time I was already a tenured professor at the University of Sciences and Technologies of Lille in the north of France. I was a guest researcher at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and I was part of the editorial board of an international scientific journal. I was preparing a special issue on on a topic for that journal which required me to read a lot of articles very quickly so I would print them like two pages in one with small print to read faster. And I noticed that I couldn't read the articles that well and then when I would go in the subway in Barcelona, I couldn't read the names of the subway stops and the lines. So, I was like, "Okay, third time that I have eyesight problems. Um, let's check it up and see what's going on. Yeah? >> [clears throat] >> By that time, I had already spent 5 years becoming interested in psychosomatic approaches to health. Uh-huh. Where um symptoms expressing in the body, and the eyes are part of the body, reflect tension in your consciousness or tension in your emotions about something that has happened in your life. So, I had already started to be trained in natural vision improvement by curiosity because I didn't have any eyesight problems. Yeah? But, in 2007, when I uh don't see clearly far or near, so there's uh information and books and courses and um notebooks that I can go back to and check what that what what's going on. What's happening. So, uh I went to an ophthalmologist to have my eyesight measured, but with the intention not necessarily to buy the glasses, but rather to know the names of the diagnosis of what was going on in my eyes. Mhm. Uh so, the ophthalmologist told me at that time that I had developed presbyopia or the need of reading glasses and astigmatism again. Um and she gave me a prescription to buy glasses. And that I should wear them uh again every day for the rest of my life. Now, I gave myself 2 months to solve uh the eyesight problem with this psychosomatic approach. If at the end of the 2 months, uh I would still have vision problems, I would buy the glasses. But, I first gave me uh gave myself 2 months to to do the inner work to look at what was the emotional aspects of presbyopia and astigmatism going on for me in my life. And uh what happened was that I actually could solve it. I could take the message of presbyopia, your life has become too boring, the best part of your life is in the past. And in your early 30s, well, at any age you want to uh be enjoying life and finding exciting things to do. But, in your early 30s, really worrisome. And then, the astigmatism was telling me, you have betrayed yourself. You're really not following uh the path of your heart and the path of your soul. So, it was really a reality check uh knowing that I had these symptoms in my eyesight, and I gave myself 2 months to make choices in my life. I didn't even exercise. I didn't even change habits of lifestyle like being more in the sunshine or eating differently. It was really all about introspection and making different life choices. And guess what? At the end of 2 months, I was seeing clearly again, and I never bought the glasses for presbyopia and astigmatism. We will talk about these emotional aspects in lesson number three. Yeah? Today, we're going to go more in depth into the physical level, and we'll talk about the chemical level at another time, the emotional level at another time, and you'll see that there are more levels that you can support yourself to improve your eyesight uh naturally. Okay. Um so, Oh, I see Kailena saying, I'm supposed to wear specs, but I hate them. They make my face feel like it's in prison, so I don't use them except for stargazing at night, and my vision has never deteriorated. Great. So, there's people saying that there's things that are familiar. Yes, yes. Uh so many stories with doctors telling us the so-called diagnosis for everything. Uh-huh. Uh I have noticed that when I've been sick, my vision is not as good. Absolutely. Mhm. Or Bruce, I'm palming every day now uh to if I can help my night vision issues since Yes, you can help night uh vision with palming and others. Okay. So, uh was my story interesting, and did it contain some lessons and some nuggets that are interesting for you so that we can uh go more in depth. And I see that uh Marty has already signed up to my program. Congratulations and and welcome. Um yeah, you'll learn a lot more um you will learn a lot more. Okay. So, I have walked the path uh that uh that you're about to start. Um I started learning about natural vision improvement actually in 2002, started reading Martin Brofman's books in 1999, took my first workshop in 2002, so it's soon going to be 25 years depending how you count reading the books or attending the workshops. It's 25 plus or almost 25 years that I have been familiar um with uh natural vision improvement. But, um uh not only I didn't start as a the professional uh that I am now, I also wasn't the person who started natural vision improvement. Yeah? As I said, the pioneer that started the research on natural vision improvement was Dr. William Bates. And um um and so, we're going to talk today about uh some of the secrets that he discovered. So, I see Silvia says, I have a 2:00 p.m. session I need to jump on soon. Okay. This session is going to be recorded, so if you miss something, you can come back and watch the uh rest of the recording. Okay. So, uh let's talk about one of the findings uh that Dr. William Bates um uh contributed to natural vision improvement. And this is how focusing works. Conventional ophthalmology only tells part of the story, and this is why with natural vision improvement, you can improve your focusing in a way that conventional ophthalmology or optometry don't usually even talk tell you about. Yeah? So, let's understand how focusing works in the eye. Yes? Okay. So, sunlight bounces on objects, and some of the rays of the sunlight rays that bounce on objects are going towards your eye. Yes? And uh they have to go through several transparent structures in your eyes. First, the cornea, which is the most powerful lens in your eye. It's much more powerful than the crystalline. The lens has uh between 38 to 42 diopters. A diopter is a measure of a lens' capacity to change uh the direction of light. Then, there's the aqueous humor. Then, there's the pupil inside uh the iris, which is what gives the color to the eye. And the iris is a muscle that also, depending how much light there is, adjusts this like a camera um how much light it's going to let into the eye. Then, there is the crystalline, the natural lens that conventional ophthalmology considers is the only one at play for focusing. But, the cornea plays also a very important role, and we're going to see how in a moment. Okay. After the crystalline that has the capacity to bulge up when we see near or to remain flat when we see far, uh thanks to the participation of the ciliary muscles, then we have the vitreous humor. Um the vitreous humor is the last transparent part before the light rays uh come in touch with the retina. Most of the retina is a for a brief review and macula and the center of the macula, the fovea, which is the size um of the tip of a pen. Yeah? Or something like this. That's where our central vision happens, where we can see details um with the most sharpness and color. Mhm. And so, all these light impulses that arrive in the retina, that arrive focused thanks to the crystalline and the cornea, yeah? Uh they are transformed into nervous impulses, and the brain interprets what's going on. Yeah? Now, if you would like to see uh with a projector, if you would like to project an image into a screen uh or um or a wall, a white wall with a projector, and if you would like to see that image sharp, you would do two things for the image to be sharp. To put the projector closer or further away uh to the screen or the um or the white wall, and that's what creates That's the most important part for the image to be sharp. Yes? Once that you have the right distance between the projector and the screen, there's a second thing that you do. You use uh you fine-tune the image with the lens. Well, actually with the eye, it's the same thing. If you look around the eye, there's also muscles, the recti muscles. There's four of them of them, up, down, and to the sides. Um and the oblique muscles that surround the eye like a belt. And so, um when the um when you want to see near, the oblique muscles uh um they uh they make the eye a little bit longer so that you can focus near. And when you want to see far, uh the recti muscles make the eye a little bit more flat. Mhm. So, you can focus. So, that's the equivalent of putting the projector closer or further away from the screen. Guess what? When the muscles, the oblique and the recti muscles do that, they also change the shape of the cornea. Mhm. And that's the most important focusing mechanism. You can train your muscles to make this movement better. And guess what? These muscles are also related with the um refractive errors you may have. A myopic eye is an eye that is too long. A conventional ophthalmologist tells us that it's too long because it has grown too much. But if you understand the role of the muscles, you understand that the eyeball is too long because the oblique muscles are compressing the eye and making it too long. The moment you relax those muscles, the eye can be rounder again. And by the way, 1 mm of difference in the distance of the eye actually creates already four diopters of correction needed in the glasses. Mhm. If you are hyperopic, then your eye is too short. But guess what's making your eye too short? It's the recti muscles that are always tense. So if you relax the recti muscles, you can let go of the glasses for hyperopia. With astigmatism, the recti muscles have irregular tensions. And with presbyopia, it's the ciliary muscles that are tense making the crystalline being a fixed position and not allowing you um for the crystalline to bulge up and read the small print. So if focusing is mostly depending on muscles and the reason why you cannot focus well is because the muscles are too tense, then what's the solution? Relaxing those muscles. This is why relaxation is the principle number one for natural vision improvement. You want to relax the muscles so that they can move in the ways that are required for you to focus. And no, you cannot see better by making efforts, by trying to see. Actually, you get on the way when you're making efforts. You need to relax the muscles and let it happen. It's like trying to digest better by putting more pressure on your stomach. It's not going to work. You just need to let it happen. Or try to breathe better by constraining your lungs. It's not going to happen. You need to relax and let it happen. Yeah? Let's make a little exercise proving how your muscles need to be relaxed for movement to happen in your body. And it's a very simple exercise. Now, close your hands and clench your fist. Yes? When your hands are very tense, try to move your fingers. It cannot happen. You need to relax your hands so that you can move your fingers. So you need to relax your eyes so that the muscles can do what they need to do to focus. So when we talk about natural vision improvement, it's not about strengthening your muscles. The exercises or the training, if you will, it's actually to relax them, to become aware of where the tensions are, and let them go so you can see better. So this is an important principle. Yeah? And so now that you understand how focusing works and that the principle number one to see better is relaxation, now you probably understand that palming is so so important to improve your eyesight. Mhm. Because palming is a technique precisely to relax your eyes. And it does so in two ways. First, because it generates darkness. The eyes need darkness to relax for the opsins to generate in your eyes so that you can see contrast and you can see colors. Uh-huh. When your eyes are in the dark, it's as if you're refilling the ink in the printer of your eyes. So you need to sleep in the dark at night. And you also need to blink. That also generates darkness for a moment. And with palming, you generate darkness. And the other reason why palming is helpful to relax the eyes is because the heat of your hands, the energy in your hands, relaxes the muscles. Mhm. Generates warmth that allow your muscles to relax. Um Diana, would you like to show us how to palm? Okay. Uh >> Yes, of course. Oh, let me There you go. Okay. So the palming was already explained in the video that I shared earlier today. So you heard me explain palming. How about now you hear it from someone else? Sometimes when we hear something twice from two different people, we also understand the nuances better. And then we're going to answer many questions that we usually receive that we've received about palming. And we'll check also the questions that are here in the chat of the people that are participating. So explain the palming and we'll take it from there. Okay. Thank you, I know uh well. Welcome to the palming. For those that have seen I know uh video, you have seen the the explanation and have made the practice. But for those that haven't seen the video, yes? Do it after this live. And now practice all together. Palming, the star technique for relaxation. How can we do it? Yes? How do we do it? First, I invite you to remove your glasses if they are on, to watch and to see around you how you perceive light, colors, textures. Yes? So let's mhm? See around. Okay? Good? Okay, let's start. So for palming, we need our hands and the palms of our hands. The palms of our hands have warmth, have energy. Yes? Many people believe that we have energy centers in the middle of our hands. So is it the same an eye mask as I've heard there I've read? No, because our hands are always here with us. Yes? And they provide a warm. So let's rub the hands, yes? To create heat mhm? And energy. We'll cup our hands like this. Mhm? Yes? We'll cross our fingers like this, not like this. Yes? Try the hands to be really relaxed. If you want to move them first, yes? Because if the hands are tensed, mhm? They our eyes will receive that tension, too. Okay? So again, cup your hands, cross fingers like this. Mhm? With closed eyes, you put your hands like this on this on this bone we can feel here. And you you can put the you can place the heel of the hands here. I will show you this. Yes? In this way. Okay? Okay. So now that you have your eyes closed, mhm? Open your eyes to see there's any light coming through the hands so you can adjust your hands. But be careful with your nose. Mhm? Let the air in. >> [snorts] >> Breathe. Yes? Not do this. Okay? Very relaxed. Yes? Okay. Close your eyes. Feel the warmth of your hands. Yes? The energy. Mhm? Now we are going to do it very a bit quicker. But Okay. Now just little by little take your hands out of of your eyes. Keep your eyes closed. Mhm? And now blink them open. Blink them open. It was just a minute. And see what's different. What has changed? Yes? Maybe wow, the light is brighter. Mhm? Colors are brighter, too. We can do this longer. And you can use a cushion. For example, I have this one. Mhm? To rest your elbows. Let's see if I can move this. Yes. There. To rest your elbows like this. Sorry for this, but I want to show you. Yeah? And you can do it longer. You can do it 5 minutes, two, three. Mhm? You can do it Someone said before bed, before going to sleep. It's wonderful for your eyes. And you can do it like this, you know? When you are lay laying in bed, you put your arms like this. And you do the same. You cup your hands or you rub. Mhm? And you close your eyes. Ah. [sighs] And you relax just for two, three minutes, it's okay. Yes? And then you Maybe you fall asleep doing this. So your eyes are relaxed for sleeping. Because you know while we are sleeping, our eyes move because we dream. Yes? And so our eyes are moving all the time. So that's why the dark the darkness of the room is so important. Because even the the the tiny light, yeah? Of the TV, that pilot light, or any light from from screen, yes? In the night can go through the eyelids to your eyes. So that's important to to to sleep in a dark room mhm? And to do palming before going to sleep or in bed, actually. Right? Then um you have another another way of doing palming. Yes? You have seen it if you have seen it in in video number one, and it is the thinker's posture where you put your elbows. Mhm. Let's see. You put your elbows on your knees. Yes? And you just do this. Ah. And you can relax. Remember not doing this. Yes? Not doing this. Not crossing fingers. Always provide comfort to your eyes. Yes? So, rub your hands. Cup your hands because this will give them the space the the the eyes the space to relax. Yes? Like this. Mhm. So, you can do it anytime you want. Anytime you feel like. Mhm. Now that we are all the time looking at screens. Yes? Ah, you can find just 1 minute to do this and relax. Mhm. Children, too, can do this like the peekaboo peekaboo game. It's it's fun. Mhm. So, they they can relax their eyes without glasses. Remove the glasses. Remove contact lenses. Mhm. It's better for your eyes to relax more even. And find that space mhm during the day. And if you don't have the time as I said before, before going to sleep. Mhm. So, I mentioned children. I will have my my assistant here. Yes? My beautiful owl. So, if you have a small child. Yes? You can put it on your lap and you do do this for a very short time because children don't have the the patience. Yes? To do the for longer. So, you can peekaboo peekaboo. Yes? And well kids that are um younger mhm they can do it, too. To relax. Mhm. To contact to feel the contact of the hands with their eyes with the this um around the eyes. Also, we create tensions here. Yes? And as someone said that during palming and after doing palming, there was there were no headaches because we create tension even with with our posture. Mhm. All day like this. Watching at the looking at the phone. Yes? All these muscles tense. And this tension created here goes to our eyes. Everything is connected inside. Yes? Muscles, nerves, everything is connected. So, when we create relaxation mhm we give our eyes the best place to be. Mhm. And notice what is different. Notice if if you are even seeing things if you around the the the room where you are. If you have some letters mhm on a picture or anywhere you can see the letters clearer. Why? Because your eyes are relaxed. Mhm. And that is what we are talking about today. Palming is this start technique created by by Dr. William Bates mhm to relax our eyes. So, again be mindful of you of what you are doing with your eyes. Yes? And if you practice palming mhm maybe in the morning at the middle of the day. Yes? Just 1 minute will change your eyesight. Mhm. Then um you can do it anywhere. Yes? Everywhere. And you can teach others. Share this technique with others. Mhm. With your family. You can palm. You can even with yourself. Um you can listen to music. Mhm. You can light a scented candle and enjoy at that time. Yeah? You can do it whatever you like it. You feel like. And then see the difference. See what happened. As I told you the first time I did palming. Yes? What I thought was something green there they were trees. And that that was the moment I discovered that my eyes were beginning to change. They were healthier again. Mhm. Even after wearing glasses. Yes? Yay. Um I was while you were explaining palming, I was reading the the chat also to get questions. Uh some of the things that you have said already, I think, answer some of the of the questions. So, um let me go really quickly on on the various questions um that are here in the chat. And then we're going to explain those more extra exercises um that we promised for today. And also add more answers to questions about palming that usually come up. That's interesting. Mhm. Let's see. So, Cherry's saying, "I'm really looking forward to trying palming. I have been told I need to relax more to improve my digestion and this could be a win-win." Absolutely. People who practice palming not only improve their eyesight, they improve headaches, nausea, digestion. Some people even report that their immune system work better or that uh they uh hear better. They smell better. They taste better and not just see better. And we even have people who have said that they could stop uh taking uh depressors or um medicine for anxiety. Of course, if you're going to do that, make sure there's some doctor following those choices. But uh in any case, palming is very good not just for your eyesight, but for your whole nervous system and health. Um and there are a lot of questions uh about symptoms. And uh this is very difficult. People want to know if this is going to help various things like macular degeneration or cataracts or um other things. And let me tell you the reason why we explain palming for free in the first lesson, it's because it's one of those techniques that is good for everything. Um if you want to take good care of your teeth, you're probably want to do three things, right? Use floss uh mouthwash and brush your teeth. Right? So, those three simple things are very very massive for the care of your teeth. Well, palming is to the eyesight one of those three things. So, palming is going to help you regardless of what eye condition you have. It's good for everything uh because it allows the eyes to function better. Okay? Of course, there is more things that we will show that are also helpful for this or that symptom, but palming is something you want to practice. It's like drinking water or being in the sun. It's for everything. So, you just want to do it. Okay? Um Okay. So, for macular degeneration, it will help. Happy to be here. Um Okay. Uh someone is mentioning, "Your story definitely helped because I have had a very boring job that is hurting my neck and shoulders. Uh now I know that I'm not in the right path and need to change it. You know, Lena, it's not uncommon that it doesn't happen all the time or every day, but sometimes there's people who decide to make life changes around improving their eyesight. And this could be one of the things that makes sense. You need I mean, you get to be happy in your life. And one of the ways that your body's telling you you're not happy could be through your eyesight getting worse. So, in lesson number three, we'll talk more about the meaning and the messages of the symptoms of the eyes. But definitely. Uh um so, uh here I always assumed that my bad eyesight was due to age uh menopause and doing so much sewing. I just kept buying stronger reading glasses. Well, if you've been working near a lot we have without taking time to look far and to rest your eyes. Yes, that could have been part of the um of the problem, but you can revert it with new habits. Mhm. With things that you're going to learn here. Um Odile is saying, "I was given glasses at 7 year old, 8.5. Now through the method of pure prayer and manifestation, I'm down to 5.25 in one eye and 3.5 in the other with astigmatism. Believe um um believe this is a matter of mind." Well, if by praying you're relaxing, you're feeling a sense of purpose and fulfillment, of course, it can be one of the ways that you can use to improve your eyesight. And here you're going to learn more tools. And uh you can reduce that 5.25 and 3.5 to less. Mhm. We had people uh go from 18 diopters of myopia to zero. Of course, it's a very big change. So, it took her months to do that. Um but so, it's completely possible. But thanks for sharing your experience. Um Okay, is this being recorded? Yes, that question has come time. Can this help with doing of the retina? Yes. Um how do I sign up for the video that you mentioned? Can you please team put the link again? Um would this help if you have previous damage like myopia degeneration? Yes, absolutely. If you have a very high myopia that's causing degeneration, that means that your eyeball is under a lot of pressure from the oblique muscles. So, palming is going to help relax those muscles and help your eyeball, your eyes to get in the right shape. Uh when your eyes are under a lot of pressure, and that happens in myopia, not only you don't see well, but you're creating the conditions for having more problems later. Uh from macular degeneration, cataracts, glaucoma, and things like that. So, it's important that you start relaxing your eyes the sooner the better. That you start taking care of your eyes the sooner the better. Um What will I practice first? Well, how about palming? This is why we're teaching palming first. Uh okay, uh is it okay to palm while wearing your contacts? The idea is to palm without glasses, without contacts, and even uh once you stop palming, postpone as much as possible the moment where you wear your glasses again. Of course, or your contacts. Of course, if you need to do a specific job that requires sharpness, use glasses or contacts. Of course, if you're going to drive, use dangerous tools. But, otherwise, spend as much time as you reasonably can without glasses or contacts. Somebody was asking about the name of the podcast where I was featured with Alex Zec. It's called The Way Forward. Mhm. Um I have a cornea problem. Will this help me? Absolutely. It helps with cornea problems. Absolutely. Um because the cornea problems could also be due to uh your muscles tensing your eye too much and having your cornea bend all the time. So, when you generate the conditions for the eye to be better and better and better shape, uh all the symptoms can improve. Now, this is a typical one. Can you use an eye mask rather than the palms of your hands? Mhm. Okay. So, as we said, um palming, uh we do it with our hands for several reasons. Well, first, you always have your hands with you. So, you don't need anything extra or outside of yourself to be able to do palming. Mhm. Palming generates darkness. Mhm. That's why you want to adjust uh when you're palming. The mask would also generate darkness, but the mask doesn't have heat and energy that you do. I mean, you can use a mask to sleep uh if you cannot control the conditions. For example, you're in an airplane or you're visiting or there's a hotel or something and there are lights or So, masks can be useful for sleeping at night in a darker place. But, um um palming is even more powerful than wearing a mask. Really, palming is better. Mhm. Okay. Yes, go ahead. Yes, because I forgot because I'm reading about glaucoma, macular degeneration, and I want to point out some observations with palming. Uh for people with glaucoma, yes? Do it mhm 5 minute top. A you can do it in many, many times during the day, but just 4 5 minutes because we want, yes, we want to to encourage this movement mhm of the of of the iris and the pupil to move. And in in glaucoma, yes? Uh if we keep the pupil too dilated, it's not good for the pressure. Yes, for intraocular pressure. Absolutely. Yes. So, when yes, so we'll also add some information about cautions in certain conditions. What I what Diana said was absolutely accurate. Uh But, it will help. The palming is good for glaucoma. You just need to make sure that you do it less than 7 minutes, and 5 minutes is easy to remember and you're on the safe space. Now, you can do 5 minutes as many times per day as you want. Just don't make it longer than 5 minutes per palming. Uh okay. Let's see. Uh So, Sherry, I bought cheaper myopia glasses from Amazon that are less of a prescription than my normal glasses. I bought several pairs that are less and less powerful. Will this help my heal my eyes? Absolutely. Mhm. Uh and actually, this is a way that people uh plan their improvements sometimes. So, if you're functional without glasses, great. If you need support, you can wear glasses, and it's a good idea to wear older glasses with a lesser prescription if you kept them. Or in your case, you bought new ones on Amazon. That's good. In tomorrow's lesson, we're going to show you another tool that you can use instead of glasses. It's an alternative to glasses. It's a training tool. And it's also an alternative to sunglasses. But, I don't want to go faster than the course. In any case, what you're doing is a good idea. Um Oh, there's people wanting to do the vision coach degree. Again, we'll be teaching in May and June. Some people are very happy about what we're sharing. Great. Um So, we have someone from France. Uh How to correct my vision? Uh well, actually, participating in this workshop, practice palming, practice the other things we're going to teach you, and this will improve. Uh cranial nerves have no function in eyesight. Oh, yes, they do. Is it all about relaxing the muscles? Relaxing the muscles is a very important part. Uh but, other things um actually, palming is also good for your nervous system. Uh being in the dark is also good for your nervous system. And we're going to teach more things that are also helpful for the nervous system. Um people that have come to us with problems in the optic nerve have also improved with the techniques that we are showing. Mhm. So, just bear with us uh and take it step by step. Practice, and you can see for yourself the effects. Can tunnel vision be improved? Absolutely. It can be improved. Mhm. And the the techniques that we're going to show tomorrow are going to be very good for stimulating the peripheral view. So, you're going to see that. What about genetic predisposition for myopia? Genetic predisposition does exist, but nowadays, current research is showing that actually um lifestyle habits and environmental aspects and factors are weighing a lot more for developing myopia. Uh Michelle is saying, "This palming reminds me of Reiki. I actually used to uh do this to help me with my healing MS. My vision was affected by optic neuritis. I'm super excited to do this again with new intentions." Absolutely. Your hands, your palms of your hands have energy. So, it's darkness, heat, and energy, and it all participates in helping your eyes and your eyesight heal. Uh Michelle is like, "I'm going to set a timer and palm for a minute every hour." Great. Now, I would like to invite you to do it a little bit more organically because if you put a structure that is stressing you out, uh it's not a good idea. Um so, if one day it's every hour, uh and then another time it's an hour and a half or 2 hours, be happy of doing it, and don't punish yourself because you were not like super uh disciplined. And if instead of 1 minute one day you want to do 5 minutes, or one day you want to be 30 seconds, you want to do 30 seconds, also be flexible with yourself. Uh the repetition is very helpful, but also being kind to yourself in the process of doing it is very important. Um is it okay to drink wine? Why not? Uh now, um make sure that you're not uh making life hard for your liver. Yeah, when you drink a lot of alcohol and it becomes hard for your liver, it can impact your eyesight, too. Uh will this be up for a while? Yes. And it's recorded? Yes. Uh if I have my contacts during the day to work, isn't it better to palm sometimes when they're in rather than only doing it morning and night? Or how else do I relax my eyes when contacts are in? That's a very good and legitimate question. I don't know if you could consider wearing glasses instead of contacts. The glasses are easier to be taken away. But, maybe your job does require for some reason wearing contacts. In that case, yes, do palm now and then, even with your contacts on. Um but, especially, make sure uh that you practice also without the contacts. If you could wear glasses instead of contacts, again, you could remove the glasses more easily to practice um the palming. Uh my eyes got worse after I had a tooth pulled, went to work, and I need way stronger prescription and strong bifocals. There may be good reasons for that, unfortunately. Uh the jaws, tension in the jaws, uh huh? Um also affect the eyes. Tensions in the neck affect the eyes. Now, let's do this little practice so that you can see this. You can I think I did this in the Alex uh podcast. Here's like this. Put your hands and push your fingers at the base of your skull. If you push there slightly so that you feel the pressure, you don't need to hurt yourself at the base of the skull. And now you look up and down and right and left and do circles. You're going to notice movement in your thumbs because of the connection between the um the muscle um groups through the fascias between the eyes and the and the neck. So, with the jaws also happens. If you're if the connection in the of your teeth, the way your teeth are put together um um uh has changed when they pulled your teeth, it can it can have created an imbalance uh for your eyes. That's one thing that could have happened. And also sometimes there's nerves Well, there's nerves connected to the teeth, so that could be another reason. Yeah? But again, uh you can improve your eyesight when you practice uh the things um the things that we're teaching here. How many times a day and for how long do you recommend palming? How many times a day do I do you recommend uh drinking water? Well, whenever you feel thirsty, right? And however much water you like to drink. So, I would say if you're going to do it only once a day, do it before sleeping. If you want to do it twice a day, before sleeping and waking up are good times. But basically, every time that you find that your eyes are feeling tense or dry, it could be good to go uh for a couple minutes of palming. And if you don't want to do palming at your desk uh at work, how about you take the opportunity when you go to the toilet? Mhm. There you're on your own and you can discreetly do palming. For how long? As long as it feels nice. This is a very important thing to learn. To go with the indication of our body of pleasure, of relaxation. Mhm. Even if you do palming 30 seconds, 2 minutes, 5 minutes, it's amazing. It's useful. Now, if you don't have glaucoma, which is the case for most people, or if you don't have high intraocular pressure, which is the case for most people, uh you can do a palming as long as you want. We know people that do palming marathons and we know uh someone who used to do 16-hour palming sessions once in a while. Okay, this person was legally blind. So, he really needed a lot of palming to uh to improve. So, um um go with what feels good for you in the moment. But if it's just a few moments, a few uh minutes anytime that your eyes feel tired, it will uh do you good. Um okay, let's see. So, I'm seeing questions. Huh. How do you get to weaker glasses? My optician will only sell me glasses at my current prescription. I mean the UK. Well, maybe you can change the optician or you can buy the prescription online. Or you can look for an optician that is aware of natural vision improvement and that will support that change. In this uh book, there is a chapter uh devoted to another correction to improving your eyesight by an optometrist called Ilegal. Uh why are the eyes tired after palming? They're not tired. They're relaxed. You learn You need to learn to um um resignify that feeling and to identify and distinguish relaxation from tiredness. Uh is it okay to wear glasses for the computer and how will I know when it's time to remove them? I only really wear glasses when working online. Well, sometimes they sell us what they call comfort glasses for the computer. Actually, they also uh create bad habits for the eyes. Every time you have glasses in front of your face, you're restricting the peripheral view. You're making the gaze more rigid because the part where you can see clearly is in the center of the eye and the eyes need movement to see well. Mhm. You're inhibiting blinking. Mhm. And you're filtering light. So, all these things are not good for you. If you want to protect your eyes from the blue light of the screen, it's better to put the filter on the screen, not on your eyes. Mhm. And it's also um better uh to put some Well, we're going to talk about that tomorrow, about filters for the computer. Yeah? Uh so, if you can have your naked eyes, it's always better for you. Okay. Um I see that there's more and more questions. I would like to make sure that the content that we promised and then uh let's see if we can answer some more questions. So, we already spoke about palming extensively. Mhm. Uh oops. Sorry. I'm having an issue clicking the buttons. There. Uh so, we talked about palming. Some common questions about palming. It's better to do them without glasses or contacts and remain without them as long as possible. Positions. I think Diana showed several, right? You can do it sitting, you can do it laying, you can do it at the table, you can do it at the toilet at the toilet. Um the idea is to do palming with your eyes closed because you want darkness. Mhm. The idea is that palming is to rest your eyes. So, you're not clapping or you're not pressuring, you're not doing exercises while you palm. The the position, the standard position is like this or like this. If you only have one hand, you can take turns uh to palm your eyes. It's important to make sure that you breathe deeply during palming. Um the um retina, well, actually the the the organ in the body that consumes the most oxygen is the brain. The eyes are part of the brain. The eyes consume more oxygen per volume or per weight than the rest of the brain. The tissue that consumes the most oxygen in the eye is the retina. I mean, the retina we uh part that consumes the most oxygen is the macula, the fovea where we see sharp. Uh-huh. So, the retina is the tissue in the body that consumes the most oxygen. So, if you want to see well, make sure that you breathe deeply. Mhm. Okay, more more things. Um again, the mask or the blindfold or being in dark is not the same even if it's useful. How long palming? As long as you please. Warning, mhm, only for 5 minutes. If you have high myopia or detachments, retinal or vitreous detachments, keep your position right. More questions. For how many days do I have to do the palming? For how many weeks? For how many days you take showers, you brush your teeth, or you drink water? It's uh uh it's a good idea to make it a habit. How many times a day? As many as it makes sense to you, as many as you feel your eyes tired. Um if you do it before sleeping, it will relax your eyes, your mind, your body. It will improve your sleep. And when you end the palming, I don't know if you explained this, Diana, um make sure that you do some blinking like butterfly uh or you take some snapshots and close your eyes again. It's a good transition. Mhm. Uh when you do palming, uh you could feel relaxation, stretching, openness. You could You could notice colors better, things more sharp. Um you could see one line lower in the eye chart. Sometimes, um even though it's less usual, you could have a headache or you could have nausea. Yeah? When you started wearing glasses, maybe you had a headache and nausea. Well, now you're releasing that, so you kind of get to feel it again on its way out. Yeah? You can add for the palming music, scents, meditation, affirmations. You can add elements that make you more relaxed. Mhm. And is palming useful for your symptom? Yes, regardless of what symptom you have, palming is useful because it's good for the eyes and it works at any age. Okay. Now, let's talk about things that the eyes need in general. Yeah? The eyes need relaxation. We said that. Palming is one of the ways to get it. Tomorrow we'll show you another one. The eyes need movement. Uh-huh. We'll talk more about this all in another lesson, but this is another reason why you don't want to wear glasses for the because the glasses keep the eye the gaze rigid, fixed in the center of the glass and you tend to move your head or your neck. You want your eyes moving to see better. Uh the eyes need uh foveal vision or center fixation or looking at details. We'll talk about this more tomorrow. The eyes need various stimuli. Uh what makes you curious? What do you find beautiful? What do you like to see? These are important things to pay attention to. The eyes need contrast, near and far, light and darkness. We'll talk more about this tomorrow. The eyes need light as much as they need darkness. We'll talk about this more tomorrow. The eyes need good nutrition and detox. We'll also talk about this more. The eyes need hydration, so it's important to drink water. Mhm. And you also get hydration for the eyes when you blink and when you yawn. And the eyes need oxygen. So, it's important uh that you breathe. Mhm. Okay. Now, we promised um some tips and exercises. Five more because palming was already explained in video number one and even though here we're going more in depth and answering questions and giving details, we promised a few more things. So, let's go with that. Blinking. Blinking is is extremely important for the eyes. Blinking allows so many things. Every time you blink, it's a moment of darkness. So, you're filling the the ink of the printer of the eye, so to speak, with new color. Mhm. Blinking also relaxes the muscles that are in charge of focusing. Every time you blink, you stimulate the glands that produce the tears. Mhm. And you also um renew the tears in your eyes. Mhm. Every time you blink, you're cleaning your eyes and when you blink by um um by the attention of the liquid on the surface surface of your cornea, it makes it smoother so you can focus more sharply. Mhm. So, blinking has a lot of properties that are good for the eyes and guess what? Most people don't blink enough. Mhm. The normal amount of blinking is about every 2 seconds and when we're in front of computers all the time or screens or when we're wearing glasses all the time, blinking gets inhibited. So, we need to practice blinking again mhm [clears throat] to get used to practice blinking. So, are you in for a little exercise with blinking to show you how blinking really makes a difference? Okay. Diana, Elia, Christian, any one of you want to be with me for the blinking exercise? Okay, let's have Let's have Christian, too. Okay. So, I'm going to set an alarm. I'm going to set it for 20 seconds. Sometimes I do it for 30 seconds, but 20 seconds will also uh uh show what happens. And for 20 seconds, you are going to try not to blink. Yeah? Exactly like Diana is doing. >> [laughter] >> Feel what happens in your eyes when you are not blinking for 20 seconds. Okay? And feel the sensations of what happens. So, we're going to start uh now. Okay, it's kind of hard, right? Keeping your eyes without blinking, but notice how the eyes feel when they don't blink. And if you're like me, maybe you're starting to feel that they're itching and they're tense and they're dry and it's really very uncomfortable. And after you've been keeping them Actually, when we do it for 30 seconds, it's even more obvious. Yeah. Really want to I'm going to blink again. Let the eyes rest. I would like to know what have you felt What have you felt when you were not blinking for 20 seconds? If you practice this exercise with us, Christian, what happened for you? Stress. A lot of stress. Mhm. A lot of all. Okay. Um Now, we're going to do the opposite. We're going to set an alarm for 20 seconds and oh, someone said a sharp headache. Mhm. Yes, sharp headache. That makes sense. And you created the headache in 20 seconds just by not blinking. Uh-huh. So, now we're going to do the reverse. Mhm. I'm going to set the alarm for 20 seconds, but now we're going to every second we're going to blink. I see that Silvia says, "My eyes teared up and panic mode set in." Yes. Uh-huh. We feel like in danger. We cannot relax. It's terrible to not blink. Uh and only with 10 seconds you get watery eyes. Pain in 30 seconds. What's interesting kind of watery eyes that you felt was a reaction of your eyes trying to compensate you for not blinking, but it didn't feel good. Now, we're going to blink every second and you can notice how your eyes are going to get moist, but in a way that's a lot more comfortable and pleasant. Yes? Okay. So, we're going to set for 20 seconds and I'm going to If you are a musician and you have one of those devices that Yeah, that it's amazing, but now we're going to follow me. Okay. So, we are going to start now. So, blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink blink. Okay. How does it feel now? How do your eyes feel after you've been blinking? Smooth. Okay. Smooth. Yes. Yeah. Easy. Yeah. Eyes are relaxed. They feel softer, like more like spongy like instead of like hard rock. There's more moist, but it's a comfortable moist. If you had a headache, maybe the headache went away. Anyway, they feel watery, but watery from a nicer way. They feel good. So, a lot nicer and I got Okay. What? You can blink anytime. You don't need to stop doing what you're doing to blink. You can be in this webinar and blink. You can be cooking and blink. You can be working and blinking. You can be Yeah, doing whatever you want, walking, exercising and blinking. A lot nicer. Yeah. So, it's very, very important to blink. I guess you feel different after you've been blinking. So, let's look at more tips Yeah. For um Actually, that they have been already in our talk even if they were not pointed out as specific tips. We already told you about breathing. Breathing is important. Now, let me give you a tip for breathing that is good for your eyesight. And that is to breathe with your heartbeat. Maybe you already know the square breathing technique where you inhale for four times, hold for four times, exhale for four times, and hold for four times. People sometimes count seconds for the times. And I invite you to count heartbeats. When you um uh make coherence between your breathing and your heartbeat heartbeat, two of your rhythmic systems in your body generate coherence. Mhm. And that makes your whole body relax. And when your body relaxes, your eyes can relax. Mhm. So, you're going to practice breathing techniques for an amount of times, make those times be heartbeats instead of seconds. Yawning. Yawning is extremely Yawning is extremely important for eyesight. Uh-huh. And it's not considered polite in our society, but every time you yawn, your face relaxes, the muscles in your eyes relax. Every time you yawn, there's more oxygen coming in uh-huh and that gives more oxygen to your brain and your eyes. And if you don't feel like yawning, pretend it and you will WANT TO YAWN. YOU CAN JUST DO YAWN. AND when someone's yawning around you, you also want to yawn. So, yawn as well. Uh-huh. It's coming up. Yawning is very relaxing. It's very good for eyesight. Stretching. Every time you feel like it. When you stretch like a cat when you wake up or anytime, you're removing tension from those muscle chains and your eyes are connected to the muscle chains of your body through the fascias. If you relax your eyes, you relax your body. If you relax your body, you relax your eyes. Look far without glasses in between. No contacts. No No spectacles or glasses, but also no window glasses. Look far without anything in between so that you can see different depths. Mhm. That you can see 3D. This is very relaxing for the eyes. Blink every 2 to 3 seconds. You could use a metronome and your eyes will feel better. Mhm. But also more tips. Laugh [laughter] and cry. Laugh and cry. Your eyes have two functions, seeing and expressing emotions. When you inhibit the one, you inhibit the other. When you laugh and you cry and you express your emotions, your eyesight gets better. In lesson number three, we'll talk about this. Uh also may you may want to use a humidifier at home. If the atmosphere is too dry at home, add some some humid humidity and as you blink, it'll help your eyes also not be dry. Now, nine and 10 may sound weird and disconnected, but actually the neocortex and the visual cortex where we see is also connected with memory and imagination. Mhm. We see more by what we remember and what we imagine by than the information that gets through the retina, through the fovea. It's a lot cheaper for the brain to remember and imagine than to spend all the amount of oxygen that we need to see sharp with the fovea. So, you move a lot to look for details. You move your eyes to look for details and then your your brain remembers what you have seen, remembers other things that you have seen that are similar to that and imagines what you see. So, cultivating memory and imagination is very good for eyesight and particularly remember happy memories and imagine happy things. Remember happy memories and imagine happy things because whatever you set in your consciousness, that's the experience you're having in the moment, whether it's real or not. So, make sure that you feed yourself with happy emotions. Remember happy memories and imagine happy things that you want to happen. It has an impact on your nervous system and on your eyesight. And more tips. Positive focus. Ask yourself every day, what do you see now that you didn't see before? What more things you can do now without glasses that you couldn't do before? And you could even have a notebook where you write those things. So, you make sure that the list keeps growing and growing. Sleep in the darkness. We already said that. You could use blinds, blindfolds, masks and make sure that there are no lights in your room, no electronics. Yes? This will help your eyesight, this will help your nervous system. This will help your sleep and your rest. And use glasses as little as possible within safety and reason. So, we promised five tips. We actually gave you 13 and we shared a number of principles of what your eyes need to see better. So, we have actually and we went in depth on the palming. We answered plenty of questions. We've actually delivered more than what we promised. Um, if you have some comments, some questions, we may take a little moment to look a little bit if we left something on the plate. Um with the questions that you were asking and while we're having a look at those questions to see if there's a few more, Elliot, Christian, if you want to share something about your experience, your journey with eyesight, what was going on for you, how your eyesight has improved particularly in relationship with palming, well, this is a great moment to do it. So, Christian, I believe you come from Chile and you also have been in the training to be a vision coach. So, tell us about your vision journey and what was the role of palming in it. Yeah, okay. Um, for me palming is a start tool as you said before and when I was 42 I was with my with different problems with my eyes. I couldn't see clearly the newspaper and I saw something about palming and palming saved me a absolutely. But palming there is a start tool. Um I know he's going to tell tell you more more much more stuff, much more methods that is so important critical. But with our tool, you improve a lot. I went to the doctor and and he said, "Hey, you're going to have you need to use glasses." I don't want to use glasses. But I then I I knew I know I started in the same problem that you are now. And [snorts] I said, "Hey, this is amazing because what you're learning now is amazing, something new, a complete new knowledge. And when you have a new knowledge, it's like you have a a special tools to to improve your conditions. And so be committed as as I know I told you because when you're committed you feel absolutely different. And you say for yourself, "Hey, every single day as you wash your teeth, then I'm going to do palming." And palming you can do it too. >> [laughter] >> If you're in the in the subway, you can put and you can palm. If you if if you are waiting the time for a physician, you can palm. You have different moments. If you go to a classical concert, you can palm. Do it everywhere. And if somebody ask you, tell him you're palming for your eyes and for all your conditions. Another thing very important yourself and you say, "Ah, that's good for you this muscle." That's so good. And it's good for your heart as well. It's good for your digestive system as well. So good. And as I know I told you, palming always as as well. You use different things. Eyes is one of them, but it's a complete and complete and complete tool for your neural system. Thank you. Thank you so much, Christian. Indeed, exercising is good for so many things. Palming is good for so many things. So, you want to do it. Being in the sun is good for so many things. So, you want to do it. Um, thank you very much. I would like to say a few more things before we hit the top of the hour. Um, for those that are committed and that want to have the full experience, so stay for a few more minutes for the final instructions. So, today is the first of four lessons that we're going to be sharing this week. Tomorrow we're going to deliver video number two that you can watch and there will be a live also. Mhm. As well tomorrow at the same time as today, 10:00 a.m. LA time or PS time. Um, where we're going to go more in depth and then there's another one on on Thursday, lesson three, April 9th and the corresponding live and another video on Friday. And the live will be actually on Saturday. So, let me tell you a little bit of what's going to happen. So, lesson number one was about focusing, palming and the five keys to better eyesight. Uh, lesson number two is going to be about limiting beliefs that you have about eyesight, uh, the importance of light and the sun. Uh, we're going to teach you three exercises to transform your vision and we're going to teach you about the instant focusing technique and um alternative tools for glasses to improve your eyesight. You are absolutely want to be there for lesson number two, both the the video and the live. In lesson number three, we're going to explain 15 common eyesight symptoms. So, for all those that are asking, "Does it work for this or that symptom?" Make sure you come on on the for lesson number three. We're going to address the symptom that you have. And we're also going to talk about the emotional aspect of eyesight symptoms. And in lesson number four, we're going to talk about the six scientifically proven levels for vision improvement. Mhm. After lesson number four, you will have learned the equivalent of a full weekend of natural vision improvement and you will have received $300, 300 euros worth of value for free. Uh, you will notice as we go through the course that you learn a lot and of course, it's on you to implement it, practice and and and see the changes in your eyesight. As you practice, you will see with your own eyes that your eyesight improves. Now, a lot of people we know improve their eyesight just with the free four-part masterclass. And when that happens, we're delighted because this is our life's mission. This is my dharma. I do it with love and passion and enthusiasm. Now, we also know that there will be people that will need more help, that will want more support, more time to go more in depth to have a a surrounding of accountability and all of that. And for those people, after lesson number four is delivered, we're also going to open the registration for our paid advanced program that instead of taking a couple weeks, will take a couple months. Yes? And we'll we can support you step by step on that. But you will discover about that in due time. I just want to make sure that you make the most out of this free four-part masterclass. The live corresponding to video number four will happen on on Saturday and instead of being on YouTube and Facebook, we will gather in the Zoom room. So, we are kind of more in a cozy place. We we will have an open house. We'll you will get to meet part of the team of the Clear Sight Method. You will get to discover the platform. There will be other surprises going on. Okay. The lives are happening always at the same time, which is 10:00 a.m. Pacific. So, that would be in Los Angeles, Seattle, Vancouver, at 12:00 noon in Chicago, Dallas, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, so Central Time. It will be at 1:00 p.m. Eastern if you're in New York, Miami, Toronto, Quebec. That is 6:00 p.m. if you're in London, Dublin, Lisbon, 7:00 p.m. in Amsterdam, Berlin, Paris, Rome, Madrid. All the lives are happening at this time. Okay, so what are we going to learn in lesson number two tomorrow? So, make sure that you come back. We are going to talk about false myths and limiting beliefs about your eyesight. You want to transform to let go of those limiting beliefs and integrate empowering truths about what's possible for your eyesight. We're going to teach you the second start technique of natural vision improvement, sunning. You want to learn that one. You're going to see how you can see better with three exercises that you can practice within 5 minutes. And we believe so much in the power of these exercises that we're going to provide eye charts so that you can evaluate how more lines or further closer you can see. Now, if you cannot print the eye charts, it doesn't matter. You can make sure that you have books or journals or magazines or posters, something that has letters of different sizes with it at home and you can check with things that you have around you anyway. We'll also tell teach you the instant focusing technique.
