Yo, what's going on, YouTube? Welcome back. This quite possibly may be the most valuable video I've ever posted on YouTube. Uh, apologies for being inactive over the past week, but I've been cooking up this video and it is absolutely insane. Uh, this is exactly how we made 1.5 1.6 million in drop shipping, more specifically with branded drop shipping because the state of AI right now and the speed that it's moving out with the chatbt photo update, it has seriously changed the game. And this is like a once in a-lifetime opportunity because you're able to test and validate concepts and products without spending thousands of dollars paying graphic designers, without paying product developers, without paying your suppliers and getting samples and test products that don't even work. So breaking down this month, we've done $75,000. You can see that we were, to be completely honest with you, we were in the trenches for a bit with this one brand. Uh we scaled down through Q1. It was pretty rough cuz we were we were customizing our product. We also had some issues on the legal side of things that we had to deal with. But now that all those are dealt with, we are scaling back up. So, I'll put a photo on screen as well. Well, I changed this to 365 days of our UK brand as well. We're sitting at about £350,000, I believe, on there. And then we have two other stores as well around this one brand. Now, a lot of people ask me, why do I run multiple stores around the one brand? Couple reasons, conversion rate and also security. If one of them gets shut down, it doesn't mean we just all get [ __ ] What I'm going to do now is I'm going to take you guys into the Myro board and run you through the exact process that we're using. Uh, and we're going to be moving super fast as well. So, if you guys have any questions, message me on Instagram. I'll get back to you over there. I respond to everyone. So, yeah, let's jump straight into it. Okay, the value that's in this is going to be absolutely insane. Genuinely, I advise you guys to stay to the very end. I've made a mock brand. I'm going to show you exactly how I'd go building a brand from scratch, how we're able to validate, test products without spending thousands of dollars going back and forth with the supplier for a product that doesn't even work. Um, and the way we're able to do that is by using some sneaky chat GPT tricks and leveraging the [ __ ] out of AI. That's all we're doing. And because of that, we're going to save like months and thousands and thousands of dollars of testing budget. So, just quickly, I'm going to come through and basically break down the drop shipping timeline because I don't want you guys to think that I'm against pump and dump stores. All right? If this is your first time drop shipping, you haven't found a winning product yet, it might not be the smartest thing for you to go down the fully branded route uh initially because it does require a lot of upfront capital. And if you don't have that marketing experience from previously scaling a store, it might be helpful for you guys to just run a pump and dump store. Right now, you guys are probably testing products. uh you're testing products either through maybe like a burner account on Instagram and Tik Tok. If you guys aren't using a burner account, this is my favorite way to find products at the moment. It's outperforming Caliator. It's out performing Winning Hunter or any other ad spy. This is just [ __ ] popping off. I don't know why. Uh I like to use all three of these. I do these every single day. Just keeping my finger on the pulse when it comes to products. And we're going to be ripping content to test. So if you guys do this, you'll be able to find a winning product. All right? Whether it takes 3 6 12 months, you guys are going to find a winning product. And what's going to happen is you'll find this winning product if you position yourself right. Uh you have like a good offer, a good creative strategy, should be able to scale for about 3 to 6 months. You should be able to pocket around five to six figures in profit. And then what's going to happen is other drop shippers are going to come in in typical drop shipping fashion. They're going to steal your website. They're going to steal your offer. That is why it's hard to scale past six months. Sure, it depends on the niche. It depends on the market. Um but that's kind of just the timeline that we've seen. and then performance tends to tank. You're going to panic because it's your first time. You know, you went from making hundreds of thousands of dollars a month to not making any money now and then you are going to kill the product or you're going to try to salvage it. Which brings us back to here. If you're going to kill the product, you end up back and testing products. If you decide you're going to try and save your brand, then you need to bring it over to branded drop shipping. Okay, so this product I just found on Winning Hunter. I'm going to be using it as an example. I've built a brand around it. The brand is called Lush Tint. And this product is essentially applied to the lips. It is a peel off lipstick. I put a video up on screen explaining exactly what it does, but this product has been blowing up. Now, there are two main types of branded drop shipping that I'm going to be talking about in this video. Um, the first one is just surface level branded drop shipping. What I mean by this is you're going to take the product, you're not going to change the formula, you're going to keep the product the exact same, but you're going to make color variations. You're probably going to slap your brand name on the box, brand name on the product. Uh these are just some useful things that we've seen. So you obviously want to ensure the product is high quality, which kind of ties in with shipping protection. Easiest way to get an insight into the quality of your product and the quality of the packaging is just to order it to your house. Uh if it rocks up damaged and [ __ ] chances are it's going to be rocking up to your customer's house the exact same. So you do need to make a fix there. Whether it's potentially getting a thicker box, maybe getting it in a I don't know, protective packaging or something like that. While you're also doing this, um, going through these early branding stages, you want to be looking for upsells. Uh, and you can look for upsells the exact same way you look for products. That's one thing I see with products is products we've tested by themselves, we've ran ads for them, they perform [ __ ] but as upsells, they absolutely crush it. So, for example, if you're running this lipstick product, it's a beauty product. Maybe you want to add like a vitamin C face mask, which helps preserve the lips. It might not perform as a product itself, but it might absolutely [ __ ] crush as an upsell. And that is crucial to increasing your AOV, which is just going to increase your rows. Another quick thing, we can ask our supplier to include a thank you card in the box. Just a really cheap cost like a couple cents. And you know, when you get a thank you card, it makes it more personalized. It makes them more incentivized to leave a good review. And it also will increase your returning customer rate. While we're doing this, we're also going to be collecting emails, farming reviews, and trying to build our Trust Pilot rating. It may be hard if your product is low quality uh because we are still fully drop shipping at this point. We don't have any crazy USPs and that is going to be the differentiating factor that's going to take us from just being a branded drop shipping store to being a uh yeah full-on e-commerce brand. You can see here I took this drop shipping product and I just made a simple brand around it and you can already see the difference straight off the bat. Cheap drop shipping garbage. People are going to be used to seeing this [ __ ] they're going to be like, "Nah, bang. Expensive, luxurious product, and we're going to be able to sell it for a lot more." What we're going to do now is we're going to get an OoQ and start to build a relationship with our supplier. Now, we want to make sure our supplier is able to or they are manufacturing this product itself so we can potentially customize it. We can make our version two or 2.0 version of the product, which is just going to crush the market. Before we do this, I want to make sure that we are in a evergreen market and it is a growing market. So, lipstick market, beauty market, absolutely [ __ ] massive. No issues there. More specific, lip stain, which is this exact product. You can see it's growing on Google Trends. Now, the main issue we're going to have here is we don't have any significant USPS that we can differentiate ourselves from the other brand because at the end of the day, we are essentially the exact same product just with a different brand name slap slapped onto it. So, it's going to be hard to scale because we don't have that massive differentiating factor. And here is exactly how we're going to do that. So, so this is when you need to take the next step with your brand. Really get an understanding of every flaw your product has, why people love the product, why people hate the product. The easiest way we're going to do this is three methods. We're going to be going on to chat GPT using the deep research tool that can go through, scan the web. We can go onto Tik Tok and Instagram comment sections of this product being used, look at any reasons or any objections people are having. And we're also going to go on to Amazon and we're going to look through the Amazon rating, get a real good insight into the buyer's mind. So, that's exactly what I'm going to do now. And I'm going to show you exactly how I did it. Okay, so here on Amazon now, just a quick note, I'm going to be speeding through this, but you guys really should take your time on it. What I'm looking for is consistencies within the reviews that I can add to our product, make an improvement, and like I said, take the market by [ __ ] storm. So, here's the thing. Most people just look at five star and one-star reviews. I like to look at fourst star reviews as well because what this is going to tell us is people who bought the product, they loved it, but there was something that was going on like maybe they had a small objection like maybe didn't stay on long enough. So that's where we're going to get most of our insights from. Scroll down. Immediately I'm seeing two people here complain about the color being a little bit off. So that's something we could add to our list of improvements. Some people are saying it's too light. Some people are saying it's too dark. So potentially we could come out with multiple different shades or we could work on a product that is more fit for everyone. Color was lighter than expected. This is what I'm seeing very consistently. I don't think I'm going to read all that shade that I received was the brightest pink shade ever and not even close to the color in the pictures. Okay, so that is a very common objection. Now, now moving on to one star reviews. This is going to show us people who hate the product, like everything that's wrong with it and if we see any major flaws in here. Usually, it's a very simple fix, like their product rocked up, damaged in here saying it's not lasting long enough. It's not lasting long enough. Completely different product than described, was very messy, stains teeth. the colors are so pale. So, um yeah, potentially looking at a product here that well or I don't know if we could avoid staining the teeth, but two main things is that the colors are off and what was the other one? It doesn't last long enough. So, those are two fixes that we could go to the supplier or go to chatbt and get an alternative ingredient list and then send that off to the supplier. Uh, I'm not going to go in any further because it's kind of unnecessary as I'm not running this product, but you'd go through now, you'd look at Tik Tok, Instagram comments, you just do the exact same thing, get up a note, uh, like a notepad and then just be writing everything down and then you'd make your improvements like that. So, once we've got a really good insight into our ideal customer and why they don't want to buy the product or why they love the product, etc., we can go through now and we can start market fit testing. Now, I'll tra I'll take you through the chat GBT process, but essentially what we're doing is we are creating three product variations. We're going to be running a pre-sale for them on our website, seeing which one gets the most traction, seeing which ads get the most click-through rate, etc., and seeing which one people are resonating with the most. Because if we go all in on this one and we were to test this one off the bat, just say, you know, this one, this is a adaptive lip tint. So one massive flaw I noticed was that people were like the product thing is too dark or is too light. So this is an adaptive to skin color. Whether this works I don't know lipstick or anything. We'd have to get a double check to ensure yeah the validity of our product. But just say we tested this one. We were super bullish on it. It got no sales. It got no traction. We went through all that branding process for nothing. As compared to this one which is like a natural clean beauty like vegan perspective. this one just would have went [ __ ] crazy. But we didn't split test this one with this one. So, we weren't able to get that difference and we weren't able to choose this product, which is why I do this to minimize the risk and minimize the upfront capital that we're putting into a product that wouldn't even work in the first place. Okay, super simple chat GPT prompts. It's a lot more simple than you guys think. You can see here I just did a very basic prompt. I'm currently in the process of making a new lip stainer peel off product. Some flaws I've noticed is that the colors aren't as expected. the color fades too quickly and the quality of the lipstick itself isn't high. Can you make me three unique variations with three different unique selling points all improving upon the old variation of this lip stainer? Now, this is pretty funny, but these are pretty brief. Like, they're not the best. So, I actually tell Chat GPT that I'm like, can you make my prompt more clear so that I can paste it into another Chat GPT bot and receive a more detailed and accurate response? And you'll see this prompt here. And I run this prompt. I think I accidentally did it twice. Yeah. So I run this prompt here and you can see the depth that it gives me just with asking chat GPT to make my prompt better and more clear which is pretty funny. So then what I did was is I used these prompts here or I used the information and I said can you give me three prompt variations that I can paste into another bot which will give me a high quality Facebook ad static capitalizing on the major USP and also change the brand name to lush tint and make the product like 2.0 or version two something like that. So this is just going to give me high quality Facebook ad prompts. Then what I did was I took this and pasted it into another chatbot. And then it gave me this. I wasn't too happy with it. So I said, "Make it in a glass lipstick jar instead, which it did. I was happy with that image. And then I also said, "Create me a high quality product image with the product and the brand box." And you can see there, that's the one I focused on. And I just did this with every product. Um, yeah. So super simple. And in regards to making the first product box, took this image and took it into the black like professional looking lipstick brand. You can see I kind of went back and forth with it for a bit. Um, and then eventually I just said make a professional image of the product and then give it a branded box as well. And this is what I came up with. And I was I was really happy with this. So that's why I decided to settle on it. Super simple. Don't overthink your chatbt prompts. It shouldn't take you more than a couple minutes. So, doing all of that, we now successfully have three variations of our product that we can test. We're going to be making 10 to 12 static creators for each one of these products. We're going to be analyzing the results. We're not looking for sales or anything like that. We're mainly just looking for data. Okay, so once we've confirmed that our supplier can make the product variation that we want, we're going to go back and forth with the supplier, get samples. It's going to take 2 months. Uh it's going to take a while, but this is what no one's willing to do. Everyone wants fast money, but this is the way to build just a sustainable brand that can print you hundreds of thousands of dollars and more importantly make a massive exit in the future. What we're going to do now is we're going to sign a contract with our supplier and just quickly breaking down the shipping process and the levels for this. Uh, initially you're going to be going with Chinese fulfillment, but once you are doing, I'd say about 50 orders a day, you can look to third party logistics. Um because what this is going to do, it's so important for building your brand's trust. Even just shipping from the home country, it rocking up with OPOST, increasing that returning customer rate, the quality, and returning back to if you guys run a drop shipping business, it [ __ ] sucks. All right, so dealing with returns is going to be a lot easier. You're going to be able to order in bulk and ship it by sea, and then that's going to reduce our cogs and in turn increase our margins. Now that I've cleared that shipping process up, it's pretty self-explanatory. We know the product works. It's just time to find winning angles around that product. So, we're going to be sending our product out to UGC creators. We're going to be making AI static ads and we're going to go down until we find a winning angle and then we're going to be able to scale like [ __ ] crazy. And the biggest difference now is when a drop shipper sees our ads. They're not going to be able to go to AliExpress. It's going to be the first product that they can see. Um, so it's going to kill off 99.9% of drop shippers because let me ask you this one question. You know, last time you're on Calidator, you see a product, it's got super high potential, but you can't find it anywhere. Uh, you go on Amazon, maybe you hit up your supplier, there's just nowhere to source this product. So, that is the biggest difference between converting your brand from a drop shipping store, full-blown e-commerce brand. And the best part about moving to a third party logistic as well, if you are in Australia, you have to pay 10% GST on everything. But by doing third party logistics, you're able to claim a percentage of that GST back because the product was shipped from Australia as if it was shipped and imported from China. You're not able to get any tax relief on that. All right, really do hope you guys found this video useful. If you watch this far, my gift to you is you guys can message me on Instagram and get my private Discord link, which is just a few of us. I'm strictly leaving this link at the end of the video for people who actually are serious about drop shipping, so we don't have any, you know, kind of tire kickers in there or whatever. You can message me over there as well if you have any questions. And I'll see you guys in the next video.
