hey guys in this video we are going to look at how to create a really basic simple birthday reminder automation or a birthday wish automation whatever you want to call it so in this way uh we are sending a contact or a lead or a client a the wish and then we can check in like an offer like a discount because because if because it's your birthday we are giving you a 10% off of this offer and that offer you know so we can do stuff like that using a birthday reminder trigger so I'm calling it birthday Automation and we can just use a trigger bir reminder this is a buil-in feature for high level so we're going to uh say filter day is 1 so this is the birthday this is the first day right uh one it's save it just can send an SMS happy birthday wishing you many many happy returns of the day we are offering 10% discount lawn mowing services whatever lawn mowing services to make your day extra special please reply if you are interested yeah you get the idea right so could be anything it could be what whatever you want so I'll save action and then I will go to settings I will go to allow reentry and a few stuff we need to do so time zone needs to be contact time zone and I'll tell you why it needs to be executed in a specific time range so I'll say from 9:00 a.m. I don't want to uh I don't want to message them in the middle of the night so I'll say 9:00 a.m. every day uh and then contact time zone so this will be executed on the contacts on or on the clients or the leads time zone and then you could uh just publish it and that's pretty much it you know that's how you create a birthday automation to send them a birthday wish and check in on like a small discount offer or something so hope this video was helpful and I will see you in the next one thank you [Music]
