All right, should start. Um, welcome aboard everyone. Firstly, uh, my name is Muhammad Si. I work here with D expert as the HR manager. U, I'm going to lead you through, uh, everything that you might ever need to know about D expert and also about your rule, which is the sales department. Uh we're going to be talking about uh what you should expect uh from the company side and what we should be expecting from your side, our role and uh our importance as employers and employees and how we can invest in this place and how it can be beneficial for all sides. Um right so let's uh let's start. So what's that experience? Basically we were founded back to November 2023. Um we were in the market before that but as a legal entity we started November 2023. Uh we were just a very small team three of us. The company was founded by two brothers. If you have had the chance to have a look into social media or uh the brief uh introduction about the company uh either by Muhammad Ari or Mazinari who are the founders uh you will you would have had an idea about how this company was founded. Uh yeah so we just started as the three of us. uh we keep scaling the business step by step uh definitely by the uh contribution of everyone working here we wouldn't have achieved that so we started in different markets either in the US or UK um from cold calling up to appointment setting passing by sales and then by closing whatever you want to think about we have worked in uh we worked in the real estate in solar uh appointment setting the UK for restaurants and the vision spar parts. Um so we tried different things and right now our main focus is on the market of the debt settlement. It's uh it's not a seasonal job. So, it's an ongoing thing forever because no one's going to be is going to stop at some point of uh issuing no loans especially in the US market or in the US society. Um so, same thing in the debt settlement. Uh we started by gold calling and then we are doing sales. Maybe we can do a different thing in the future. Um right so um what's different between that expert and the other places basically we believe in dominance uh we don't like to just work like you know how we say it you look in log out no it's it's different here we really believe that we should be sharing the same mindset about investing in these place cuz if you invest in these place this place is going to be investing in you and the vice versa we um so don't have the mindset if you have the mindset of just logging out to take your salary and log out to go home it's not going to work out for you because it's very competitive we don't mean that it's competitive between you and your friends I mean or your mates sorry Um it it doesn't mean that if you're not achieving we were going to let you go and then keep your uh your teammate. No, it's doesn't work like that. It's competitive in the market itself. We are competing with um other companies. Um so you have to survive in the market. Also we don't really stress you on uh the other things that you have faced in other companies about the target numbers stuff like that. No, we have a very solid uh plan that we work uh we work according to. Um if you are struggling with anything, we're going to assist you. Uh we're going to cover everything that you might ever need to take you from the scratch up to making you a very solid sales guy. So even if you struggle with achieving your target and hitting your numbers, it's totally fine. You're going to be um coached in different sessions until you digest everything and you became more solid and then you're not going to be struggling. There's a very ironic thing that we uh we have seen here in the company. some of our guys and you're going to be meeting them hopefully once you are uh working with us. They also struggled with numbers and targets and after they were put on the performance action plan which we implemented. Um hopefully I'm going to be seeing that plan but uh anyways ironically they all become top achievers. You're going to be meeting them. Some of them became um I'm not going to be mentioning names but once you are fully imported you're going to be seeing them. So yeah we don't just let you go because you are struggling with anything. No, we going to um do our part, cover everything, and then we we going to talk. Uh same thing with uh people who uh don't like to stay in their possessions for a very long time. Here, we don't hire anyone outside of that expert to lead our agents in that expert. It doesn't make sense because we don't know about your profile. We don't know about your background. What type of person are you? So what we do is we push you further and then we give you the option to be part of us in the management. Um we also don't play the game of the managers and employees. It's a very boring game and very old-fashioned. Um so everyone here is treated as a family member. If we feel that you're not taking this seriously or um you don't believe in the same beliefs that we have, it's not going to work out for either of us. So do your best and definitely there's going to be something in it for you. I started as a recruiter. You know the freelance recruiters probably were hired by them and then I became a part-time HR and then a full-time HR and then an HR manager. All right. Same thing with every everyone that you're going to see in this company. He started as an employee and then he kept building this place stone by stone with us and then you were promoted. So that covers a part of a a very common question if um there is any progress in your career in this company. Yes, there is. So we also have a very uh important goal of um leaving an impact. It might sound uh a bit of exagoration but it's not. I mean um to leave an impact of 10,000 lives by 2027 it's not a very impossible uh goal. Right now we impacted about from 700 to 800 um lives. Right now we are at uh two active 200 active employees and we keep scaling the business up and definitely by your contribution as I said. Um so yeah we share different goals. I'm not going to be spending all this session talking about uh that expert about us. I mean it's not really my my thing. I'm not a man of foring but you're going to see everything once you are on boarded. All right. Right now we're going to be talking about the rule itself about the sales possession and that settlement. Usually you don't get outbound calls. Usually they are mostly inbound calls. All right. Inbound leads. um the the the the source of leads differs from a lead to another. You don't really have to concern yourself about that. Um because you're not you're not going to be generating the leads. You're going to be getting the leads directly into your dialer, which you're going to be working with, which is we're going to talk about later. Um, don't expect your customers to be interested already because they are inbound leads. No, it doesn't work like that. In cold calling, there's a very common misconception which is all the calls are outbound and inbound leads or inbound calls are in the customer support. No, there are different sources to generate your leads and different ways to get the customers to call you. Um, could be voicemails, could be SMS blasting, could be missed calls, um, different things, Google ads, Facebook ads, whatever. Uh so those customers they shouldn't be interested by nature. Your job is to make them interested by convincing them into the service that we are offering. It's not a product. The data set is not a product. It's a service. All right? So you might think or you might construct your idea that the customer is in need. It's not the visor. All right. you are supporting them financially and we're going to talk about that in the next slide. Um, so your rule is to get them from being not interested to be interested just like any other sales job, right? As simple as that. So, uh, what's dead settlement? It's not something that we have here in Egypt. In Egypt, if you take a loan either from a bank or any organization, you have to pay off the debts. If you don't pay off the debts, you're going to be in jail. As simple as that. In the US, it's different. Not quite sure if it's also in Europe or not, but we don't have to concern ourselves with that. So, what's the settlement in the US? There are two types of debts, secure debts and unsecured debts. We deal with the unsecured debts. the sphere that is like um medical debt or student loans or credit card loans. I don't really remember all of them but anyways you're going to learn that in the training. Um they are loans that the customers or the people took from any creditor without being tied with a property. for example, or without being tying with guarantee that if you don't pay off that money, we're going to take that from you. All right, that's a secure debt. A secure debt. So the unsecured debt means uh those guys can just go bankrupt and you're not going to be paying anything for their creditors. Uh and that's it, right? So what we do is there is no guarantee for the creditors to take the money back from the uh dtor. So what we do is we call the customers or the dtors and we try to convince them to settle the debts which means to drop the debts down by removing the interest rate and then the for example if they have $50,000 of unsecured debt it can go down to $30,000 of unsecured or secured. So that's what we do. We support them financially. We advise them financial and then we support them financially. There's a part of negotiation that happens with the creditor. It's not reward. It's the company's part of the mother company, right? Uh so do we offer loans? No. There's also a big misconception like in the script in the job application which you applied for uh if you if you made the loan video you're going to notice that in the script you are pitching the customer as if you are offering them a personal loan but it's not the case that's not true it's just like a hawker catch that you do in in your calls to gain their attention and then they not going to hang up on you cuz naturally the American is not like the dead sentiment. All right. They like getting loans a lot. I don't know why. Uh it's more like a trend. They even took part of the Egyptian society unfortunately. Uh so you don't like the dead, right? So you try to have them on the code and then you're going to pitch them the settlement afterwards. That's basically what's the settlement. It's the entire vice versa of the personal loans. Uh because there's a very frequent asked question which is do we offer loans? Is this haram or forbidden Islam? No, it's not. You should take your part and do your research. All right? Go ask an answer or whatever you want to ask and then you can build up your own opinion. All right? Um but logically it's not because we are removing the interest rate out of your debts and then um those guys are free they are free of that. Great definitely going to be learning more about the debt settlement in the training but that's just a very brief introduction about it from my side. So about the tools and equipment that you're going to be using, we don't use the phone and tablets working. All right. So you have to have your PC and laptop or laptop. I mean definitely a laptop is a lot better cuz uh some of you are going to be maybe they have issue with uh the electricity or internet. So we we we don't really care about that. And you have a shift, you have to attend your shift. You have working hours to fulfill, you have to fulfill them. So in the laptop, you have your own built-in battery or UPS. So you're going to be working with your laptop, right? Uh same for the electricity. Sorry, for the internet. For the internet, you should be having your backup source, whether it's a 4G or 5G router, the wireless router, or you can just get uh a cable that busts the voltage from 5 volt to 12 volts and then plug it into your router and magic, your router is going to be working. What if you don't have electricity in the router? I mean the the internet goes out once your internet once your electricity is out. It's totally fine. Go buy a 4G or 5G router cuz wasting one day is worth of paying for 4G or 5G router. Imagine that you are losing time every single day. You're going to be losing money every single day, right? And eventually you're going to be let go because you're not achieving what's in your contract. Uh as for the dialer and the CRM, you're going to be using V dollar dialer. Uh there is a CRM called forth. It's where you see everything regarding the customer, all the information regarding the customer. And we use Luna, which is I'm going to make another session for Luna, which is like a website uh that we have built for that expert. Um it it literally includes everything that you can think about. Either you have uh a request for day off for late login, family log out, resignation, bose, vacation, sick leave, whatever. Everything is there and all your login and credentials are also in Luna. Um so everything is pretty much organized. Uh everything is in place. So why I I personally don't like chaos. All right? So you have to be very organized. Pay attention to everything that's said, everything that's announced. Uh we literally care about the tiniest details. Uh you know, when I posted a form for you to fill out in in Discord, um I really care about how you type your name, how you choose the start date, stuff like that. You know, some people don't really concentrate or focus on what they are doing. It's really going to struggle with working if if you don't pay attention to details, right? Uh as for the headset, um you can use any any headset um as long as it's USB one so that there's no latency or static in in any light. Uh I personally use Jabra. You can get uh Jabra, Luitech, or Plantronics. It's amazing. It's totally up to you. And for the internet, you have to have a cable. You cannot work without a cable. It's an IT policy deduction. All right? If you are code that you are not working with cable, there's a policy that's going to be applied in you and deductions to right cuz that affects your codes and affects your data. So, you have to have an ethernet cable. If you don't have uh if you don't have like a port for plugging in the Ethernet cable, it's fine. You can buy a converter from USBC um to Ethernet and then plug it into your laptop. All right. Or you can pay for uh USBC to Ethernet uh sorry USBA to Ethernet. The minimum download speed is 30 megabytes per second and the upload speed should be 30 megabytes per second. But I know that some of you that have a very bad internet, so it's it's fine. It's not going to be a struggle. Uh so we're going to say that it's uh three at least, but the latency shouldn't go below 100. All right, which is the ping. So if you go to speedtest.net, that you're going to find like uh a yellow and purple arrows. They shouldn't go above 100, right? We use Discord and Time Doctor. Sorry about the space before the end. Forgot it. Uh we use Discord and Time Doctor and uh Discord is what you have been on boarded on. It's the main platform that we use for working. All right? We don't use WhatsApp. WhatsApp is just for chatting. All right? But it's not for for for the real business. Uh there's also a uh we have built in in in Discord. It's going to be assisting you in everything. Um it's very important too. And time doctor is a software that we use for monitoring your screen while you are working during your working hours before and after your shift. You should be logged out of time doctor or at least you shouldn't be active in time doctor because we can see your screen. So don't use time doctor while you are working uh while you are not working. All right? should be while you're working only and it's a must by the way. So some people say that it's a private thing and my PC is mine and stuff like that. No, it's it's not yours. If you are in the shift, it's not yours. All right. Um it's just like working from office. Where I was working before, we were using a whole different thing called virtual machine or VM. Um it's like taking a a clone of a server and their servers to work, right? Uh so don't negotiate about the time doctor thing because it's a must, right? You are doing a very sensitive job and dealing with customers information. So we have to keep an eye on you. And by the way, time doctor is to is is a very good tool for you to dispute anything that you might face with us. I mean it never happened that we accuse anyone of anything falsely but it's a good way to prove anything that you are claiming. All right. Now we're going to talk about the salary hours training bonuses commission and sales coaching. Um so that's a very important part. Pay attention. and get a pen and paper because we really have to focus on this part, right? What about the shifts? So, we have a main shift which starts by 6:00 p.m. Kay time. That's the main shift. 6:00 p.m. to 3:00 a.m. including 1 hour break. It's an unpaid break. Unpaid break doesn't mean that it's uh deducted from your salary, right? It means that it's not calculated within your salary. So instead of saying that you are working 9 hours a day, it's 8 hours a day. Can you work for 8 hours a day with no breaks? No. You have to cover all of your shift. There are no breaks. There are no breaks in the first and last hour or the first two and last two hours. It's coordinated with your team leader. But we don't we don't do that. at least the last hour of the shift and the the first hour of the shift, you have to be uh presenting a letter, right? We have other shifts like 4:30, 5, 6, 7, 8 p.m. count 9 hours. That's your shift as a fulltime. All right. Um, you can log in for Saturday if you are compensating your hours or you are doing overtime. All right, overtime is the same payment as the casual hours. Um, but for Saturday, you must show up if you are missing time. So, for example, you you met miss missed some time either minutes or hours. You have to show up on Saturday. All right? And the minimum that you should be doing on Saturday is 6 hours. So, you would like to take a day off. It's to be you're going to have to agree on that you're going to be compensating them on Saturday. All right? And and definitely during your first month, right? Um, okay. What about the part time? So, part time is 6 hours. Same thing. Count 6 hours from 4:30, 5 6 7 8. You can also do 9 and 10 p.m. Count uh 6 hours include 45 minutes of breaks. That's your shift as a part-timers. Right. Um, as for the compensation, you're going to be doing two things. Compensation means you would like to compensate on Saturday. So, you first thing is you're going to be coordinating that with your team leader, right? And then you're going to be submitting a request in Luna, right? I'm going to log in on Saturday because I took X day off and I'm going to work for X hours. All right? That's what you should be doing in Luna. And it's not free for all like uh before you go on Saturday, you have to ask for permission that you should be logged in and sit. As for the training, uh I would really advise you to use um a pen and paper during your training. All right, that's what I saw. um very fruitful and very beneficial with all the guys who uh are working with us. They started with a pen and paper. All right. Might seem silly but it's perfect single frame. Um so I would really really advise you to use a pen on paper engage throughout all the training focus. All right. Uh, don't sleep. So, we have a very strict I think rules about the cameras. Your camera should be on during all the training. Your camera goes off. There are three different people at least monitoring you during the training. Your camera goes off. They're going to write that you are camera off. I don't really care if you had your camera on for 6 hours and 5 minutes where it was off. If the feedback is written that your camera is off, it's it's going to be generalized, right? That it's it's off for all the time. Your camera is off means your training is not paid. Okay? Um so always present with your camera, always present with professional um I mean either in your place or um what you're wearing. Give me a second. Sorry, someone was bugging my phone. Um, so where did we stop? Yeah, I was talking about the camera. Yeah. So, uh, how to stay professional during your training. Um, and don't forget about the camera thing. Okay. It's very important. Um, what about the payment of the training? So the training payment is going to be paid only if you complete 30 working days. 30 business days. What are the working or business days? They are the days from Monday to Friday. So count that you finished 30 working days. That's when your salary is paid with uh sorry your training is paid with your salary. All right. I said it very slowly and very clear so that you don't come asking later why is my training not paid this month cuz naturally you're not going to be finishing 30 working days in July right if you start dialing in July you finish the entire month of July you're not going to be paid in August for your training you're going to be paid in September what are the cases for not being your training You left your train is not going to be paid. You resigned. Your train is not going to be paid. You were terminated. Your s your train is not going to be paid. You didn't pass the test code which is the final day, seventh day I think. Your train is not going to be paid. All right. Um but if you fill the test code, we're going to offer you another job. All right. And definitely that depends on your performance. I mean some people would actually sleep the entire training. So that mean that they didn't really put the effort right and that's the first rule that I told you you should be investing in this place if you think that we should be investing in you. Um so you being sleeping over all the training it mean that you're not here to work right. Um so as you mean that anything happened for you in the test calls that's it's okay. we can offer you another job which is easier. Definitely it's a different salary but it's a lot easier which is probably in cold calling. Um yeah that's about so any reason that um hinders you from finishing your 30 working days your training is not going to be made with this salary. Okay? because it causes some issues with some some people who like to manipulate the words. So here I'm saying it very clear very straightforward. All right. What about the salary? So that's the part that everyone likes. Um for the full-timers it's 18,000 Egyptian balance per month. for the part- timerrs it's um almost like 11,000 ejection balance per month. All right. How to calculate your salary? Right. Or or firstly I forgot about the commission which is very important and it's a lot more crucial than the base salary. You actually get $20 for each sale made. All right. I will confirm it closely because some are not closed will not they don't pass through because they get keyword rejected because you made a mistake. So not all the submitted deals are confirmed closed deals. Okay. You're going to learn about that in your training too. So, you get $20 for each close deal. And sometimes you do like an additional reward. If you pass your target, you get more. You get $30 for each closed deal. Okay? And that's a very big profit. What's your target? Your target is um 26 closed deal per month. almost like one closed deal every day. Okay. So in in one week you are expected to close five deals. All right. But about the target, it's going to be with your sales managers and your all of your managers um because the target differs from a month to another usually depending on the business and the leads and stuff like that. So you're going to know about the target once you are in your training. Okay. Um and also it's going to be in your contract too. Um overtime is the same rate same payment. So if your hourly rate is 100 Egyptian pounds 100 whatever it's going to be the same rate it doesn't differ. We don't do double payment or stuff like that. No it's the same rate. How to calculate your salary? It's a very important point of salary. So, as I said, there is a monthly salary which is 18,000 Egyptian bounds. You don't get the 18,000 Egyptian bounds in full if you waste time. So, you took a day off, it's going to be deducted. You logged in late and didn't compensate that, it's going to be deducted. You looked out early and didn't compensate, that's going to be deducted, too. As long as you don't achieve your your minutes and your hours in the ether, we're going to deduct from your base salary. And makes sense, right? We don't we we you're not working for or we don't give you a work for free, you know? So you should be working in the diner in order to be paid. All right. How to calculate the hourly rate? It differs from a month to another cuz some days have some months sorry have um 20 working days others um 21 22 23 working days. It depends on every month right. So let's say uh we are talking about May right? May is 22 working days. So 22 working days times hours per day means the net hours which is 8 hours or 5 hours 15 minutes for the bar times. So 22 working days times uh 8 hours then 8 hours per day. I'm not going to let me open my calculator. That's 176 net working hours. Those are the hours that you should fulfill for me. Okay. What you're going to do next, you're going to take your salary, which is 88,000 divided by 176 or 176. So going to be 102.27 Egyptian balance. 102 Egyptian balance. That's the hourly rate. To calculate your base salary, get the hourly rate times the net working hours that you have achieved per month. Okay? If you achieved your full working hours, it's fine. You're going to get the 18,000. If you made more than 176 hours, you're going to be paid more. If you made less than 176, you're going to be paid less. All right? the commissions are not tied with your base salary. So far, we haven't tied the commissions with the base salary. But if you don't uh achieve your working hours for a very long time, you're going to be putting on the the same performance action plan because we you as a contractor have agreed to fulfill 9 hours a day, 8 hours and net uh eight net hours a day and nine uh full lockdown hours a day. If you are not the person who is capable of doing that, we're going to have to terminate your contract, right? So, um everything matters. Either it's the target or the hours you have to uh achieve that. What are the average of the salary? It's a very common question. Um, I'm not going to be doing the math because it's going to take uh more minutes in this video, but I would like you to get um let's do it. 22 deals per month if you are doing one per day. 22 * $20 that's $440 time 50 Egyptian bound that's 22,000 Egyptian bounds from commission only plus 18,000 that's 40,000 Egyptian pounds per month that's the average sorry that's the minimum salary that you should be getting 40,000 Egyptian pounds that's your minimum salary for achieving your target all Is achieving your target hard? No. Is it impossible? Definitely not. Some people are doing from two to three deals deals per day. Um, so they don't even get charged uh for $20 per deal. They are getting um 23 uh sorry $30 per deal. So let's say that you made 20 uh 23 deals per month. 23 * 20 uh sorry time $30 that's 600 u $690 from commissions only times 50 Egyptian pounds that's 34,000 um 34.5,000 Egyptian pounds plus 18,000 Egyptian balance if you are doing just your hours no overtime that's 52500 52,500 Egyptian BS. Okay. Um there is no cap for your commissions. There is no S cap on your on your salary. Uh if you came from a customer service background, if you came from a cold calling background, those numbers may seem unreal for you, but you're going to be seeing all of these once you're on boarded, right? Um, and there's like a monthly leaderboard either for bonuses, rewards, or even to get you motivated by seeing how your teammates are making um from 30 to 40 deals per month and they are exceeding the one 100,000 Egyptian payments per month. Okay, that's about the salaries or the salary and u about the pay rules when you going to be paid. It depends on every month, right? But the the the default one is from tw the 12th to the uh 50th of every month. Okay, let's say that you started working in July. We're going to be paid in August between the 20th and the 50th of August. You're not going to be paid for the working days of August in August. Okay? Because it also builds up some confusion and issues with some people who don't like to read their contracts or focus on what they are told. All right? So, focus. So you are paid on uh the following month for the existing months you we we don't pay you for the first 12 days of of the months. Okay. Definitely if you start working if you start working on um you didn't start working on the first of the month. Okay. you started working on the 5th or the 10th, whatever, you're not going to be paid 18,000 Egyptian bounds. Why? Because you didn't start at the beginning of the month. So the calendar is not in full. We don't have the full capacity of the days and the full capacity of the hours. So naturally, not you're not going to be paid 18,000. Okay? It's per month, no per working days. Okay. Uh how do we pay off your salary? It's through bionir. So you get paid on poner in USD. So we convert your money from Egyptian balance on the same day to USD and then we transfer them to Bioner. What's Pioneer? Paneer is just um a digital bank or digital platform where you can link your bank account, your local bank account with or even the US dollar bank account with Vayoner and then uh you can get your money transferred in Bayoner and then withdraw them from Bayoner to your uh local bank account, right? Or US dollar bank account. Uh so if you don't have a bank account, go make a bank account or not every bank, Alex Bank, commercial bank, uh Q&A, it's up to you, right? Go make a bank account, link it with banker because we're not transferring the money through local banks or wallets or cards. We don't do that. Okay. Bank, it's a very important part that we should be talking about. So to take a day off, um naturally it should be a week ahead of the request. Okay? But uh I don't I don't like that word and I don't like when people use it. It's it's actually not allowed here. But let's say that you have an emergency. Okay? Uh emergency means uh suddenly you got sick. Okay? But that's the only case where you can request a day off a day ahead of your shift. Okay? Apart from that, you should be requesting your days off more than a day ahead. Okay? You're going to be asking your team leader for the day off packed with a proof or a reason. Okay? So, if you are sick, you should be submitting sick note uh from your doctor. If it's a fake uh sick mode, I'm going to be applying the notion of call deduction on you and there's going to be an HR investigation with you because you are trying to manipulate the papers with us and we catch the fake things. Okay, we have been in this industry for a very long time. So, uh, we know how things work and um, so don't try to submit any signal that sounds fake or it's not serious. All right. Uh, once you get the approval from your team leader, you're going to what you going to do next? So you're going to go into Luna and then you're going to upload the sick mode and a detailed explanation of your issue in Luna and then you're going to get the approval from me that you are okay to go with the day off. Okay. Um what about the and definitely in Luna there's a very awesome version. I'm going to explain Luna later on in another series of videos. But after you submit your request in Luna, you have to see the request status in Luna. All right? We don't do that through WhatsApp. We don't do that through Discord. We just use Luna and the emails. Okay? No private chatting. Um for the late login and early log out if you would like to request a late login or early log out from your shift then you have to submit that uh in Luna as well after informing your team leader and it should be at least 4 hours ahead that if you have an emergency but don't bring the word emergency once you start working okay no work no pay policy is what I explained in the salaries part you are not presenting your not going to be paid anything your shift is 9 hours, you should be working the 9 hours on the dial. Uh if you miss 3 hours, you're going to be deducted the 3 hours. If you miss 2 hours, you're going to be deducted the 2 hours. If you are missing 2 minutes, the two minutes are going to be deducted. Okay? Tech issues, bar outage, sake days, national holidays, either in the US or either in Egypt are not paid. Okay? Anything that this that hinders you from being in your dialer stands between you and your der uh it's not bad. Okay. You have to be active in the um so for the tick issues you have to fix them. It's it's not our thing. Power outage, same thing. It's on you. If you have an issue with either of them, go buy a UBS as I explained. to go buy a backup source as a sites because we not going to be okay with daily excuses. All right. Uh yeah, don't actually talked about but Luna you have to document everything. All right. There is a policy that we apply if you miss hours and you don't compensate your hours there is going to be double deduction on your hours. So if you are missing 3 hours we're going to deduct 6 hours. Okay. From your salary, it's going to be in contractor too. Uh so document everything in Luna because if we are doing the payroll and then we look at your hours, you don't have your full hours, we look we have a look at Luna. If there is no approved request for any time off, we just going to double the missing time. Okay, the last thing um for the there are two perspectives in there in this job. So let's start by the negative the downside things. There is a daily and weekly target. It's a sales job, right? For some people it's stressing because you have a target you know but every job has a target. I mean there is no job in the in the world that doesn't have a target. So there is no reason for your employer for your employer to to keep you if you're not doing your target. They are spending money so that you get them profits. You're not making profits. All right. you're going to be on the performance action plan and then it's not going to work out for you at all. Then we will have to downgrade you to be a gold caller or just let you go. Okay, but it's not a common thing to happen. We haven't really terminated some of our targets. I mean, they were very limited numbers. I can actually count them on my hand um throughout the entire journey for us by the way. Um, so if you are someone who gets stressed out by targets, this job is not for you. It's not customer service. All right? It's purely sales from A to Z. Take the lead from not being interested up to making them in love with you. Okay? He going to be dealing with a lot of people who are uh shout or angry people because they are getting spammed with colds all over the day. You know that in the American society they are getting a lot of cold calls per day. So it's natural if they are angry. You're going to be getting angry people, furious people, hangups, people hanging up on you, people saying that they are not interested, people asking them to be asking you to put them under do not call last a lot of rejection and rejection which you're going to learn how to repot and face in your training. Um so if you are a sensitive person, it's not going to work out for you. Give up after watching this video. Okay. Um also negative thing is uh you have an issue with your internet or equipment. It's going to fit to work hours. It's going to reflect in your salary. Okay? As I explained. So for the positive things, it's a remote job. So you're not going to be spending money uh going to your work like spending money in your transportation. No, it's just from your house. Can work from your bed. You can work from but not from bed. Usually you can sleep. Uh you can work from in any place. All right. Um so it's or savings when you're money. It's a very very very high earning potential job cuz believe me here are making over 60,000 pounds. The highest one I saw was 120,000 Egyptian pound. That was the highest. All right. Uh maybe some of you are going to break that number. That was the last month by the way. Last pay u payroll. Um you can break that number. Um I mean that that person is just making four for four deals per day. Uh three or four deals per day. And there are different bonuses that you get because I think the the the highest record that we had here in the campaign was uh seven deals per day. Seven online I don't remember someone hit that number and there was a bonus for him because he probably uh so you are rewarded for your hard work uh throughout your entire work period with us. Okay. Make sure that you do you put your best here and then you're going to be rewarded. Is there opportunity for growth? Definitely yes. As I explained at the beginning, we don't really uh hire anyone outside of this environment to work and lead you because we don't we we don't know how or or what they going to be doing. Okay. So we really encourage you to um contribute to be um very cooperative with the management with your teammates and then it's going to be fruitful for you at the at the end. Okay. Definitely there's something in it for you. All right. Um it's a simple rule, not hard, not the hardest that you might have ever done. For example, if you worked in the restate closing, it's a lot easier. All right. Um, that's about for the supportive environment and the team collaboration. I'm not really be talking about this part uh because experience proves best. All right. So, you're going to be dealing with us. you once you are fully boarded, you're going to be dealing with everyone in this place. So, you're going to be able to tell by yourself whether it's the right environment for you or it's not. You can also tell from the training, right? But I would say that everyone is very supportive to one another. Uh even the teammates are very pure, right? So, everyone is supporting each other. And uh yeah, that takes us to the last part which is uh the end. So thank you so much for watching and I hope that I have covered all the necessary parts for you to get to know the type of job that you're going to be doing, the type of blade that you're going to be working in. If you have any remaining questions, it's uh totally fine. I'm actually going to cover some of the concerns and the frequently asked questions in this um this session uh right now I mean so pay attention. All right. Uh let me All right. Um, is the training paid? Yes, as I said. But if anything happens, anything that doesn't make you complete your 30 working days, it's not going to be paid. Resignation, termination, bows, anything. Your payment is going to be posted. Okay. Uh, do we provide insurance? No, we don't provide social insurance. We don't provide medical insurance. So far, we don't, but I think that we're going to be doing that soon because it's already on our calendar for daily pending tasks. So hopefully we're going to do that for whoever wants, right? Do we offer a contract? Yes, we do offer offer contract in in um drafted in Arabic. It's a legal contract registered um with a tax number too. Uh you have to sign the contract with your ID, full name, signature. Firstly, you're going to submit um a BDF scan of your contract and then we're going to be doing like uh pickup points in Alexandria and Cairo for picking up. You can deliver the contract or ship it to a certain address that we're going to share with you in Alexandria and Kairo. Uh do we have an overtime? Yes, as I explain over time. Uh after coordinating with your team leader, do you offer promotions? Definitely. As I explained, uh is the base salary related to the daily and weekly target? No, we don't tie your salary with your target, right? It it just affects your commissions. I mean, if you're not getting your target, you're not going to be getting real commissions logically. Um can I get my money in US dollars? Yes. I mean, we already transferred them in US dollars to your Payaneer. Um, if you would like to withdraw your money into uh a US bank account, you can do that. If you would like to withdraw them in a local bank account, you can do that. Uh, is there a bi-weekly payment? No, it's just monthly payment. We don't do bi-weekly payments, right? No weekly, no bi-weekly, only monthly payments according to the bay calendar which I shared with you in the orientation and also we're going to share with you uh once you start working. All right, because every month is different. Um are the commissions kept? No, the commissions are uncapped. There is no room for hitting a target, no selling. I mean no limit. So unlimited, right? Uh would the training be uh like suitable for the non-experienced people? Yes, if you passed the interview and you have the sales guys that we search for in the candidates. Yes. Uh the train is going to be totally fine and going to cover everything that you would ever need for a non-experienced person. All right. Can you provide details about your opportunities for advancement? Uh okay. So about you can either be promoted um to be in the management or you can be in the backend team you can be in the uh team you can be in the retention team different there are different departments uh but limited numbers I mean we don't we don't put many people there Okay. Uh are there any specific software or tools that we install on our PCs? Uh and are these provided by the company? We don't provide laptops. We don't provide PC. You have to buy them if you don't have one. Uh do we install anything? No. No. No. We you don't install anything apart from Discord and Time Doctor. Okay. Those are the only two softwares that you should be installing your PC. The dialer is just like a browser. Uh sorry uh it's like a a website that you open your browser. Same for the CRM. Okay. Same for Lunite's website. How are the scheduled assignment? So we going to drop a form for you to pick your preferred shift. 4:30 5 6 7 8 9 10. If you are a board timer, we're going to drop the form for you even 11 p.m. And then you're going to choose your preferred chart. Fill your information correctly. Fill the form and don't forget about the form. If you don't fill the form, we're just going to sign you for 6 p.m. Okay. Um, then we're going to uh do like uh study on how many people we have for every shift and then we're going to assign you for the prefecture that you choose. Um, what's the process for requesting a bait annual or sick leave? We don't offer bait annuals. We don't offer bait sick leaves unless you pass your probation period which is after 6 months. You can take a week off bait. All right? So if you are sick, you have to submit your sick note, but it's not a bay date. It's just deducted from your salary as nor. If you would like to take a day off, it's totally fine. It's going to be deducted from your salary. All right. Only after you pass your probation period, you're going to be getting uh a balance of one week if you would like to take a vacation or something or just do those from working. Uh, are there opportunities to work part-time or adjust the hours in the future if needed? I don't like to say yes, but it's a yes if you have a reason. If you have like very critical life or death reason for you to shift into a part- timerr after at least a month after we have evaluated your performance it's totally okay. You can work as a parttime timer. Uh but uh you cannot switch into a part-time timer if you just started. Okay. So don't ask about that in the train and don't ask me. It's going to be rejected. You are hired to be a full-timer, you're going to be a full-time. You are hired to be a part-timer. You would like to switch to be a full-time. You can we can do that, but not the vice versa. Okay. Uh do I get uh Okay, stupid question. Do I get to choose which customers I talk to? You're going to be talking with everyone. If you hang up on a customer, there is deduction for that. That's uh co avoidance. It's a very very very bad thing. Don't hang up on customers. Don't insult your customers. Don't speak badly with the customers. Even if they are ugly, just hang up. You don't have to say thank you, bye, or bye. No, just hang up. But don't swear. Don't do anything that's unethical. Okay? Uh that's going to be in contract too. The 1 hour 45 minutes of break paid or uh sorry the 1 hour uh breaks paid or not? No, it's not. It's deducted or sorry it's not deducted. It's not in the calculation if your salary gets just 8 hours a day. Can I do this job while traveling to different countries? Yes. As long as you have your equipment, your internet is stable, it's okay. can work. Is it a scripted job? No. You do have a script. It's more like a guideline that you should be following in your calls, but it's not a scripted job. If you are robotic, it's not going to work out for you. All right. Um, you have to improvise. You have to to to to stand out from the crowd. Don't be robotic. All right. Be yourself. That's it. Um, so I think that's everything regarding the session. I hope that I have answered all the concerns and questions. Uh, if you have any remaining uh concerns or questions, it's totally okay. You can just drop them. I'm going to be doing another session to cover them or we can do a live session to answer all of your concerns. Okay? U in the training don't ask about any thing that we have explained in this session. The training is just for training. Don't talk about any HR stuff in the training. Okay? It's a waste of time and your trainer is not going to be happy about that. be sure that there's a minuteby minute feedback that we take on you. It's about your presence, about your language, uh about your engagement, your uh professionalism, everything, your cameras, everything. We really care about everything. And that's how I um deal with my team, how I instruct them into typing the feedback so that they can have a look later on and they can affect your score after the test scores. Okay? So we wouldn't take someone who is rude but his sense skills are amazing. No, I mean we we we cover all the uh the attributes of a person so that we don't face any issues or struggles later on together. Okay. So really um I I very advise you to to to be u very serious about your training because it's important. All right. Thank you and uh looking forward to meeting everyone of you. Uh hopefully you're going to enjoy your time with us and hopefully it's not going to be a temporary station for you but uh a longlasting opportunity. So
