Multiple Ages

hello my friends i would like to start with the reflection it seems we have multiple ages the chronological age the apparent age the internal age and the best age which one is the most important for our patients and something that i asked myself if we don't understand as clinicians about what's the best for our patients and we don't understand what they want to achieve would that be a reason for patient dissatisfaction now i wonder what's the role of the expert in this relationship so should we or should we not help our patients decide about the best moment for treatment i'm looking forward to your answers
