This is a vape. And inside this vape is a pod full of liquid. This liquid contains the [music] world's most addictive substance, nicotine. I'm in Brazil for the next 14 days. So, for absolutely no reason at all, over the next 14 days, I'm going to force myself to vape as much as possible and then attempt to quit when I go home. Now, you might be asking, Louise, why the [ __ ] are you doing this? Well, let me explain. My whole life has been about never quitting, whether in the military or in fighting. But now I have to rewire my brain to quit. Will I successfully quit vaping or will I become addicted to vaping forever? If you didn't know, a vape works by heating the liquid when you inhale. This delivers nicotine into your lungs [music] which then goes into your bloodstream and then reaches the brain within a few seconds. The benefits [music] are that it gives you a head rush, increase focus, decrease hunger, etc. The downsides are that it can cause addiction. It can affect your brain development, heart risks, or risks, fertility risks, extreme and lung damage, and even cancer and maybe even death. And a few months ago, I made a video on getting myself addicted to Zins. And I didn't really quit. So, why not challenge myself with vapes and quit nicotine in all forms for good? As a disclaimer, I have vaped before, but I haven't owned my own vape in years. It is something that I really struggle with in the past, but quit successfully up until right now. So, why not dive back into the addiction head first with the strongest nicotine that I could find being 5% nicotine, otherwise known as 50 nick. Usually, people vape 2% or 20 nick, but I'm feeling dangerous. >> This hits really hard in the lungs. >> And for all the people saying I don't inhale or whatever, watch this. How's that for an inhale? So, the way that this documentary is going to work is that I will be documenting the effects of vaping, both mentally and physically, the benefits and the negatives that I find, and also document what it's like to quit. For example, the urges, the mood spikes, [music] the anxiety, whatever. I'm going to document all of it. During these 14 days, I'm going to try my best to vape as much as possible and then quit cold turkey when I go home. And as a disclaimer, please do not attempt to recreate what I am doing. Vaping is very dangerous. It can cause cancer, can even cause death, and it is very, very hard to quit. Just use me as your test on me, guys and ladies. And mom, if you're watching this, I'm sorry to break your heart, but I promise this is just a stupid social experiment. Nah, I'm just joking. I'm actually going to quit this already. The challenge has officially started. And this is a pretty cool view. Here's me vaping during a night out partying like peanut butter and jelly. >> All right, I literally just woke up. >> So, the first thing I decided to do was hit the vape. For the sake of the video, I'm going to make fast cuts between me vaping. So, I don't want to hear any of that [ __ ] in the comments saying, "You [music] didn't aim inhale. Shut the [ __ ] up. Grab a popcorn. Sit back and relax and see what happens to me, y'all. Okay, so it's day three and something that I've noticed is I really don't like vaping. I have three of these packs of 50 nick. So, there's nine pods in total. And this is pod number one. And after three days of vaping as much as I can, I've barely even [music] made it halfway. So yeah, I'm not really enjoying vaping and I'm just trying to force myself to vape, but it's really hard and I'm not really getting that [music] addicted to it. I think I am addicted since I immediately hit a vape when I was thinking of what to say next. Yeah. So, I think I need to start puffing a lot more [music] and try to make a dent in this for the last 10 11 days cuz I got to [ __ ] hustle. So, I really got to force myself now. So, this is I forced myself to get addicted to vaping. I'm great at spending money but terrible at saving money. Have you ever bought something online and realized if you had just used a coupon, you would have saved money? This is where today's sponsor, Kooper, comes in clutch. Kooper is a free browser extension that helps you save money [music] when you shop online. Maybe I wouldn't be in such a financial crisis if I use Kooper earlier. Whenever you're checking out at an online store, Kooper automatically tests coupon codes for you and applies [music] the best one available. So instead of searching the internet for coupon codes by yourself, Cooper does it all by itself in one click. They also have something called the max savings guarantee. If Kooper can't find you a working coupon, they will compensate you $3, so [music] you're still getting something back. On top of that, Kooper also offers cash back at thousands of stores. In fact, Koopa users save over $600 on average. Imagine what you could buy with $600. [music] I know what I could. So, if you want to save money while shopping online, make sure to check out Cooper by using the link in my description [music] and install the extension on your browser today. It's literally free and it just takes [music] a few seconds to set up. Why wouldn't you? It automatically gets you the best deals available when you shop online. Enjoy this montage of my vaping addiction starting to spiral out of control. Right after I saw that mountain behind me, I'm probably hitting the vape at least 100 times a day. Me vaping in the bathroom. I'm breaking a few rules. All righty, day six. I have finished my first pod. There's no more juice left in here. It only took six days. All righty, that's pin number two out of nine. I like wasting money. So, I swapped out the old pod with the new pod. Ain't nothing like hitting a brand new park. It's like walking outside on a sunny day. Something to add on is I've been reaching for my vape a lot more. The frequency of me hitting my vape has [ __ ] like tripled. I'm hitting it I don't know at least 100 times a day. So yeah, had a little bit of a cough today. like a [clears throat] but other than that there's no really physical or mental signs other than the fact that I'm just reaching for it. I forgot to mention that I'm [ __ ] addicted. That is basically why I'm reaching for it. Cue another montage. Not really that interesting, but still [music] a montage. This was at 4:00 a.m. I was [ __ ] wasted here. All righty. I just woke up. I'm [ __ ] hung over as [ __ ] after that that night. Um, I've had no water in like 12 13 hours. My breath tastes like alcohol and a raging headache. But let's do this. Why [music] am I still hitting this vape? Because you're addicted, Moise. >> That's [ __ ] gross, sir. >> I might throw up. Yeah, >> I threw up after that. Another vaping montage. As the days go by, here's me chiefing this [ __ ] vape while hammered on a boat party. Each clip is me progressively more hammering, telling you there's nothing like drinking and nicotine like peanut butter and [ __ ] jelly. I'm vaping outside and I'm vaping inside. All righty. Day 10. A little bit of a time skip since day [music] six, but I have managed to finish two pods now. I've been hitting the vape as much as I can. And something that I've really noticed is I've developed a cough. And I'm even spitting up [music] mucus. I am 100% sure that is coming from the vape. And [music] I only have four more days of this [ __ ] left and then can quit. I think quitting vaping will be easy. But the nicotine, [music] that's going to be the hard part because [music] obviously I've done the cigarette challenge, the Zins challenge, which I failed, the vaping challenge. So basically, I'm a nicotine [ __ ] [music] fe. We're going to keep going. Third part. >> Vaping made my nose really congested [music] if you couldn't already tell. And another thing that I've noticed is I've been getting out of breath like a lot faster like walking upstairs [music] or just like literally walking anywhere and I'm like it's hard for me to breathe out of my nose, coughing. Yeah, the challenge is going [ __ ] great. Unrelated, but I decided to trim the beard and just go with the stash. Let me know your thoughts. All righty. So, it's day 12 and something that I've noticed is brain fog. Like hitting this vape all the time. It makes me feel like my brain is smooth. Like I'm not as sharp [music] as I usually am. I just feel dull. Like my memory is kind of [ __ ] Uh yeah, [music] like it's kind of hard to explain, but I feel stupid. I actually feel stupid. And like subconsciously I just grab it whenever basically. And I'm hitting it like [music] 100 times a day. It's not good. And I'm about ready to get on with this challenge and get into the quitting part. Yeah, this challenge [music] [ __ ] sucks. And I cannot wait for this to be over. Day 14. Hitting my last few puffs at the airport. I lowkey hit this vape in the airport bathroom and I almost set off the smoke detector. I was lowkey sketching a 9-hour flight home. Your boy just touched down in Canada. This is how you know someone's addicted because this was literally the first thing I did when I got back to my room. All righty. So, it's day 15 and I was supposed to quit before I went to Canada, but honestly, I wasn't really ready to [music] quit, especially go on that 9hour plane without nicotine. These helped a lot. But now, I [music] am ready to quit vaping. and this too as well. Uh, I don't think vaping will be that hard. Quitting this and vaping, which means zero nicotine in my body, [music] that's going to be the hard part. I've already experienced quitting twice before and it [ __ ] sucks. So, I guess you can say I'm really looking forward to this. [music] Nah. Okay. So, my plan is to basically avoid my friends and everybody while I go through uh the first couple days because I'll [music] be a [ __ ] Grinch. In 15 days, I was able to consume two full pods and [snorts] like oneth I guess you can say one10enth of the third pod. These are going to be my last [music] couple puffs hopefully forever. Honestly, [music] I low key don't want to quit. I just know I'm going to be feeding. But we started this so we could quit. I'm like really good at wasting money because [music] I bought three packs of pods. I didn't even finish one whole pack. So these two store all the [ __ ] garbage. Okay, this going to be my last puff. All right, I'm throwing this [ __ ] in the garbage now. Boom. Boom. Boom. And now comes the very hard part. These little [ __ ] This is basically a full pack. Ah, this one hits me the most. to make sure I don't dig through the garbage. All right, let's go chop this in the garbage for real. And just like that, it was officially quitting time on this [ __ ] Okay, it's 8:30 now. Yeah. So, we're just going to quit and hopefully I don't dig through the garbage. No, no, I'm not going to do that. I'm I'm honestly not even [ __ ] ready to, but [ __ ] it. Let's just let's just go see how it feels. Whenever I feel something, I'll document it. But this is minute one and we're going strong. Okay, so it's 12:33. So it's been basically about 16 hours since I decided to quit. And I've definitely noticed some [ __ ] air juice to the vape or popping it in. Mostly just nicotine. I've been trying my best to keep busy. So I bought some gum. So keeping your mouth occupied, pause is uh like supposed to help. I'm going to go on a lot of walks. Yeah. Uh instead of driving to the coffee shop that I usually do my workout, going to walk there. It's going to be like a 40m minute walk there and then 40 minute walk back. I'm going to really try to lock in if I'm being honest. Like I feel like this would be a lot easier if I'm living [ __ ] dial talking healthy eating, getting my steps in, working out, doing my work. I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. This is the third time. You better [ __ ] subscribe. Okay, I'm going to go on a walk now. Walking really helps with cravings for sure. All righty. So, [music] it's day three and it's been about three days and 17 hours. We're going strong. One thing that has extremely helped me a lot is the fact that I've been so [ __ ] busy. Like, for example, I'm editing this video as we speak, figuring out how to do the sponsor, booking all my flights and [ __ ] going to the gym, doing my taxes, just like a bunch of [ __ ] that I'm doing. And it's kept me so busy that I can't even think about missing nicotine. like I'm always occupied. So that's something that has really really helped with my cravings. Obviously chewing gum and also I'm [ __ ] locked in like waking up early, doing my work, not procrastinating, just [ __ ] getting after doing a lot of walking still and I haven't really had that many cravings. Another thing that I've noticed is my skin has like really cleared up. I remember towards the end of me vaping I had like a like a red spot here. I'm looking like a million bucks now. This is honestly going so much better than I thought it would. We just got to keep going and just make sure not to vape cuz I don't know what the [ __ ] could happen if I get nicotine [music] into my body. But right now, I'm I'm on the roll and I'm going to keep it that way. I am going to like a little social gathering tonight and there are going to be vapes there. I just going to make sure I don't hit any vapes and we should keep this party going. There's a vape [music] here and a vape here. Another one here. But I did not fold. Your boy stayed clean. You know, last time when I tried to uh quit Zens, it was really hard. I was getting angry and anxious and just being a [ __ ] and not being myself, but I'm 4 days in and I haven't really noticed any symptoms. Obviously, I think about it sometimes, but we're doing good. We're doing really [ __ ] good. So, keep it up, Moise. Okay, so it's been about 8 days since I quit nicotine and I am on a [ __ ] roll. Remember earlier how I was talking about I feel stupid. I brain fog and all this [ __ ] I feel stupid. I actually feel stupid. That has been gone like the last 5 days. I [music] feel so [ __ ] sharp. Like I can do anything in the world. There's no [ __ ] mountain I can't climb. [music] There's no problem I can't solve. [ __ ] Superman right now. I've had brain fog for like since I basically started the Zins challenge. [music] And when I didn't quit and I kept going for all those months, I always wondered like why I had brain fog and being off [music] Zins, being off vaping and just no nicotine the last 8 days. Holy [ __ ] I feel amazing. Like [music] mentally, I have not felt this sharp since before that. I've been really really [ __ ] dialed waking up early every single day, doing my work, eating clean, [music] drink all my water, like everything is perfect. And honestly, I have no [ __ ] cravings to even go back. I just feel so amazing. And also, [music] my cough is gone. My lungs are like really coming back. I'm been starting to do cardio. And I can breathe through my nose fine. So, things are going good. And let's just keep riding this [ __ ] wave. All righty. Day 11 and I'm still going very strong. I have like very little cravings. Something I just thought of was, did I really go to Brazil, [music] spend thousands of dollars just to get addicted to vapes? I think there's better ways that I could spend my money, but [ __ ] it. What's done is done. You know what else is very interesting? I couldn't quit Z for the life of me. After I relapsed, I just took Zins for months. And I had no intention of quitting them up until I did my vaping addiction. And then I had to quit vaping and Zins. So for me to quit zins, I had to get myself addicted to vaping as well. So it's like a double conundrum. I had to do vaping, zins, then I was able to quit. But sometimes you just got to dive in a little deeper to get out of your hell hole. That is not legal advice, by the way. So you do you. But yeah, that's just a thought I had that I wanted to share with you all. All righty. So, it's day 15 and the challenge has officially come to an end. And the results were I beat you nicotine. I [ __ ] beat you. You're my [ __ ] [ __ ] Know, when I started this whole challenge, I thought, [ __ ] instead of Zins, I'm going to be addicted to vapes, too. And it's going to be really [ __ ] hard. But this was actually by far the easiest challenge. And I [ __ ] got off Zins and vaping and all nicotine together. 15 days strong. So I would say this is an absolute [ __ ] [music] success. All righty. So now going into practical tips of what has helped me and what can potentially help you [music] is first of all just stay [ __ ] busy. You know when you always have something on your mind and you're doing something just going to have less time to think about nicotine. It won't even be on your mind. Secondly, be as locked in as you can. You know, go to the gym, eat healthy, walk a lot. That actually really helps a lot too. You know, clean body, clean mind makes it a lot easier. Thirdly, and one of the biggest things that has really helped me is just imagine how good you'll feel once you quit. I had brain fog for months while I was on Zins and I was like, I can't think. My memory shot, all this [ __ ] And since I've been off all nicotine, I feel [ __ ] amazing. I have not been this productive, this [ __ ] awesome, this energy about me in such a like six months. Like six months basically. So just imagine that how sick you'll feel. So for all those watching, I know this video was a really stupid [ __ ] idea cuz a lot of people are addicted to vapes. But I made this video [music] so I could show all of you that it is possible if you really put your mind to something. You know, I did cigarettes. I quit that successfully. Zins bested me and I did vaping and I beat that and Zen. So technically you could say I came out clean. This was fun and I'll catch you [ __ ] later. If I could do it, then whack on you. [music] Get up and make it work. Ain't no way I'm sitting around. It's now or never. I'm picking a first. You can't tell [music] me that I won't make it. You need to have this kisses.
