Assalamualaikum everyone. Welcome to the Fresh English Channel. My name is Sara. And I am Asif. We are so happy to spend this beautiful time with you today. >> Yes. [music] Today's episode is very special, peaceful, and powerful. Today we will talk about the power of saying alhamdulillah every day. Dear listeners, sometimes life feels heavy. Sometimes we feel tired. Dear friends, life is not always easy. Sometimes we feel stress. Sometimes we feel sadness. But Islam teaches us beautiful words. And one powerful word is alhamdulillah. Meaning of alhamdulillah. Alhamdulillah means all praise belongs to Allah. In Arabic, alhamdulillah. This small sentence has a very big meaning. When we say alhamdulillah, our heart feels peaceful. Quran verse. Allah says in the Quran, alhamdulillah rabbil alameen. Meaning, all praise belongs to Allah, Lord of all worlds. Simple daily blessings. You can breathe today. You can walk today. You can eat food today. These are blessings from Allah. That is why we say alhamdulillah. Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, loved gratitude. The prophet, peace be upon him, said, "Allah is pleased with the servant who thanks him." Subhanallah. Allah loves thankful people. Now, repeat after us. Alhamdulillah for this day. I am thankful to Allah. Allah gives me many blessings. Gratitude brings peace. There was a poor man, but he always smiled. Every morning, he said, "Alhamdulillah." People asked him, "Why are you happy?" He said, "I have Allah, so I have everything." Deep lesson. Some people have money, but no peace. Some people have little, but their heart is happy because they remember Allah. Say Alhamdulillah after eating. Say Alhamdulillah after waking up. Say Alhamdulillah before sleeping. And even during hard times. Allah says in the Quran, "If you are grateful, I will give you more." Subhanallah. Gratitude increases blessings. Gratitude means thankfulness. Blessing means a gift from Allah. Peace means calmness. Dear listeners, maybe today is difficult. Maybe your heart feels tired, but close your eyes for one moment and say slowly, and say slowly, "Alhamdulillah." Today, many people feel stressed. Some people worry about money. Some people worry about the future and some people feel lonely. But Islam gives peace to the heart. When we say alhamdulillah, we stop focusing only on problems and we start seeing blessings. This changes the heart. This changes the mind. One person always complains. The other person says alhamdulillah. Who feels more peace? Of course, the thankful person. Allah says in the Quran, "Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest." Subhanallah. Remembering Allah brings peace. You lose something, still say alhamdulillah. You feel sick, still say alhamdulillah. You face difficulty, still say alhamdulillah. Because Allah always has wisdom. A man once lost his job. He felt very sad, but every day he still said alhamdulillah. People asked, "Why are you thankful?" He replied, "Maybe Allah is protecting me from something worse." Sometimes we do not understand Allah's plan. But Allah always knows best. That is why believers trust Allah. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, "How wonderful is the affair of the believer?" If something good happens, he thanks Allah. If something difficult happens, he stays patient. Now repeat after us. Allah gives peace to the heart. I trust Allah's plan. Gratitude removes stress. Alhamdulillah makes me calm. Dear listeners, maybe your heart feels heavy today. Maybe you cried silently. But Allah understands everything. Every morning, say Alhamdulillah five times. Every night, think about your blessings. This habit changes the heart slowly. A glass of water is a blessing. Your family is a blessing. Your health is a blessing. Even one smile is a blessing. Stress means worry. Patience means staying calm. Peace means feeling relaxed inside. Let us read a beautiful dua. Allahumma inni as-aluka rahatan fil qalb. Meaning, O Allah, I ask you for peace in my heart. Never think your problems are bigger than Allah's mercy. Allah can change your situation anytime. So never lose hope. And never stop saying Alhamdulillah. Allah loves thankful people. When we thank Allah, Allah gives more blessings. This is Allah's promise. Allah says in the Quran, "If you are grateful, I will surely give you more. Subhanallah. This is a beautiful promise from Allah. Sometimes more means more money. Sometimes more peace. Sometimes better health. Sometimes strong relationships. And sometimes more baraka in life. Baraka means blessings from Allah. A little thing becomes enough. A small amount becomes beneficial. Two people have the same salary. One person always complains. The other person says, Alhamdulillah. The thankful person feels happier. There was a farmer. Every day he thanked Allah. Even when rain was little, he said, Alhamdulillah. People laughed at him. But the farmer trusted Allah. After some time, Allah gave him a beautiful harvest. Gratitude brings hope. Complaining brings darkness. A thankful heart is always stronger. The Prophet Muhammad, sallallahu alaihi wasallam, prayed at night for a long time. His feet became swollen. People asked, "Why do you worship so much?" The Prophet, sallallahu alaihi wasallam, replied, "Should I not be a thankful servant?" Subhanallah. Even the Prophet, sallallahu alaihi wasallam, showed gratitude every day. So, what about us? When you wake up, say Alhamdulillah. When you eat food, say Alhamdulillah. When you finish work, say alhamdulillah. And before sleeping, say alhamdulillah. Now, repeat after us. Allah increases blessings. I am grateful to Allah. Baraka comes from Allah. A thankful heart is peaceful. Many people search for happiness. But real happiness is close to Allah. A grateful Muslim feels rich inside. Clean water is a blessing. Good sleep is a blessing. A healthy body is a blessing. Your parents are a blessing. Your children are a blessing. Harvest means crops from farming. Grateful means thankful. Blessing means a gift from Allah. Do not wait for a perfect life to thank Allah. Thank Allah now. Thank Allah in every situation. Let us read a short dua together. Alhamdulillah ala kulli hal. Meaning, all praise belongs to Allah in every situation. Dear listeners, the more you thank Allah, the more your heart shines. And the more blessings enter your life. Alhamdulillah. Many people think negatively. They focus only on problems. They compare their lives with others. And slowly, their heart becomes tired. But when we say alhamdulillah, our thinking changes. We stop looking only at what we do not have. And we start seeing what Allah already gave us. Maybe your house is small, but you have a home. Maybe your food is simple, but you have food to eat. That is why we say, alhamdulillah. Allah knows every difficulty. And Allah also reminds us of his mercy. But, Allah also reminds us of his mercy. Social media makes many people unhappy. People compare clothes, money, cars, houses, but comparison steals peace. Always remember, someone has more than you. And someone has less than you. So, be thankful for your blessings. The Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, "Look at those below you, and not those above you." This helps us stay thankful. There was a young boy. He always complained. One day, he met an old man. The old man asked, "Can you see?" The boy said, "Yes." "Can you walk?" "Yes." "Can you hear?" "Yes." Then the old man smiled and said, "You are richer than many people." Subhanallah. Sometimes, we forget our blessings because we only focus on problems. A thankful Muslim thinks positively. He trusts Allah. She believes Allah has wisdom. Now, repeat after us. I Allah. Allah gives me many blessings. Positive thinking brings peace. Alhamdulillah changes the heart. Every morning and say Alhamdulillah for each blessing. This simple habit changes your mindset. Dear listeners, maybe your life is not perfect, but your life still has blessings. Never forget Allah's mercy. Compare means to look at differences. Mindset means the way we think. Mercy means Allah's kindness. Let us read a short dua. Allahumma aj'alni min ash-shakirin. Meaning, O Allah, make me among the thankful people. A negative heart complains. A thankful heart says, Alhamdulillah. And gratitude brings light to life. Every Muslim wants to feel close to Allah. And one simple way is gratitude. When we say Alhamdulillah, we remember Allah. Vicar means remembering Allah. And Alhamdulillah is one of the most beautiful forms of vicar. It brings peace to the heart. Imagine a person who only remembers Allah during problems. And another person remembers Allah every day. Who feels closer to Allah? Of course, the thankful person. Allah says in the Quran, "Remember me, and I will remember you." Subhanallah. What a beautiful promise. Before eating, say Alhamdulillah. After drinking water, say Alhamdulillah. After waking up, say Alhamdulillah. This keeps our heart connected to Allah. There was an old woman. She lived alone. But every day she smiled. And every day she said, Alhamdulillah. Someone asked her, "Why are you always happy?" She replied, "Because Allah is always with me." Subhanallah. A heart close to Allah never feels empty. Allah loves thankful servants. Allah loves people who remember him. And gratitude is a sign of faith. A believer thanks Allah in every situation. The Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, said, "The best words are, Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, La ilaha illallah, Allahu Akbar." These words are very beloved to Allah. Now, repeat after us. I remember Allah every day. Alhamdulillah brings peace. Allah loves thankful people. My heart feels close to Allah. Dear listeners, sometimes people disappoint us. Sometimes the world feels cold. But Allah never leaves his servants. Allah always listens. Today, try this small challenge. Say Alhamdulillah 100 times, slowly. And think about Allah's blessings. You will feel calmness in your heart. Zikr means remembering Allah. Faith means belief in Allah. Calmness means peace inside the heart. Let us read a beautiful dua. Allahumma ja'al qalbi qariban mink. Meaning, "Oh Allah, make my heart close to you." The more we thank Allah, the closer we feel to him. And the closer we are to Allah, the stronger our heart becomes. Life is not always easy. Every person faces tests. Some people lose money. Some people face sickness. Some people feel sadness. During hard times, a believer remembers Allah and says, Alhamdulillah. Because Allah always has wisdom. Maybe we do not understand today. But Allah knows the future. Allah says in the Quran, "Perhaps you dislike something while it is good for you." Subhanallah. Sometimes difficulty brings hidden blessings. There was a young man. He lost his business. He felt broken. But every day he prayed. And every day he said, Alhamdulillah. After some time, Allah opened a better door for him. Sometimes Allah closes one door to open a better door later. A believer trusts Allah's plan even during pain. Even during tears. Because Allah never forgets his servants. The Prophet Muhammad sallallahu alaihi wasallam said, "With hardship comes ease." This gives hope to every believer. Dear listeners, maybe you are facing a difficult test today. Maybe your heart feels tired. Maybe you cry silently at night. But Allah sees every [clears throat] tear. Never think Allah forgot you. Allah is always near. Keep praying. Keep saying alhamdulillah. Now, repeat after us. Allah knows what is best. I trust Allah during hard times. Patience brings peace. Alhamdulillah gives me hope. When something bad happens, take a deep breath. And say slowly, alhamdulillah. Hardship means difficulty. Patience means staying calm during problems. Hope means believing good things will come. Let us read a peaceful dua. Hasbiyallahu wani'mal wakeel. Meaning, "Allah is enough for me, and he is the best helper." Every difficulty has wisdom. Every pain can bring us closer to Allah. So, never stop thanking Allah. Good habits change life. When you eat food, say Alhamdulillah. When you finish work, say Alhamdulillah. When something good happens, say Alhamdulillah. And even during pain, still say Alhamdulillah. Because Allah is always wise. There was a small family. They were not rich. But every night, they sat together. And each person shared one blessing. One person said, Alhamdulillah for my health. Another said, Alhamdulillah for my parents. Their home became full of peace. Gratitude changes the atmosphere of a home. A thankful family feels happy together. Allah loves thankful people. Never forget, Allah loves gratitude. And Allah loves thankful servants. Allah says, "If you are grateful, I will surely give you more." Subhan Allah. What a beautiful promise from Allah. Now, repeat after us. I thank Allah every day. Gratitude brings happiness. Allah gives me many blessings. Alhamdulillah brings peace to my heart. Dear listeners, maybe your life is difficult today. But your story is not finished. Allah can change everything. Never lose hope in Allah. Tonight, before sleeping, think about five blessings. And say alhamdulillah for each one. Do this everyday. Your heart will slowly become softer and happier. Atmosphere means the feeling of a place. Journey means a long experience. Hope means believing in good things. Let us make a beautiful dua together. Meaning, Oh Allah, make us among your thankful servants. Dear brothers and sisters, never think gratitude is a small thing. One sincere alhamdulillah can change your life. It brings peace.
