yo what's going on boys we're back here on the channel it's been about 2 months had a few issues with the SIM card and different files getting corrupted but we're back here today an absolute crazy video coming up for you guys if you guys ever watch A Drop Shipping video please let this be the one because I'm going to be showing you guys absolutely everything that went into finding this product that we're scaling at the moment the ads how we found the product pretty much everything that's going into starting a Shopify store in 2025 so if you're a complete beginner or if you are making six figures a month or whatever please stick around watch this video gue you'll get something out of it but if you are new here what we have been doing is taking a store from nothing and attempting to scale it which we're now sitting about $20,000 Revenue which isn't the best but we are planning on scaling it up a lot in the future so stay tuned for those videos so without further Ado let's jump into it if you guys do like this video please subscribe like I don't sell a course so yeah enjoy in the mara board now few things uh we'll zoom out a bit you guys can see we have a bit to cover so I'm going to be speaking pretty fast so if I was you guys I would be taking notes on this why am I giving you guys this for free answer because I have like 30 Subs so to the stores 15K lbs there for last seven days 44,000 there last seven days uh last seven days on the new store 3,300 we have a few other stores as well but I don't really think to include them just gave you guys a bit of proof anyways it's going to start pretty simple and it will ramp up pretty fast I will warn you guys that so when you are choosing a product and when choosing to advertise you can do organic but for the sake of this video I'm just going to keep it nice and simple so Tik Tok we tend to stick with viral trendy products uh you got your throwing fidget spinner you got any like cool new fun products that you know kids will like 13 to 18 to 30 year olds this is going to be the best strategy for you advertising on Tik Tok meta we tend to Target the older demographic of people on meta because your mom your dad all that they're on meta they scrolling on Facebook so you can hit them pretty hard through there but obviously meta does have Instagram as well meta is pretty all-rounded Tik Tok tends to be tailored towards the younger generation although you can get away with it my advice for you pick one or the other and just stick to it for like two months three months until you guys sus it out campaign strategy you guys are going to have to either decide between CBO or [ __ ] uh [ __ ] is just adset budget optimization which means that you guys will go into to the ads manager you manually put in the budget you want for that adset and then it will divide the budget between the creatives within that adset as CBO you just set a budget for the whole thing and then it'll distribute it to the adsets which are performing best uh couple Pros to using abos initially it is good to test creatives because we you'll see with the strategy in a second we just Chuck three creatives into an adset and then give it a $10 budget be able to see quickly whether the creatives are working whether they're not working the [ __ ] just quickly it is pretty hard to scale if you guys are new uh horizontal scaling abos can be a little bit AIDS like knowing when to duplicate adsets as compared to the CBO which vertically scaling the cbos so you're not duplicating adsets you're just increasing the ad spend there as with the [ __ ] you can duplicate adsets and then depending on how well they perform you can increase the ad spend again and then keep duplicating like that uh it sounds a little bit complicated but trust me it's very [Music] simple okay so coming over how I choose the perfect product only real way to confirm a winning product is through data it is really hard at the beginning to put your emotions aside understand that one product you know you think like this product's going to do really well chances are it's going to go to the ground so I like to do it off this criteria these two here you would have seen before wow factor solves a problem but as you'll see from the creatives in a second that isn't really the main metrix we're trying to optimize on an emotional Niche this I find is one of the most important ones because the whole point of this like the wow factor it's just getting people to impulse buy so if it has a w Factor they'll impulse buy if it solves a problem they'll impulse buy if it's really emotional they'll impulse by another thing you have to understand people buy with emotion rationalized with logic so when they see your ad are they going to think you know this will make me look better this will make me feel happier this solve one of my insecurities and then the logic side this is when your offer comes in so whether that's buy one get one free 60% off you have to position it in a way that people can rationalize in their brain CU they're doing this all sub consciously as well they're not saying it out loud so making sure that's positioned right is very uh important so good examples W factor I saw a video on the guy who did this anime blades he did really well my reasoning behind why this product did well is because anime it is a very cult-like following uh you guys probably know like one piece Dragon Ball Z I don't watch anime myself personally but I know that it does have a massive following uh solves a problem so you guys can see this product here it solves a problem puts the toothbrush in here and people just feel gross like you can put a creative in their face that did you know when you flush your toilet 65% of the air particles fly around the room and stick to your toothbrush or whatever here's one that I believe is like a absolute great product uh probably not anymore but this is a great product to sell especially through the whole Andrew Tate alpha male uh Sigma Arc whatever that was because you know if you're not 6'4 or whatever then you're not a man so this was a really good one solves a problem has a Factor the niche it's really emotional like I was saying before you can capitalize on men's insecurities for being short see in the creative that the guy stands next to his girlfriend and is the same height puts on these and then is significantly cooler Riz Souls good name as well just like oh you got the rols or whatever so good marketing on that end there you guys probably seen this put a video up on screen as I'm talking it's like this weird electric stereo it absolutely blew up last year I know a few people who tried to sell it didn't do too well because actually get people to impulse Buy on it it is yeah it's pretty hard you guys have probably seen this it is the automatic scrubber it's for like dishes and this is one of the things that you guys need to look at is this does solve a problem but it's a problem that no one actually like cares about like no one's going to be up at night thinking [ __ ] like I really need to wash these dishes faster or something like that so they're not going to impulse by off this creative right here you can I don't know maybe Market it to moms like saw hands you could probably take that angle it's not like people are going to be seeing this video sharing it to their friends like holy [ __ ] I need this anyways into the emotional Niche I tend to avoid anything that's like serum organic product related especially if you guys are advertising this is going to be a bit of a pain in the ass cuz you'll get [Music] banned okay so just quickly before we get into the ads here is the optimization of metrics uh if you guys are already in Drop Shipping if you're already running ads you can just skip this part because this is basically breaking down CTR CPC row as CPC and CTR most important metrics that you guys need to be looking at and need to be optimizing so CDR is just click-through rate if you guys have a high CTR it shows that your ad resonates with your audience and it's overall a good creative cost by click is essentially how much you're paying for clicks so if you have a cost by click above a dollar it's not really that profitable depending on your Market us and UK tend to have higher C cpcs uh and like Germany and stuff like that they tend to have lower cpcs uh there's just some dot points that you guys can take down row as this will be determined on your cost per click and your CTR if these are both low usually you'll have a low row as so it is easy to look at these two first and then come to the conclusion on row as it also does depend on your conversion rate through your website but we'll go through that in a second so good campaigns versus bad campaigns this right here I'm going to go to the good side first here's one of our winning adsets from our other product that we've ran uh here's the new product that we've been testing here is how the campaign initially looked like we had two good adsets with ctr's high one being 4.1 one being 5.3 cpcs they are a little bit High manager is in Australian dollars this is actually like 70 cents this is like A110 so it is a little lower than this because if this was USD we would not be scaling it but as you guys will see from later we managed to take these adsets plug them into a new campaign and then scale them up like that here is one of our better campaigns just consistent ctrs like 3% uh $1,800 spent and cpcs like I was saying these are in AUD over to the bad examples just cover through this really quickly low C like really low all below one cpcs all significantly above $1 you guys can look at this know this product isn't that great and then you can move on now breaking down the exact strategy I used what we're doing we're building a general store on that General Store we're building out landing pages uh as I'm talking I'll put a video over so you guys can see what the landing pages look like that we're testing using this we're able to test heaps of products this is how I'm able to test one two products a day uh because if I had to build at a one product store or Niche store makes too much time so we're only here for data uh we're not scaling a general store we're just using this as a testing platform form what we're doing is we're running the ads we're sending the traffic to this landing page and then from here we are looking at the metrix comparing I will look at the bad adsets see if I can switch markets can we improve the creatives I'll double check all the creatives make sure everything's looking smooth if it is and if switching markets is an option just kill the product we're not here to pour thousands of dollars into a product that isn't working because it's just a waste of time okay next is the good metrics we've already been through this you guys know why these are good metrics we're going to analyze the store metrics next so we're going to analyze the conversion rate ad toart rate anything that's really relevant and that would increase our sales and then potentially if conversion rate is sitting at around 2 to 3% because you guys can see from up here our conversion rate 6.1% 11.36% if you guys know Drop Shipping you'd know that these are great conversion rates only because we have the best brand built around it we've split tested landing pages we split tested homepages we split tested everything so we're able to get pretty insane conversion rates compared to most people people who get like 2 3% so with this in mind come over to the mediocre results uh we've already been through this you guys know this is good this is good that's pretty bad that's also pretty bad but it did show potential High CTR it didn't get many sales initially kept running it for two to three days and we did see an improvement on the ads so we brought it back up here analyzed the conversion rate turned it into one product store and scaled from there pretty simple pretty straightforward if it didn't perform if I kept running it I'm not just going to burn cash for ages I'm just going to kill it straight away move on to the next product okay so the ad strategy I was running for this new store [ __ ] fully broad four to five adsets $10 per ad Set uh and we're testing three creatives per adset you can do cbos you can do 15 different creatives in cbos this is just the strategy I like to use uh it's easy straightforward so another thing we're doing within the adsets we're doing different copy different ugc creators just changing the marketing angle all to begin with so that that broad targeting that's when that comes in it can start pushing it out to the right people as they slowly start to engage with it I did make a video fully covering how I test creatives how I edit them and the three types of creatives I like to run within my adsets so you guys can check that out on the previous video that I posted anyways this is one of the most important parts is scaling knowing when to scale knowing when to kill first step in this strategy is we're going to do everything we said before we're going to run this for 2 to three days if you guys do have a lower budget you can make a judgment at like a lower ad spend uh I usually do it when it's at about $50 to $100 but there's nothing wrong with you guys looking at it at about $30 you can get a pretty quick judgment on whether the product is good whether it's bad sometimes when a product does run for longer like you guys saw in the previous example it does start to perform better but if you guys are just new if you guys are just looking for the bread you can definitely get away with it testing like $30 $50 a product so the Second Step we're analyzing the results of already been through this so this will be quick but this is seriously so important so you guys really need to pay attention to this uh 46% main CTI were chasing CPC sub $1 in the US you guys will probably be using maybe 1.25 1.5 Cas third step this is when it comes to actually deciding when to scale when to actually kill everything or when to you know move into a CBO whatever once an adet becomes profitable we're scaling 20% 25% a day and in the [ __ ] campaign we're duplicating adsets and we are turning off underperforming [Music] adsets Okay so we've been through a lot today this is the end uh not much more to cover pretty much covered absolutely everything from A to Z in this strategy as liked it subscribe just wanted to show you guys this graph got the Jordan Welsh graph here so massive Surge and Drop Shipping uh I don't know why I explain that uh we got the big Trend as crypto comes in boom we're losing a lot of traction here it's never a better chance if you guys want to start Ecom start Drop Shipping I don't sell a course um but yeah best time to get into Ecom q1's coming up cheap cpms cheap metrics ads are going to perform a lot better so yeah hope you guys like this video just breaking down everything uh but yeah catch you guys in the next one
