HOW TO USE THE RESTORE SCALP PIGMENTATION (SMP) PIGMENTS

what's up guys I'm Stevie G with sculpted Studios restore is a really special ink set that we created in collaboration with permablend this set is built to help you create the perfect brown for every skin tone and hair color there's a selection of six different colors and we've got a chart that we use that will show you how to mix these colors to get the perfect result so the first thing you're going to do is match the client's skin tone you can use the chart out of the box or you can use the digital download on your phone or tablet what I like to do is hold it up to the client's Scout and that gives me a great way to compare now once you've identified the skin color you're going to see a number on the top or on the bottom now what that means the number on the top or the bottom those are going to be the numbers of the bottles you're going to use we have number five number six seven eight and nine so on this chart you're going to notice a few things in the middle you are going to see a bunch of selections of boxes of skin color tones below that you are going to see the undertone that's associated with it now above them or below them depending on where you are on the chart you're going to see two sets of numbers numbers the first set closest to the boxes are going to be the numbers of the bottles you're going to use like five and six the other set of numbers above it or below it are the ratio of what you're going to use like 3: one or 2: 3 which means for every two drops of number five you're going to use three drops of number six the numbers on the left tell us how much dilution we're going to use either three six or nine drops and this scale is based on 10 drops of ink so using that ratio for every 10 drops of ink you're going to use a directed amount of dilution and this is going to give you a really nice natural effect that's going to be the perfect balance between skin tone and hair color if you end up needing something a little darker you can always use less dilution and if you want to go lighter you can use a little bit more but always make sure to use the adjust dilution that comes in the kit never use distilled water witch hazel alcohol or anything else adjust is created spe specifically for this set to give you the best mix and the best results possible so it's really that simple right out of the box you can get to work whether you're using the chart that's got the print out or you're using it on your digital device this is a really simple way to create the ink mix that's going to be perfect for the results that you're looking for um super excited for you guys to get to work with restore I spent so many years creating this so that we can have an incredible solution for creating different tones of brown on any skin tone and any hair color get out there and make some killer art
