Aging Perception

hello my friends thank you very much for your answers and for shared experience i agree with you all there is not an ideal age and there is not a specific age when we have to start to treat and the reason is simple there are so many variables and genetics do play a very important role but i would like to open with a reflection imagine that you have a specific chronological age and there are three possibilities this person can look older for their age they can look at their age or they can look younger so i usually advise people that when they look their age or they look older they should consider visiting an expert to get an opinion if they need to start treating or not but i would like to end with a personal question how old are you and how old do you think you look
